This paper describes an efficient aircraft geometry design tool which is necessary for design and analysis applications through Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD). The design process decomposes aircraft geometry into several components to represent it accurately and realistically with a reduced number of shape control parameters. For this purpose, several configuration representation algorithms are thoroughly investigated and discussed. The proposed configuration generation algorithm employs the super ellipse equation with simple analytic distribution functions, Class function/Shape function Transformation (CST) and can represent and manipulate complex shapes accurately with a small number of control parameters. A model of aircraft geometry, represented in this approach, can be applied to conceptual and preliminary stages of aircraft design and development with realistic and accurate configuration data. A Parameter-based Comprehensive Aircraft Design (PCAD) tool which implements a geometry generation process for aircraft design and optimization using customization of commercial computer-aided design software (CATIA V5) and the Product Data Management (Enovia Smarteam). The proposed configuration design tool could be especially efficient when automation, flexibility and rapid changes of geometry are required in a short time and with low computational resources.  相似文献

This paper reviews various forecast methods including combination using theoretically optimal weights and those under model selection approaches. In addition, we suggest two modified simple averaging forecast combination methods—a mean corrected and a mean and scale corrected method. We conclude that due to the fact that real data is usually subject to structural breaks, rolling forecasting scheme has a better performance than fixed window and continuously updating scheme. In addition, methods that use less information appear to perform better than methods using all the sample information about the covariance structure of the available forecasts. The mean and scale corrected simple average approach yield smaller mean squared forecast error than the three widely used regression approaches suggested by Granger and Ramanathan [11].  相似文献

This work suggests a method for systematically constructing a software-level environment model for safety checking automotive operating systems by introducing a constraint specification language, OSEK_CSL. OSEK_CSL is designed to specify the usage constraints of automotive operating systems using a pre-defined set of constraint types identified from the international standard OSEK/VDX. Each constraint specified in OSEK_CSL is interpreted as either a regular language or a context-free language that can be checked by a finite automaton or a pushdown automaton. The set of usage constraints is used to systematically classify the universal usage model of OSEK-/VDX-based operating systems and to generate test sequences with varying degrees of constraint satisfaction using LTL model checking. With pre-defined constraint patterns and the full support of automation, test engineers can choose the degree of constraint satisfaction and generate test cases using combinatorial intersections of selected constraints that cover all corner cases classified by constraints. A series of experiments on an open-source automotive operating system show that our approach finds safety issues more effectively than conventional specification-based testing, scenario-based testing, and conformance testing.  相似文献

The knowledge intensive service processes should be managed in a human-oriented way since humans who naturally undertake complex operations of an intellectual nature in the processes are the most valuable resources. The most fundamental nature of human work is collaborative and dynamic. Humans interact and communicate with each other to accomplish their jobs in the process. To help them to work together, a strong representation of the process should be provided to facilitate them to clearly understand who they should interact with and what activities need to be performed. For the clear representation, Human Interaction Management (HIM), which has been suggested to comprehensively support human work, adopts a role-based approach to process modeling. It, however, tends to hide elements of interactions although the collaborative human interaction is one of the most fundamental nature of human work. To remedy this problem, a state-driven modeling approach to human interactions was presented. It clearly visualizes the interactions so that humans can be guided through it. However, they do not just follow the previously defined sequence of activities, but continuously work out how they are going to proceed from now on according to the state of things they encounter throughout the life of the work. To fully support the dynamic nature of human work, human interactions should be flexibly managed. Therefore, this paper presents a framework for the flexible management of human interactions. The framework provides a capability to flexibly manage the interactions in a decentralized way by allowing interaction participants to dynamically change the involved interaction based on the continuous negotiation of how to achieve the ultimate goal of the interaction. It will be a basis for realization of decentralized management of human interactions in knowledge intensive service processes.  相似文献

A planar monopole antenna with a staircase shape and small volume (25/spl times/26/spl times/1 mm/sup 3/) is proposed in this paper. With the use of a half-bowtie radiating element, the staircase-shape, and a modified ground plane structure, the proposed antenna has a very wide impedance bandwidth measured at about 11.6 GHz (2.9-14.5 GHz, bandwidth ratio about 1:5) below VSWR 2 including the WLAN band notched in the vicinity of 5 GHz. An omnidirectional radiation pattern is obtained. The group delay which is an indication of linearity between two proposed antennas is less than 1 ns. The electrical characteristics in terms of frequency and time domains and physical ones of the proposed antenna make it attractive for use in ultrawideband (UWB) systems.  相似文献

It is discussed how to route transfer crane during loading operation of export containers in port container terminal. We determine the number of containers which transfer crane picks up at each yard-bay as well as the sequence of yard-bays which transfer crane visits during the tour. The objective is to minimize the total container handling time of the transfer crane including the set-up time at each yard-bay and the travel time between consecutive yard-bays. This routing problem is formulated as an integer programming. An efficient optimizing algorithm is also developed for the crane routing problem.  相似文献

In this note, we propose new receding horizon H/sub /spl infin// control (RHHC) schemes for linear input-constrained discrete time-invariant systems with disturbances. The proposed control schemes are based on the dynamic game problem of a finite-horizon cost function with a fixed finite terminal weighting matrix and a one-horizon cost function with time-varying finite terminal weighting matrices, respectively. We show that the resulting RHHCs guarantee closed-loop stability in the absence of disturbances and H/sub /spl infin// norm bound for 2-norm bounded disturbances. We also show that the proposed schemes can easily be implemented via linear matrix inequality optimization. We illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes through simulations.  相似文献

In this note, we propose a generalized stabilizing receding horizon control scheme for input/state constrained linear discrete time-varying systems that improves feasibility and on-line computation on the constrained finite-horizon optimization problem, compared with existing schemes. The control scheme is based on a time-varying horizon cost function with time-varying terminal weighting matrices, which can easily be implemented via linear matrix inequality technique. We discuss modifications of the proposed scheme that improve feasibility or on-line computation time. Through simulation examples, we illustrate the results of these schemes.  相似文献

During the solidification of the AZ91D-alloys, the Al8(Mn, Fe)5 phase is generally precipitated in the melt in advance of the precipitation of the primary α-Mg. The basic principle for manufacturing AZ91D-alloy slurries for semi solid forming is to use the Al8(Mn, Fe)5 precipitates as the heterogeneous nucleation sites for primary α-Mg phases. Microscopic analysis for the location of the Al8(Mn, Fe)5 precipitate explains that the Al8(Mn, Fe)5 precipitate is the effective heterogeneous nucleation site for the primary α-Mg phase. It was also observed that increase of the Mn content in the melt and the cooling rate below to the solid/liquid two-phase region resulted in smaller and more globular primary α-Mg due to the increase of heterogeneous nucleation sites. It was found that the average α-Mg diameter grew as a function of t0.278, where t is the holding time at the solid/liquid two-phase region. This would be attributed to the Ostwald type ripening and coalescence between primary α-Mg phases. The cooling rate below to the solid/liquid two-phase region, Mn content in AZ91D alloy, and the holding time and temperature affected on the quality of slurry.  相似文献
