地震总输入能量谱的拟速度谱估计

以阻尼比的变化对线性单自由度体系的总输入能不产生影响这一结论为基础,获得了线性单自由度体系地震动输入能拟速度谱估计的方法,研究表明,单自由度体系在某地震波作用下的总输入能等价速度谱可由阻尼比为0.5%的拟速度谱来近似获得。     

带加强层框架——核心筒结构的Pushover分析

通过有限元软件MIDAS/Gen对一栋50层带加强层的钢框架—核心筒结构进行了三维静力弹塑性分析。通过改变加强层的数量以及侧向加载模式,重点研究了罕遇地震作用下带加强层框架—核心筒结构的塑性铰出现次序及位置,加强层对相邻层的影响,相邻层是否出现薄弱层,以及针对结构能力曲线的比较,P-Δ效应的影响分析,得出了该种结构体系在罕遇地震作用下的反应特性及进行静力弹塑性分析的相关建议。研究结果可供实际工程参考。     

Characterization,Expression Profiling,and Biochemical Analyses of the Cinnamoyl-CoA Reductase Gene Family for Lignin Synthesis in Alfalfa Plants

Cinnamoyl-CoA reductase (CCR) is a pivotal enzyme in plant lignin synthesis, which has a role in plant secondary cell wall development and environmental stress defense. Alfalfa is a predominant legume forage with excellent quality, but the lignin content negatively affects fodder digestibility. Currently, there is limited information on CCR characteristics, gene expression, and its role in lignin metabolism in alfalfa. In this study, we identified 30 members in the CCR gene family of Medicago sativa. In addition, gene structure, conserved motif, and evolution analysis suggested MsCCR1–7 presumably functioned as CCR, while the 23 MsCCR-likes fell into three categories. The expression patterns of MsCCRs/MsCCR-likes suggested their role in plant development, response to environmental stresses, and phytohormone treatment. These results were consistent with the cis-elements in their promoters. Histochemical staining showed that lignin accumulation gradually deepened with the development, which was consistent with gene expression results. Furthermore, recombinant MsCCR1 and MsCCR-like1 were purified and the kinetic parameters were tested under four substrates. In addition, three-dimensional structure models of MsCCR1 and MsCCR-like1 proteins showed the difference in the substrate-binding motif H212(X)2K215R263. These results will be useful for further application for legume forage quality modification and biofuels industry engineering in the future.

17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯对辐射和化学损伤小鼠的防护作用及其雌活性的实验研究

采用我所自行合成的新型雌激素类化合物17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯,观察其对受致死剂量（8．0Gr）^137Csγ射线照射IRM-2小鼠30d存活率的影响,以及药物对注射环磷酰胺（CY）所致的IRM-2小鼠造血系统损伤的保护作用,比较了其与炔雌二醇（EE2）对昆明种雌性小鼠的雌活性。结果表明,5mg／kg、7．5mg／kg、10me/kg三个不同剂量17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯药物注射组,30d存活率分别比单纯照射对照组提高55％、85％、75％（P〈0．01）,保护指数分别为1．99、2．56、2．46;同时,药物可明显保护环磷酰胺所致的小鼠造血系统功能的损伤。与EE2相比,该药物雌活性约为其1／10000。因此,17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯对γ射线及化学药物损伤均有明显的保护作用,而且该药的雌活性低,毒副作用小。

新的等价类划分算法—计数法

目前,基于基数排序的等价类划分算法有较低的时间复杂度但存在以下不足：属性值跳跃性大时会产生大量空队列;排序后仍需O（|P‖U|）的时间才实现划分,求出等价类,排序没能发挥应有作用。为此,设计了一种新算法,通过属性值映射避免大量空队列产生,通过增加一个记录等价类长度信息的计数数组,排序后仅需O（|U|）就可实现划分,求出等价类。整个算法时间复杂度为O（|C‖U|）,空间复杂度为O（|U|）,为求等价类划分提供了一个新的解决办法。     

XYZ系统在电信领域中的应用

最近几年，在软件工程界内部有一种趋势，这就是开发以面向具体领域的ＣＡＳＥ环境．作为这样的一种ＣＡＳＥ工具，ＸＹＺ系统是由一时序逻辑语言ＸＹＺ／Ｅ和一组基于该语言的工具集构成．在ＸＹＺ系统中有很多的工具，它们被用来满足不同的需要．众所周知，ＳＤＬ（ｓｐｅｃｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎａｎｄｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎｌａｎｇｕａｇｅ）是电信领域中的一个国际标准语言，而且有关基于该语言的环境已在开发，但是有关该语言的验证工作，特别是利用有关时序逻辑语言进行验证的工作还不多．作为一种尝试，本文将利用ＸＹＺ系统中的一个子系统ＸＹＺ／ＶＥＲＩ，对ＳＤＬ所描述的有关电信领域中的例子进行验证．     

An improved fabrication method for carbon nanotube probe

An improved arc discharge method is developed to fabricate the carbon nanotube probe. In this method, the silicon probe and the carbon nanotube were manipulated under an optical microscope. When the silicon probe and the carbon nanotube were very close, 30-60 V dc or ae was applied between them, and the carbon nanotube was divided and attached to the end of the silicon probe. Comparing with the arc discharge method, the new method need not coat the silicon probe with metal in advance, which can greatly reduce the fabrication difficulty and cost. The fabricated carbon nanotube probe exhibits the good property of high aspect ratio and can reflect the true topography more accurately than the silicon probe.
