Tracking control for switched linear systems with time‐delay is investigated in this paper. Based on the state‐dependent switching method, sufficient conditions for the solvability of the tracking control problem are given. We use single Lyapunov function technique and a typical hysteresis switching law to design a tracking control law such that the H∞ model reference tracking performance is satisfied. The controller design problem can be solved efficiently by using linear matrices inequalities. Since convex combination techniques are used to derive the delay independent criteria, some subsystems are allowed to be unstable. It is highly desirable that a non‐switched time‐delay system can not earn such property. Simulation example shows the feasibility and validity of the switching control law. The proliferation of accelerometers on consumer electronics has brought an opportunity for interaction based on gestures. We present uWave, an efficient recognition algorithm for such interaction using a single three-axis accelerometer. uWave requires a single training sample for each gesture pattern and allows users to employ personalized gestures. We evaluate uWave using a large gesture library with over 4000 samples for eight gesture patterns collected from eight users over one month. uWave achieves 98.6% accuracy, competitive with statistical methods that require significantly more training samples. We also present applications of uWave in gesture-based user authentication and interaction with 3D mobile user interfaces. In particular, we report a series of user studies that evaluates the feasibility and usability of lightweight user authentication. The Web of Data keeps growing rapidly. However, the full exploitation of this large amount of structured data faces numerous challenges like usability, scalability, imprecise information needs and data change. We present Semplore, an IR-based system that aims at addressing these issues. Semplore supports intuitive faceted search and complex queries both on text and structured data. It combines imprecise keyword search and precise structured query in a unified ranking scheme. Scalable query processing is supported by leveraging inverted indexes traditionally used in IR systems. This is combined with a novel block-based index structure to support efficient index update when data changes. The experimental results show that Semplore is an efficient and effective system for searching the Web of Data and can be used as a basic infrastructure for Web-scale Semantic Web search engines. 相似文献

Three degree-of-freedom (3-DOF) high precision flight simulator is a type of key hardware-in-loop equipment in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics. The conventional Proportional–Integral–Derivative (PID) is a widely used industrial controller that uses a combination of proportional, integral and derivative action on the control error to form the output of the controller. It is well known that the undesired phenomena caused by friction can lead to overall flight simulator performance degradation or instability. This paper presents a novel kind of hybrid Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)-based PID and LuGre friction compensation controller for 3-DOF high precision flight simulator. On the basis of introduction of the basic principles of ACO, the controlling scheme design for the 3-DOF high precision flight simulator is presented. Based on the popular LuGre friction model, a novel nonlinear friction compensation controller for 3-DOF high precision flight simulator is also developed. The proposed Lyapunov function proves the robust global convergence of the tracking error. The parameters tuning of PID can be summed up as the typical continual spatial optimization problem, grid-based searching strategy is adopted in the improved ACO algorithm, and self-adaptive control strategy for the pheromone decay parameter is also adopted. Modularization design is adopted in the 3-DOF high precision flight simulator. This software can process the position and status signals, and display them on the friendly interface. Double buffer mechanism is adopted in the communication protocol between lower Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) and upper IPC. The series experimental results have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid ACO-based PID and LuGre friction compensation controller. 相似文献

Numerical simulation for Fuzzy-PID controllers and helping EP reproduction with PSO hybrid algorithm
Many Fuzzy-PID controller schemes used in industry today are based on some sort of simplified fuzzy reasoning methods and PID parameters. We present a design for Fuzzy-PID controllers using a novel PSO-EP-based hybrid algorithm. We succeed in making mathematical calculations and in encouraging EP reproduction with PSO. The main advantage of our design is that the integration of the PSO-EP-based hybrid algorithm structure generates new parameters for the Fuzzy-PID control schemes. The proposed algorithm is an improved variant of PSO, a relatively recently introduced stochastic optimization strategy for Fuzzy-PID controllers that is investigated in this study. The function of Fuzzy-PID controllers is illustrated by means of a model of the induction motor control system and a higher-order numerical model. 相似文献

The reliability-based design optimization (RBDO) using performance measure approach for problems with correlated input variables
requires a transformation from the correlated input random variables into independent standard normal variables. For the transformation
with correlated input variables, the two most representative transformations, the Rosenblatt and Nataf transformations, are
investigated. The Rosenblatt transformation requires a joint cumulative distribution function (CDF). Thus, the Rosenblatt
transformation can be used only if the joint CDF is given or input variables are independent. In the Nataf transformation,
the joint CDF is approximated using the Gaussian copula, marginal CDFs, and covariance of the input correlated variables.
Using the generated CDF, the correlated input variables are transformed into correlated normal variables and then the correlated
normal variables are transformed into independent standard normal variables through a linear transformation. Thus, the Nataf
transformation can accurately estimates joint normal and some lognormal CDFs of the input variable that cover broad engineering
applications. This paper develops a PMA-based RBDO method for problems with correlated random input variables using the Gaussian
copula. Several numerical examples show that the correlated random input variables significantly affect RBDO results. 相似文献

As network traffic bandwidth is increasing at an exponential rate, it’s impossible to keep up with the speed of networks by
just increasing the speed of processors. Besides, increasingly complex intrusion detection methods only add further to the
pressure on network intrusion detection (NIDS) platforms, so the continuous increasing speed and throughput of network poses
new challenges to NIDS. To make NIDS usable in Gigabit Ethernet, the ideal policy is using a load balancer to split the traffic
data and forward those to different detection sensors, which can analyze the splitting data in parallel. In order to make
each slice contains all the evidence necessary to detect a specific attack, the load balancer design must be complicated and
it becomes a new bottleneck of NIDS. To simplify the load balancer this paper put forward a distributed neural network learning
algorithm (DNNL). Using DNNL a large data set can be split randomly and each slice of data is presented to an independent
neural network; these networks can be trained in distribution and each one in parallel. Completeness analysis shows that DNNL’s
learning algorithm is equivalent to training by one neural network which uses the technique of regularization. The experiments
to check the completeness and efficiency of DNNL are performed on the KDD’99 Data Set which is a standard intrusion detection
benchmark. Compared with other approaches on the same benchmark, DNNL achieves a high detection rate and low false alarm rate. 相似文献

This study presents a new magnetic bead-based microfluidic platform, which integrates three major modules for rapid leukocytes
purification, genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction and fast analysis of genetic gene. By utilizing microfluidic technologies and
magnetic beads conjugated with CD15/45 antibodies, leukocytes in a human whole blood sample can be first purified and concentrated, followed by extraction of gDNA
utilizing surface-charge switchable, DNA-specific, magnetic beads in the lysis solution. Then, specific genes associated with
genetic diseases can be amplified by an on-chip polymerase chain reaction (PCR) process automatically. The whole pretreatment
process including the leukocytes purification and gDNA extraction can be performed in an automatic fashion with the incorporation
of the built bio-separators consisting of microcoils array within less than 20 min. The detection of single nucleotide polymorphism
(SNP) genotyping of methylenetetra-hydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T region associated with an increased risk of genetic
diseases was further performed to demonstrate the capability of the proposed system. The extracted gDNA can be transported
into a micro PCR chamber for on-chip fast nucleic acid amplification of detection genes with minimum human intervention. Hence,
the developed system may provide a powerful automated platform for pretreatment of human leukocytes, gDNA extraction and fast
