A method, believed to be new, to simulate Drude parameters for collective oscillation of the free carriers in metallic films is proposed. Plasma resonance frequency and relaxation were simulated simultaneously from both the real and the imaginary parts of the dielectric function of a metallic film after consideration of their correlation in the Drude model. As examples, the contributions of the electrons in Ag films and of the free carriers in metallic silicide, NbSi(2) and TaSi(2), films have been studied. 相似文献

This article presents fabrication, microstructure and mechanical properties study of Ti/TiAl functional gradient material. Ti–47Al–2.5V–Cr/Ti–6Al–2Zr–Mo–V gradient material was successfully fabricated by the laser melting deposition (LMD) manufacturing process. Microstructure and chemical composition was characterized by OM, SEM, TEM and EPMA. The Vickers hardness and room-temperature tensile property was evaluated on longitudinal direction. Results showed that fully lamellar (FL) microstructure consisted of γ-TiAl and α2-Ti3Al was formed on the Ti–47Al–2.5V–Cr side, while coarse basket weave microstructure was formed on the Ti–6Al–2Zr–1Mo–1V side. No cracking was found in the gradient zone after aging at 800 °C for 48 h. The room-temperature tensile strength of the as-deposited specimen is up to approximately 1198.8 MPa in the longitudinal direction, while the tensile elongation is approximately 0.4%, indicating a typical brittle fracture. 相似文献

将两亲性PS-b-PNIPAAm嵌段共聚物(BCP)溶解在四氢呋喃中配制成浓度为2%(质量分数)的溶液,旋涂后得到初生嵌段共聚物薄膜,以乙醇为退火溶剂退火后,探讨了退火时间对薄膜微孔结构的影响,结果表明,随着退火时间的延长,膜表面的微相分离越明显,微孔结构的分布更均匀。进一步将在乙醇中退火预处理的薄膜分别在乙醇或去离子水中进行溶胀处理,通过选择性溶胀成孔法制备PS-bPNIPAAm纳米多孔膜。研究了溶胀时间、温度及溶剂类型对薄膜形貌的影响,结果发现升高溶胀温度和延长溶胀时间均有助于膜表面微孔结构的形成,且该过程中乙醇的成孔作用比水的作用更为明显。 相似文献

Cu2O nanocactuses were synthesized via a simple, low-temperature, and no time-consuming wet chemical route. The synthesized products were systematically studied by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the formation of Cu2O nanocactuses was strongly depended on the addition of CTAB and NaOH. The structural evolution of the cactuslike Cu2O was found to follow dissolution and recrystallization processes. It is noteworthy that the stepwise synthetic procedure was crucial to the growth of the final nanoarchitectures. As carbon-based nanomaterials, water-soluble C60 derivatives have potential applications in various fields of biomedicine. In this study, a water-soluble fullerene C60 derivative bearing alanine residues (Ala-C60) was synthesized. The effects of Ala-C60 on neural stem cells (NSCs) as seed cells were explored. Ala-C60 can promote the proliferation of NSCs, induce NSCs to differentiate into neurons, and inhibit the migration of NSCs. Most importantly, the Ala-C60 can significantly increase the cell viability of NSCs treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and glutathione (GSH) content increased significantly in NSCs treated even by 20 μM Ala-C60. These findings strongly indicate that Ala-C60 has high potential to be applied as a scaffold with NSCs for regeneration in nerve tissue engineering for diseases related to the nervous system. 相似文献
