Influence of the components in the flow properties and physical aging of spray coating PVC plastisols

A study of the rheological properties and aging characteristics of 15 poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) plastisols formulated for spray coating is made. The influence of the PVC type, plasticizer, filler, diluent, and thixotropic agent is analyzed and discussed in terms of the yield stress value, a shear thinning index, and an aging characterizing parameter.     

CaSO_4晶须对聚氨酯胶粘剂性能影响的研究

用实验室自制的相对分子质量为2500的聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯、混合扩链剂配制聚氨酯胶粘剂,并使用实验室自制的改性和未改性200nm硫酸钙晶须对聚氨酯胶粘剂进行改性,考察不同硫酸钙晶须及其加入量、加入方式对聚氨酯胶粘剂综合力学性能的影响。根据实验结果,200nm改性硫酸钙晶须当加入量为3％时,聚氨酯胶粘剂的拉伸强度、初粘性和最终剥离强度均有明显提高。     

Influences of zinc oxide and an organic additive on the electrochemical behavior of pure aluminum in an alkaline solution

The corrosion behavior of pure aluminum in inhibited and uninhibited 4 MKOH was investigated by means of hydrogen collection, polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the corrosion of pure aluminum was greatly inhibited by the addition of ZnO and dimethyl amine epoxy propane (designated as DE). EIS and EDAX analyses revealed that ZnO produces its effect by depositing on the aluminum surface, which increases the overpotential of hydrogen evolution. It was also found that the addition of DE could greatly improve the deposition of zinc layers.     

广角摄像机在机器人视觉定位中的应用

为了保证广角摄像机在现代机器人视觉定位应用中的准确性,以广角摄像机像素坐标的反畸变过程为研究对象,提出一种在畸变对应表的基础上使用中心迭代法以及区域插值法确定物体实际位置的方法。通过实验证明了该方法能够测量物体的位置,其精度能够满足工业使用要求。     

Structure and properties of polyimide‐bonded magnets processed from prepolymers based on diacetyl derivatives of aromatic diamines and dianhydrides

We report a novel method of polyimide (PI) synthesis from prepolymers based on dianhydrides and diacetyl derivatives of aromatic diamines that facilitate the preparation of a melt processable mixture at 300 ± 10°C of the prepolymer and magnetic Nd‐Fe‐B alloy to provide PI‐bonded magnets with enhanced properties. It is shown that chemical structure of the prepolymers strongly influences viscosity behavior via crystallization of the oligoimide in the melt, leading to formation of PI with rigid‐rod like structure. This structural ordering of the prepolymers based on diacetyl derivative of diamine used in this study, if not controlled, leads to exponential increase of melt viscosity with time, making it practically impossible to prepare melt processable mixture of the magnetic particles and the PI prepolymers at elevated temperatures. The results obtained demonstrate that appropriate dianhydrides and diacetyl derivatives of diamines that do not lead to crystallization of oligoimides in prepolymer mixture can be used under controlled processing conditions to prepare melt‐processable PI‐bonded magnets containing rigid‐rod like PI structure that significantly increases thermal stability of the magnets. The temperature dependencies of the magnetic properties of the PI‐bonded magnets under conditions that they are likely to encounter during their service life were found to be remarkably similar to that of commercial thermoplastic magnets such as injection‐molded nylon magnets. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Low-Temperature Dielectric Properties of Ceramic Potassium Tantalate (KTaO3)

Dielectric properties of KTaO₃ ceramic fabricated by both conventional sintering and sintering followed by isostatic hot pressing (HIP) were measured at T =4.2 to 300 K over a frequency range from 400 Hz to 4 MHz. The weak field response shows a faint peak near 10 K which has a clear relaxation character, as in high-purity single crystals. The general response is well reproduced by the Barrett function, but additional polarizability with relaxation character is also in evidence at higher temperatures. No dielectric hysteresis was observed at high fields for cycling frequencies down to 0.04 Hz anywhere in the temperature range.

A two‐station embossing process for rapid fabrication of surface microstructures on thermoplastic polymers

An embossing strategy involving a hot station and a cold station for sequentially heating and cooling the embossing tool was investigated to reduce cycle times in hot embossing polymer microstructures. Experimental studies showed that aluminum stamps with a thickness of 1.4 mm can be rapidly heated from room temperature to 200°C in 3 s using contact heating against a hot station at 250°C. Microchannels and microlenses were successfully embossed onto high‐density polyethylene and acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene substrates using a heating time less than 3 s and a total cycle time around 10 s. The two‐station embossing process for the microlens was also numerically studied. The simulated filling behavior agreed with the experimental observation and the predicted thermal and deformation history of the polymer offered a good explanation on the experimentally observed process characteristics. 纳米稀土复合固体超强酸催化合成乙酸苄酯

采用共沉淀法制备了纳米稀土复合固体超强酸SO4^2-／ZrO2-2％Nd2O3催化剂，电镜分析表明，催化剂颗粒直径在25nm左右，比表面积测定：71．03m^2／g。酸强度-12．70〈Ho〈-11．99。并对合成乙酸苄酯的最佳反应条件进行了研究。研究表明：当苯甲醇与乙酸的物质的量比为1：2，反应时间为5h，反应温度为120℃，催化剂用量为6％苯甲醇的质量时，酯化率可达92．04％。研究发现，该催化剂可重复使用并可活化再生。     

A novel shaft-less double suction mini pump
