Under the condition of constant thickness, improving the low-frequency sound absorption performance of conventional sound-absorbing materials is a challenging research topic. To address this issue, a new reduced graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol (RGO/PVA) porous composite ceramic was fabricated using freeze-drying and optimized by redesigning the internal connecting pores of porous ceramic matrixes with a reticular microstructure using RGO and PVA. The as-prepared porous structure showed significant enhancement in the low-frequency sound absorption band compared with pristine porous ceramics. In addition, the hybrid porous ceramics exhibited low thermal conductivity. These favorable properties indicate that the hybrid sound-absorbing ceramics have potential application prospects for noise reduction in the fields of construction and electrical and mechanical devices.  相似文献

This study mainly focuses on the formation of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) blend morphologies with microspheres and distinct bead–string spherulites. iPP microspheres have been prepared by a simple and convenient strategy through either an isothermal or a nonisothermal crystallization process based on the macrophase‐separated structure in molten state of iPP/olefin block copolymer (OBC) blend. The dimension of the iPP spheres can be adjusted easily from about 1 µm to >10 µm by controlling the compatibility and annealing conditions. It was found that any of the following three parameters, the molecular structure of OBC (particularly the octene content), molecular weight of iPP, and annealing condition can be rescaled with others in controlling the dimension of the iPP microspheres. The mechanism of the formation of iPP microspheres was studied in detail. Surprisingly, the typical spinodal decomposition morphology with interconnected or thin sheet structure is the precursor of these microspheres. During the subsequent annealing process, it breaks up and further coarsens into spherical structure. In addition, distinct spherulites with a bead–string substructure have been obtained during the isothermal crystallization. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. An enantioselective one‐pot Michael/Michael/Henry/hemiacetalization reaction between α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes, α‐ketoamides, and nitroalkenes under mild conditions catalyzed by a diarylprolinol silyl ether has been developed. The sequential methodology provides a direct approach to a wide range of fully substituted chiral oxabicyclo[2.2.2]octanes with seven contiguous stereocenters in moderate to excellent yields (up to 99%), high to excellent diastereoselectivities (up to >25:1 dr), and high to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).

塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏具有储集体埋藏深、非均质性强、储集空间变化大的特征,储集体类型以缝洞型油藏为主。随着油田的开发,能量和底水问题逐渐成为影响自然递减的主要因素。在水驱采油能力大幅下降的同时,注气提高采收率成为油田开发的重要手段。该文介绍在塔河油田注气过程中通过实践摸索,针对不同类型油藏注气开发的经验及规律,在注气选井原则提出新的认识,为碳酸盐油藏提高气驱效率、指导注气开发拓宽思路和方法。  相似文献

The good treatment of skin defects has always been a challenge in the medical field, and the emergence of tissue engineering skin provides a new idea for the treatment of injured skin. However, due to the single seed cells, the tissue engineering skin has the problem of slow vascularization at the premonitory site after implantation into the human body. Cell co-culture technology can better simulate the survival and communication environment of cells in the human body. The study of multicellular co-culture hopes to bring a solution to the problem of tissue engineering. In this paper, human skin fibroblasts (HSFs) and human vascular endothelial cells (HVECs) were co-cultured in Transwell. The Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK8), Transwell migration chamber, immunofluorescence, Western blot (WB), and real time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) were used to study the effects of HVECs on cell activity, migration factor (high mobility group protein 1, HMGB1) and vascularization factor (vascular endothelial growth factor A, VEGFA and fibroblast growth factor 2, FGF2) secretion of HSFs after co-cultured with HVECs in the Transwell. The biological behavior of HSFs co-cultured with HVECs was studied. The experimental results are as follows: (1) The results of cck8 showed that HVECS could promote the activity of HSFs. (2) HVECs could significantly promote the migration of HSFs and promote the secretion of HMGB1. (3) HVECs could promote the secretion of VEGFA and FGF2 of HSFs. (4) The HVECs and HSFs were inoculated on tissue engineering scaffolds at the ratio of 1:4 and were co-cultured and detected for 7 days. The results showed that from the third day, the number of HSFs was significantly higher than that of the control group without HVECs.  相似文献
