Isolation and identification of a sulfate reducing bacteria and sequence analysis of its dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene

A sulfate reducing bacteria was isolated from mining sewage of Daqing Oilfield by Hungate anaerobic technology. Physiological-biochemical analysis showed that the strain could utilize polyacrylamide as sole carbon and nitrogen source. The sequence analysis of 16S rDNA illustrated that the similarity of F8 and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF192153) was 99%, and the similarity sequence of dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene (DSR) cloned from the strain and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF273034) was 98%. Their phylogenitic analysis was basically anastomosed, and thus temporarily named as Desulfovibrio desulfuricans F8. The DSR cloned from F8 strain was 2740 bp in length consisting of three ORF, DSRA, DSRB and DSRD as a single operon (DSRABD) regulated by the same operator. DSRA contained typical conservative box of sulfate—sulfite reducing enzyme (SiteⅠand SiteⅡ), which could bind siroheme and [Fe4S4]. DSRB retained a [Fe4S4] binding site, with an uncomplimentary structure for siroheme binding. There was no conservative box in DSRD. Sequence analysis of DSR will provide a theoretical basis for quantitative detection, metabolic pathway modification through gene engineering, and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) suppression.     

Damage and deterioration mechanism and curing technique of concrete structure in main coal cleaning plants

Concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants have been rebuilt and reinforced in the coal mines of the Shanghai Da-tun Energy Sources Co. Ltd., the first colliery of the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. and the Sanhejian mine of the Xuzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. In these projects, the operating environment and reliability of concrete structures in the main plants of the three companies were investigated and the safety of the structures inspected. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made on the spe-cial natural, technological and mechanical environments around the structures. On the basis of these analyses, we discuss the long-term, combined actions of the harsh natural (corrosive gases, liquids and solids) and mechanical environments on concrete structures and further investigated the damage and deteriorating mechanisms and curing techniques of concrete structures in the main coal cleaning plants. Our study can provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the reliability of concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants.     

米曲霉在牛乳中最适生长条件的研究

利用米曲霉对牛乳进行发酵,通过单因子及正交试验以菌丝体干重为指标对其在牛乳中的生长进行了研究．结果表明：接种量为4％,装液量为30mL,摇床转速为180r／min时菌丝体干重可达到最大．此外测得最大菌丝体干重时的蛋白质分解率可达35．6％．     

单级倒立摆系统分析与设计

倒立摆系统以其自身的不稳定性为系统的平衡提出了难题,也因此成为自动控制实验中验证控制算法优劣的极好实验装置.作者对倒立摆系统的非线性模型进行了线性化处理,通过利用全状态反馈和线性二次型最优控制两种方法对系统进行控制以满足设计指标,最后设计仿真实验软件平台以方便对比参数设置和系统性能之间的关系.

一类非线性微分方程极限环的不存在性

利用Cauchy问题解的唯一性研究了一类非线性微分方程(x)=y,(y)=-f(x,y)y-g(x)h(x,y)极限环的不存在性,得到了在奇点唯一的情况下不存在极限环的充分条件,所得结果可用于方程(x)+f(x,(x))(x)+g(x)·h(x.(x))=0不存在非零周期解的判别条件.     

图的b-边染色数及b-边连续性研究

图染色及色数问题是图论中的一个重要内容,也是图论中的一个十分活跃的领域,同时有着深刻而丰富的理论结果和广泛的实际应用,其理论和方法在离散数学中占有重要地位.本文在图的b-染色数和b-连续概念的基础上提出图的b-边染色数及b-边连续的概念,给出了路图、圈图以及满n叉树图的b-边染色数,并且证明了这些图都是b-边连续的.     

RTV和增爬裙对支柱绝缘子电场和电位分布影响的研究

RTV涂层和增爬裙在电力系统外绝缘中多有应用,研究其对电场、电位的影响对施工以及运行都具有指导意义。以110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子为例,在ANSYS中建立了其真实模型,基于静电场有限元分析了RTV涂层厚度,增爬裙的数目、位置、形状对最大电场、沿绝缘子表面场强/电位的影响。结果表明:RTV涂层和增爬裙不改变电场和电位的整体分布,有RTV涂层后场强略有下降,随RTV涂层厚度的增加最大场强和沿面场强略有下降;随着增爬裙片数、位置、厚度和外径的变化沿面场强/电位有所变化,且随其外径和高场强区片数的增加沿面场强减少更明显。所得结果对RTV涂层和增爬裙的应用具有一定指导意义。     

基于HTTP协议的安全代理研究

网上资金结算系统对传统资金结算系统的发展具有良好的推动作用,但安全问题是必须解决的核心问题之一。在分析了网上资金结算系统结构及安全需求的基础上,提出了一种基于HTTP协议的安全代理方案和相关数据处理的流程,并结合该流程设计了服务器安全代理和用户端安全代理,满足了网上资金结算对信息安全的要求。     

振荡热管的研究现状与应用前景

振荡热管作为一种新型独特高效的传热元件,具有体积小、结构简单、传热良好、适应性广等优点.在电子元件散热、新能源利用及余热回收等领域都极具潜力.本文综述了振荡热管的结构、工作原理、运行机制;概括了国内外研究现状;列举了振荡热管在几个领域的工程应用及应用前景;在前人的基础上总结出振荡热管目前存在的问题,以及解决方法,指出振荡热管的多样化、微型化、实用化是今后的研究方向。
