以江苏油田复杂小断块油藏中的两口井为例 ,通过对措施前后测试资料的对比分析 ,对措施效果做出定量的评价。     

Surface Removal Rate in Chemical-Mechanical Polishing

Variation of the surface removal rate with down pressure, pad asperity, and relative velocity in chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) was studied. A phenomenological model for contact of pad asperities with abrasive particles and wafer is described. The functional dependence of the polishing rate on pressure and velocity was found to be related to the distribution of pad asperities. Simple argument based on the mechanical contact theory suggests that the linear variation predicted by Preston's equation follows when the pad asperities have a random distribution. The sublinear dependence of the removal rate, however, is obtained when the pad asperities have a wavy distribution. The use of the statistical least-square method is suggested as a way to determine the relationship between the removal rate and pressure for different industrial pads used in CMP processes.

Suspended stripline on magnetized ferrite and anisotropic dielectric substrates

Suspended stripline on magnetized ferrite and anisotropic dielectric substrates are examined here. The spectral domain immittance approach was used for obtaining the dyadic Green's functions in the Fourier transform domain. Galerkin's method was used to obtain the dispersion characteristics of the dominant mode, and the curves for a few cases are shown as examples which could be used in designing isolators, phase shifters, and directional couplers.

Effects of pulse parameters on macro-particle production in pulsed cathodic vacuum arc deposition

The effects of the pulse parameters on the production of macro-particles in vacuum arc deposition are studied. A power supply that can provide either direct current or pulsed power is used and the influence of the current and duty cycle are independently investigated. Copper is used as the cathode and glass is used as the substrate. Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy with image processing software are used to analyze the macro-particles deposited on the substrate. Our results show the general trend that the density of macro-particles increases with the direct current but there is no obvious correlation with the duty cycles. The lowest degree of macro-particle contamination is observed at a duty cycle of about 40.5%.

组合查询一直是管理信息系统的开发重点。文中论述了用递归下降分析法构造组合查询器的一种方法，首先简要介绍了递归下降分析法的概念，分析了组合查询器的功能，进而提出了利用递归下降分析法对组合查询条件的描述和解释方法，在此基础上讨论了基于MVC模式的设计，并给出了模型层、控制层、表示层的详细实现方案。这种方法可以满足组合查询的条件随机性、输出多样性以及接口友好性等方面的综合要求。
