探讨了中国3G牌照何时发放、发放数量、牌照与标准是否捆绑、3G产业链如何搭建、频率如何分配、市场容量和终端等问题，并对此提出了建设性的意见。     

Evaluation of image similarity by histogram intersection

Colour is the most widely used attribute in image retrieval and object recognition. A technique known as histogram intersection has been widely studied and is considered to be effective for color‐image indexing. The key issue of this algorithm is the selection of an appropriate color space and optimal quantization of the selected color space. The goal of this article is to measure the model performance in predicting human judgment in similarity measurement for various images, to explore the capability of the model with a wide set of color spaces, and to find the optimal quantization of the selected color spaces. Six color spaces and twelve quantization levels are involved in evaluating the performance of histogram intersection. The categorical judgment and rank order experiments were conducted to measure image similarity. The CIELAB color space was found to perform at least as good as or better than the other color spaces tested, and the ability to predict image similarity increased with the number of bins used in the histograms, for up to 512 bins (8 per channel). With more than 512 bins, further improvement was negligible for the image datasets used in this study. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 爆炸焊接——热轧双相不锈钢复合钢板研制

本文主要阐述了通过爆炸焊接和热轧的方法,研制成功可焊性良好的且具有较好强度、韧性与综合性能的双相耐应力腐蚀的不锈复合钢板。还将热轧与热处理的两种试验作了较全面的常规、特殊检验试验,结果完全达到使用要求。     

新型超微晶软磁合金FePCCuMoSi微观结构缺陷的正电子湮没研究

用正电子湮没方法研究了新型超微晶软磁合金的微观结构缺陷，样品选用的是在不同温度下退火的Ｆｅ８１Ｐ１２Ｃ３Ｃｕ１Ｍｏ０．５Ｓｉ２．５合金，结果表明，合金的微观结构构陷大小，密度随退火温度有规律地变化，这种现象可能与非晶的晶化过程有关。     

用保形样条方法求解非定常对流扩散方程

在欧拉-拉格朗日分裂方法的基础上,本文发展了一种固定网格上的欧拉-拉格朗日分裂方法.保形样条方法(SPSM)被用来解决倒特征线插值问题.通过求解几个有精确解的例子,说明SPSM方法的解是单调无振荡的,并且数值耗散也是比较小的.     

Application of evolutionary programming to transient andsubtransient parameter estimation

This paper presents an artificial intelligence approach of using evolutionary programming to estimate the transient and subtransient parameters of a generator under normal operation. The estimation using evolutionary programming is compared with that using a corrected extended Kalman filter. The comparisons with both simulation and micromachine test results show that evolutionary programming is robust to search the real values of parameters even when the data are highly contaminated by noise, while with the extended Kalman filter, the estimation tends to diverge with such data     

焊接试样的焊缝外形尺寸对爆炸试验的影响

选用水面舰艇用９４５钢和潜艇用９２１Ａ钢，研究了不同焊缝外形尺寸对爆炸试验中三缺口试样的中央缺口开裂行为的影响。通过大量的试验数据，确定了开裂判据ｅ≤ｅ_ｍ，为试验前预示中央缺口开裂与否提供了可靠的依据。     

PXJ—Ⅱ排险机器人

介绍了一种可在危险环境下作业的遥控机器人－－ＰＸＪ－Ⅱ排险机器人，分析了其功能指标及结构，简述了以武器系统和传感器为主的机器人辅助系统及其实用意义。     

利用马铃薯淀粉下脚液生产饮料工艺的研究

本实验尝试从马铃薯中提取蛋白质等成份，并适当添加姜汁，制成一种新型饮料，对饮料生产的工艺条件作了详细探讨，成功地解决了马铃薯褐变及沉淀等问题，确定了最佳配方及工艺。
