纳秒级上升时间的高压脉冲群电源

按照IEC 61000-4-4/GB 17626.4—1998的要求，首先应用PSPICE仿真确定电路中各元件的参数值，然后基于拉普拉斯变换用MATLAB求解二阶电路验证各元件参数。在此基础上研制了一台以开关电源作为高压直流电源、以氢闸流管作为主控开关的脉冲群电源。该电源体积小、重量轻、效率高、成本低廉。试验结果表明，其输出信号符合标准要求，可用于快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验。

LCD图形控制器中图形加速引擎BitBLT的VLSI设计

BitBLT引擎具有加速图形移动,支持位块数据的光栅操作(ROP)和透明传输,支持文本、单色位图和图样的由单色向全彩的快速转等功能.在小尺寸LCD图形处理芯片中,BitBLT引擎的设计需要仔细地权衡速度、功耗和面积等相互制约的因素.本文对图形加速引擎BitBLT的功能和结构进行了分析,给出了电路的实现,并对设计中如何提高处理速度和优化功耗进行了讨论,最后给出仿真及FPGA验证结果.     

Application of artificial neural networks to the analysis of two‐dimensional fluorescence spectra in recombinant E coli fermentation processes

A two‐dimensional (2D) spectrofluorometer was used to monitor various fermentation processes with recombinant E coli for the production of 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA). The whole fluorescence spectral data obtained during a process were analyzed using artificial neural networks, ie self‐organizing map (SOM) and feedforward backpropagation neural network (BPNN). The SOM‐based classification of the whole spectral data has made it possible to qualitatively associate some process parameters with the normalized weights and variances, and to select some useful combinations of excitation and emission wavelengths. Based on the classified fluorescence spectra a supervised BPNN algorithm was used to predict some of the process parameters. It was also shown that the BPNN models could elucidate some sections of the process's performance, eg forecasting the process's performance. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry     

克拉2气田储层岩石的应力敏感性及其对生产动态的影响

克拉2气田是一个异常高压气藏，压力系数在2．0以上。在衰竭式开采条件下，其地层压力降幅可为普通气藏地层压力降幅的3倍以上，因此研究储层岩石应力敏感性及其对生产动态的影响意义重大。研究得出，岩石的应力敏感性特征主要有：岩石物性对应力的敏感性总体上不大，其中以孔隙度最小，渗透率次之，压缩系数最大；岩石物性随地层压力的下降而下降；在同一地层压降下．岩石物性下降幅度不是渗透率的连续函数，而是与渗透率分布范围有关，高渗透率范围，岩石物性下降幅度小，低渗透率范围，岩石物性下降幅度大。研究得出，克拉2气田岩石的应力敏感性对其生产动态的影响较小。     

天然气管道燃压机组的性能试验及见证

结合西气东输管道工程燃气轮机驱动压缩机组设备订货及验收中对性能试验项目的确定、工厂试验及见证过程,介绍了燃压机组性能试验项目所涉及的主要内容、执行标准、需要达到的技术指标,各种性能试验的基本情况,买方参加工厂试验见证中需要重点处理好的问题等。以期为我国其他大型长输天然气管道机组订货及试验见证工作提供借鉴。     

高输入功率因数的三相无源AC-DC变换器

对于采用三相不控整流桥作为前级的变换器，自然条件下其输入电流波形系数不高，使得输入功率因数委低，降低了电源的利用率。为此需要采用功率因数提高技术，其中无源PFC是一类重要的功率因数校正技术，在某些场合非常具有应用价值。本文介绍了几种三相无源AC-DC变换器的高功率因数方案，如采用LC滤波器、移相电抗器，谐振电抗器，移相变压器，相间变压器，相间电抗器等，在进行简单的工作原理描述后，给出了部分方案的MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真结果。     

Effect of fiber types on relevant properties of porous asphalt

The research was conducted to evaluate the effects of cellulose and polyester fibers on the properties of porous asphalt mixes, using the tests of draindown, abrasion, volumetric properties, rutting, and moisture damage. Images of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray computerized tomography were adopted to identify the microstructure of the fiber and inner stone skeleton of porous asphalt. The influence of rutting parameter （G＊/sin δ） of asphalt modified by different fibers on the rutting resistance of the mixes was investigated. Based upon MOHR-COULOMB theory, the cohesion and the angle of internal friction of the mixes were derived from both indirect tension and unconfined compression strength. The experimental results indicate that fibers mainly stabilize asphalt binder and thicken asphalt film around aggregates. Furthermore, they result in the improved mechanical strength of porous asphalt mixes at high temperature slightly. From comparison analysis, cellulose fibers appear to perform better than polyester fibers in porous asphalt mixes.
