利用高频-超音频和双高频的电磁场实现了液态金属双频电磁约束成形的工艺过程,达到了固态试样无接触加热熔化、初步约束成形和复杂形状熔体无模壳电磁成形的目的。在双频电磁成形过程中发现,高频-超音频双频电磁成形控制不仅优于单频电磁成形,而且比双高频电磁成形控制容易,2种频率的电磁场不同加热熔化和电磁成形功能都能加以发挥,并可单独加以调节。在试验中利用高频-超音频双频电磁成形工艺过程成功儿得了扁椭圆截面和弯截面复杂形状的双频无模电磁成形样件。 相似文献

Surface modification of core‐shell structured Al (Al@Al2O3) nanoparticles was performed using γ‐(Aminopropyl)‐triethoxysilane (APS) and dopamine (DA), respectively, and the microstructures, dielectric properties and thermal conductivities of the Al/poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nanocomposites were investigated. Both DA and APS enhance the interfacial bonding strength between the fillers and the matrix, leading to homogeneous dispersion of Al nanoparticles in PVDF matrix. Compared with raw Al nanoparticles, surface‐treated Al/PVDF exhibit much higher dielectric permittivity due to the enhanced interfacial interactions between the two components, whereas, the dielectric loss and electric conductivity of the nanocomposites still remain at rather low levels owing to the insulating alumina shell preventing effectively core Al from direct contact. The dynamic dielectric properties results reveal that dielectric constant and loss increase with temperature due to the gradually enhanced mobility of molecular chain segments of PVDF for the raw Al/PVDF and treated Al/PVDF nanocomposites. Additionally, the PVDF nanocomposites with Al treated with APS and DA show enhanced thermal conductivities compared with raw Al/PVDF under the same filler loading because of reduced thermal interfacial resistance promoting phonon transfer across the interfaces. This paper presents a co-evolutionary particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm to solve global nonlinear optimization problems. A new co-evolutionary PSO (CPSO) is constructed. In the algorithm, a deterministic selection strategy is proposed to ensure the diversity of population. Meanwhile, based on the theory of extrapolation, the induction of evolving direction is enhanced by adding a co-evolutionary strategy, in which the particles make full use of the information each other by using gene-adjusting and adaptive focus-varied tuning operator. Infeasible degree selection mechanism is used to handle the constraints. A new selection criterion is adopted as tournament rules to select individuals. Also, the infeasible solution is properly accepted as the feasible solution based on a defined threshold of the infeasible degree. This diversity mechanism is helpful to guide the search direction towards the feasible region. Our approach was tested on six problems commonly used in the literature. ZrC precursor was synthesized by a solution approach using ZrOCl2·8H2O, acetylacetonate, glycerol and boron-modified phenolic resin. A ZrC yield of ~ 40.56 wt% was obtained at 1500 °C in the C/Zr molar ratio of 1:1. C/C-ZrC-SiC composites were fabricated by a combined processes of chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) and precursor infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) using the synthesized ZrC precursor. For comparison, C/C-SiC composites were prepared by CVI. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that C/C-ZrC-SiC composites exhibited better oxidation resistance than C/C-SiC composites. After oxyacetylene torch ablation, the mass ablation rate of C/C-ZrC-SiC composites was 9.23% lower than that of C/C-SiC composites. The porous ZrO2 skeleton in the ablation center was prone to be peeled off by the flame flow, resulting in the higher linear ablation rate of C/C-ZrC-SiC composites. The oxide layers of ZrO2 and SiO2 were formed on the transition and brim region of C/C-ZrC-SiC composites and acted as effective heat and oxygen barriers. For C/C-SiC composites, the C-SiC matrix was severely depleted in the ablation center and the formed SiO2 layer in the brim region could protect the matrix against further ablation. 相似文献

To preserve high gain, high efficiency and high power merits of gyroklystron, a gyro-twystron is designed using an electron beam with α(v⊥/vz) greater than unity. With a multi-cavity section of high gain, the length of the waveguide output section can be made shorter than the threshold length of the absolute instability without losing total system gain. Numerical simulations are carried out to analyze a ka-band gyro- twystron consisting of three TE111 mode cavities and an output section of a TE11 mode waveguide. Stability study is performed to ensure the tube without self-excited oscillations. With α=1.5, the 3-dB linear and saturated gain bandwidth in excess of 2 % can be obtained by stagger tuning for an 80 kV, 3 A electron beam with 5 % axial velocity spread. The maximum saturated gain is more than 55 dB at 33 % efficiency. By tapering the magnetic field of the last 2 cm of the interaction region, the efficiency can be increased to 43 % without degrading the bandwidth, which corresponds to an output power of 103 kW. 相似文献

采用阳离子交换的方法对蒙脱土进行了有机改性,使蒙脱土由亲水性变成亲油性,并使其层间距由原来的1.2nm扩大到2.2nm。分别使用甲基四氢苯酐和4,4’-二胺基二苯基甲烷为固化剂,制备两种环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并用x一射线衍射仪和透射电镜(TEM)分析有机蒙脱土在环氧树脂中的剥离行为。研究表明,固化剂的选择对有机蒙脱土的剥离行为有很大的影响,用固化剂甲基四氢苯酐和促进剂苄基二甲胺后,有机蒙脱土容易被剥离而得到剥离型的纳米复合材料,而用4,4’-二胺基二苯基甲烷固化剂未能使有机蒙脱土剥离后形成插层型纳米复合材料。 相似文献
