研究了社会选择中的个人主权问题。在给出个人主权的2种描述形式的基础上，探讨了个人主权描述形式的一致性，通过分析Gibbard墙体颜色选择模型，研究了个人主权分配的相容性。在对个人主权与社会选择规则合理指标体系的相容性进行分析的基础上，得到了相关的不可能性结论。     

Wear behavior of graphite studies in an air-conditioned environment

The wear performance of graphite used in the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTR-10) was researched. The wear mechanism, worn surface and wear debris were analyzed under SEM. Under test conditions, the wear rate was 2.27×10⁻⁷ g/m for surface contact, and 1×10⁻⁶ g/m level for line contact. The main wear mechanisms of graphite were groove and fatigue. The projected area of wear debris followed the logarithm normal school, giving most wear debris as a small sphere and large flake debris as only a small part.     

Prediction control of active power filters

A prediction method to obtain harmonic reference for active power filter is presented. It is a new use of the adaptive predictive filter based on FIR. The delay inherent in digital controller is successfully compensated by u-sing the proposed method, and the computing load is not very large compared with the conventional method. Moreover, no additional hardware is needed. Its DSP-based realization is also presented, which is characterized by time-variant rate sampling, quasi synchronous sampling, and synchronous operation among the line frequency, PWM generating and sampling in A/D unit. Synchronous operation releases the limitation on PWM modulation ratio and guarantees that the electrical noises resulting from the switching operation of IGBTs do not interfere with the sampled current. The simulation and experimental results verify the satisfactory performance of the proposed method.
