基于.NET的高校教师教学质量评估系统

教学质量评估体系的建立与应用的目的在于激励教师的积极性,提高学校整体教学质量,建立完善的教学质量保障体系.在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,详细阐述了基于.NET的高校教师教学质量评估系统的设计与实现.本评估系统在确立教师教学质量评价指标体系的基础上 ,做到了评教主体覆盖面广;评教工作的安排科学合理;系统的数据处理能力强;评教结果真实、可信度高.本系统切实有效地达到了辅助教学的目的.     

基于网络编码的P2P流媒体直播系统研究

针对目前存在的P2P流媒体直播系统不能充分利用网络资源的问题,提出了一种基于网络编码的P2P流媒体直播方案.该方案充分利用了Peer节点的计算能力,即在对媒体数据进行存储转发前先进行网络编码,以提高数据块的下载速率以及节省网络带宽资源.实验结果表明,在同等网络状况下,利用了网络编码后节点的播放质量有了明显的改善,尤其是在网络状况不好的情况下改善更为明显.     

一种新的属性约简算法

属性约简是粗糙集理论中的一个核心问题,为了有效获取属性最小相对约简,提出了一种新的基于相对差异比较表的属性约简算法.该算法给出了一种将信息表转化为相对差异比较表的方法,且该方法对于不相容决策表也是可行的,进而就将求解最小属性约简问题转化为求解一个0-1整数规划问题,并分别采用一般求解规划问题的方法和遗传算法两种方法来求解这个0-1整数规划问题.实验结果证明该算法结合遗传算法能够更加快速有效地进行属性约简.     

认证测试方法的改进及应用

基于串空间模型的认证测试方法被证明是一种分析认证协议的有效工具,为了使之适用于类型更多、规模更大的安全协议,并提高其在协议的认证性、可达性、机密性、非否认性、会话密钥的新鲜性及主体间的关联度上的分析能力,对原有的认证测试方法进行改进,充分利用消息格式,细化分析步骤,增添相关符号以分析复杂协议的更多安全特性。利用该方法能缩减模型检测自动化工具的搜索范围,在解决空间爆炸问题的同时有效地找到多方协议的具体攻击路径,而且它对安全协议的设计和验证也具有一定的指导作用。     

Overexpression and elevated plasma level of tumor-associated antigen 90K/Mac-2 binding protein in colorectal carcinoma

The cancer cell secretome may contain potentially useful biomarkers. Previously, we have analyzed the colorectal carcinoma (CRC) cell secretome. In this study, tumor‐associated antigen 90K (TAA90K)/Mac‐2 binding protein (Mac‐2BP), one of the CRC cell secreted proteins, was chosen for evaluation as a potential CRC biomarker because its mRNA level was also found to be significantly elevated in CRC tissues and in a more metastatic CRC cell line from the analysis of two public domain array‐based datasets. Immunohistochemical analysis of 241 CRC specimens showed that TAA90K/Mac‐2BP was positively detected in 52.7% of the tumors, but weakly or not detected in over 95% of the adjacent nontumor epithelial cells. The plasma TAA90K/Mac‐2BP levels were significantly higher in CRC patients (N = 280) versus healthy controls (N = 147) (7.77 ± 3.49 vs. 5.72 ± 2.67 μg/mL, p<0.001). Moreover, combination of TAA90K/Mac‐2BP and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) could outperform CEA alone in discriminating CRC patients from healthy persons in this case‐control study. Our results collectively indicate that analysis of cancer cell secretome is a feasible strategy for identifying cancer biomarker candidates, and the TAA90K/Mac‐2BP may be a potential CRC biomarker.     

Three-dimensional reconstruction on PC-Windows platform for evaluation of living donor nephrectomy

Evaluation of renal vasculature was necessary for preoperative donor assessment in living donor kidney transplantation, and the ability to view the vascular imaging in three-dimensional (3D) space should be helpful undoubtedly. Considering the widespread use of personal computer (PC) systems, we aimed to find a handy way to display the anatomy of the renal arterial and venous systems of potential donors on PC-Windows platform. Ten living-related donors were included in this study. Serial computed tomography (CT) images were loaded into Amira 3.1 running on a PC with Windows XP. Following image crop, segmentation and 3D reconstruction, we got the 3D images and the video clips. According to the displays which were confirmed by latter intraoperative findings, eight donors had single renal vessels, one had a left accessory renal artery and one had a right accessory renal artery. This project offered a new approach to evaluate the renal vessel anatomy in living donor kidney transplantation, and it was favorable for accuracy and popularizing.

本文基于国内外的最新研究成果对数据挖掘技术进行了研究,将这些技术应用到具体的电子商务平台中去,得到了可行性验证,从而为此技术在电子商务领域广泛应用起到了示范作用。     

流量仪表等精度传递的实验研究和准确度分析

采用实验研究的方式,讨论了用同等级的流量仪表作为标准表检定其它流量计的可能性与可行性,提出了等精度传递的概念,分析了等精度传递系统中影响传递精度的因素。试验表明,只要仪表具有足够好的重复性,用其作为传递标准组建标准表法流量标准装置,可以使装置的准确度接近上一级流量标准的准确度。
