This paper proposes an effective color image denoising algorithm using the combination color monogenic wavelet transform (CMWT) with a trivariate shrinkage filter. The CMWT coefficients are one order of magnitude with three phases: two phases encode the local color information while the third contains geometric information relating to texture within the color image. In the CMWT domain, a trivariate Gaussian distribution is applied to capture statistical dependencies between the CMWT coefficients, and then a trivariate shrinkage filter is derived using a maximum a posteriori estimator. The performance of the proposed algorithm is experimentally verified using a variety of color test images with a range of noise levels in terms of PSNR and visual quality. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is equal to or better than current state-of-the-art algorithms in both visual and quantitative performance. 相似文献

Optical data center networks (ODCNs) are constructed by connecting geographically distributed data centers with optical networks. Due to the superiorities in computing and transmission performances, ODCNs have been widely acknowledged as a promising network paradigm to support the popular enterprise IT applications such as cloud computing and 3D rendering. However, the ever-increasing traffic burst and the expensive hardware upgrading impose more severe challenges on the design of resource allocation scheme in ODCNs, which is urgently required to take into account not only the service quality but also the economical profit of service provider. In this paper, we focus on the service degradation in ODCNs which has been proven efficient in reducing the denied requests in the overloaded network scenario by releasing portion of the occupied network resources with the acceptable service quality loss. Unlike the service degradation scheme in previous works, we first consider the impact of the time characteristics of service requests on the resource utilization and propose a novel time-dependent load-balancing service degradation (TD-LBSD) framework. In the TD-LBSD framework, a time-dependent link weight scheme is invented for the allocation of bandwidth resource to avoid the potential traffic congestion that is usually induced by the ignored dynamic nature of service requests. In order to support the high-level prepaid requests with unknown holding time, we also propose a statistical method to estimate the residual time of the occupied lightpaths based on the probability distribution of the holding time of past requests. Simulation results verified that our proposed service degradation framework outperforms the previous schemes with the profit gain of 6.2% and the reduced traffic congestions of 16.39% at best. 相似文献

This study contributes to international news flow literature methodologically, by significantly expanding its scope, and theoretically, by incorporating intermedia agenda-setting theory, through which we reveal how news media in different countries influence each other in covering international news. With a big data analysis of 4,708 online news sources from 67 countries in 2015, the study shows that wealthier countries not only continue to attract most of the world news attention, they are also more likely to decide how other countries perceive the world. However, international news flow is not as hierarchical and U.S.-centric as found earlier. Online-only, emerging media in core countries are not necessarily more impactful in setting the world news agenda than those in (semi)peripheral countries. 相似文献

电力系统的谐波是影响电能质量的重要因素,文章主要利用小波变换的奇异信号检测能力和较好的时域分辨率,对电网中的谐波进行了检测、分析。通过MATLAB对实例进行仿真,仿真结果表明,利用小波变换可以将信号中不同频率的谐波有效地提取出来,能够精确地分析非平稳信号的谐波,具有很高的分析精度。 相似文献
