在 2 5kg真空感应炉上用镁钙合金对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢 0 0Cr18Ni10进行了还原脱磷试验。通过充入工业纯氩使炉内压力为 6 6 .6 6kPa和精炼时的反应温度 14 5 0~ 15 0 0℃ ,加入镁钙合金 5 0kg t和助熔剂CaF2 11kg t,可使精炼后 0 0Cr18Ni10的磷含量进一步降低到 (5 0~ 6 0 )× 10 - 6 ,钢中氧、硫含量分别稳定降到(4~ 6 )× 10 - 6 和 15× 10 - 6 。  相似文献

Sodium sulfonate‐terminated dendritic poly(ester‐amine) (SPEA) was synthesized by sulfonation of acrylic double bond‐terminated dendritic poly(ester‐amine) (APEA) with sodium hydrogen sulfite (NaHSO3) in mixture of diglycol and 2‐butanone under normal pressure. The structure of SPEA was characterized by IR, 1H‐NMR, and elemental analysis. SPEA was water‐soluble. 1.0–40.0% (mass) SPEA aqueous solutions appeared as dilatant fluid. When pH value varied from 1.5 to 12.0, the viscosity of 1–5% (mass) SPEA aqueous solutions changed very small, and the electric conductivity almost kept stable within pH 3.0–10.0. The relationship between the viscosity and the concentration of SPEA water solutions was similar to that of NaCl water solutions. The surface tension of SPEA water solutions was lower than that of polyethylene glycol 2000 water solutions with the same concentration. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008  相似文献

Polyoxymethylene (POM) composites filled with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and rice husk flour (RHF) were prepared by injection molding. The POM/5 wt % LDPE/7.5 wt % RHF composite exhibited the lowest wear rate, whereas the coefficient of friction remained low, and the POM/5 wt % LDPE/5 wt % RHF composite had the best mechanical properties. X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out, and the worn surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the addition of the filler reduced the crystallinity degree of the POM composites. The main wear mechanism for unfilled POM was adhesion, whereas for the POM composites, wear seemed to occur mainly by fatigue and abrasion. It was experimentally confirmed that the POM composite filled with LDPE and RHF, which is well-performing, low-cost, and environmentally friendly, could be a potential material for tribological applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. How to evaluate the performance of satellite networks is a prerequisite to the construction of satellite networks, and is also one of challenges in the researches on satellite networks. In this paper, generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN) models are presented to carry out the performance analysis of a double‐layered satellite network. Firstly, the GSPN model of a double‐layered satellite network is simplified by proper analysis. Then, two sets of experiments are conducted to analyse the performance of the satellite networks, and show that the double‐layered satellite network outperforms single‐layered ones on the heavy traffic load. 本文首次报道胨冻样芽孢杆菌XDB1和D4B1对烟草灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑制作用。实验表明,XDB1和D4B1的发酵原液和无细胞提取物具有相同的抑菌效果,而经121℃处理30分钟后,抑菌活性丧失。D481菌株的抑菌活性高于XDB1,钾长石作为基质时的活性高于土壤矿物。但是,XDB1和D481对立枯丝核病菌(R..solani)、西瓜尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)、腐霉(Pythium sp)、小麦全蚀病菌(G.graminis)、烟炭疽病菌(C.gloeosporides)、烟草赤星病菌(A.alternata)、烟草黑胫病菌(P.nicotianae、串珠镰刀病菌(F.moniliforme)和水稻稻瘟病菌(P.grisea)无抑制作用。  相似文献

盐湖沉积条件下的沉积环境及储集层特征等具有与淡水沉积不同的特征,通过对江汉盐湖盆地马王庙地区储层孔隙结构特征的研究,揭示了孔隙结构的宏观及微观特征.该区新沟咀组下段砂岩储层孔隙类型以粒间溶孔为主,喉道主要为片状、弯片状及点状喉道.Ⅱ、Ⅲ油组的物性比Ⅰ油组好,平面上孔隙分布具分区性.孔喉配置主要为大孔中喉,次为大孔粗喉及中孔中喉.孔隙结构受沉积环境及成岩作用的影响.以马36井Ⅱ油组砂岩为例,建立了孔隙演化定量模式.  相似文献

A potential drop method, as used for estimations of crack lengths during three-point-beind experiments, is studied. The mechanical state is calculated using a finite element method. The deformed body obtained is used for a subsequent calculation of the electrostatic state. Calculations are performed for both two- and three-dimensional models. The material is assumed to be elastic, linearly hardening plastic and electrostatically linear. Large deformations are considered. Further, the non-linearity caused by the load, depending on the contact area between the cylinder on which the load is applied and the specimen, is considered. The increased contact area did not influence the mechanical state very much but had a direct impact on the electrostatic state. The changes in the potential drop recordings due to deformation and electrical current passing through the load cylinder were shown to be considerable. The study explains, at least partly, the experimental observations. A more reliable registration of crack growth initiation is the main outcome of the analysis.  相似文献
