The role of grain-boundary on the hydrogen-induced degradation inthin-film ferroelectric capacitors

The electrical properties of thin-film ferroelectric capacitors are known to degrade severely when exposed to hydrogen. In this study, we directly measured the effects of the grain boundary on the hydrogen-induced degradation in ferroelectric Pb(Zr, Ti)O₃ (PZT) thin films by the location of the top Pt electrode either inside the grains or at the grain boundary. A strong relationship between the grain boundary and the electrical properties of ferroelectric capacitors as a result of hydrogen annealing was found. The degradation of the electrical properties in thin-film ferroelectric capacitors after hydrogen annealing is mainly due to the presence of the grain boundary in the ferroelectric thin film     

船舶管系减振材料的应用研究

为适应我国舰船减振降噪的需要，试制出ＱＧＤ－１和ＱＧＤ－２两种穿孔型隔振垫，主要用于管路马脚，也可用于基座等振动部位。对两种隔振垫的阻尼性能、阻燃性能、耐油性能与国外同类产品进行了比较。经管路模型试验和水泵机组试验证明，这两种隔振垫可使管路系统振动加速度级明显下降。     

浅谈胶条接头与模具设计

简要地介绍了橡胶条常见接头工艺方法、应用特点及模具结构与设计方法。     

TiO_2-聚乙烯复合膜的制备及红外光谱对其膜层结构的表征

开发了以Ｔｉ４＋为桥联剂制备无机－有机复合膜的新方法以自制的硅藻土多孔陶瓷为基膜（支撑体），使用浸涂法－热致相转化法相结合制备了ＴｉＯ２－聚乙烯复合膜，并用红外光谱表征了复合膜层与层之间的结合方式和强度，支撑体中的ＳｉＯ２通过Ｔｉ４＋与聚乙烯的分子之间形成了新的化合物型膜层     

Cardinal and scattered-cardinal interpolation by functions having non-compact support

In this paper, we introduce the notion “scattered-cardinal interpolation” and obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the solvability of this interpolation scheme. We also generalize some results of de Boor, Höllig and Riemenschneider, Chui, Jetter and Ward, and Jetter and Riemenschneider on the correctness of l^p-cardinal interpolation on Z^d or its submoduls.     

Influence of rubber content in ABS in wide range on the mechanical properties and morphology of PC/ABS blends with different composition

A series of acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) with different rubber content were prepared by diluting ABS grafting copolymer containing 60% rubber with a styrene–acrylonitrile copolymer. ABS prepared were blended with bisphenol‐A‐polycarbonate (PC) at the ratio of 70/30, 50/50, and 30/70 to prepare PC/ABS blends. Influence of rubber content in ABS on the properties of ABS and PC/ABS blends were investigated. PC/ABS blends with different compositions got good toughness when the rubber in ABS increased to the level that ABS itself got good toughness. The tensile properties and processability of PC/ABS blends decreased with the increase of the total rubber content introduced into the blends. ABS with the rubber content of 30 wt% is most suitable to be used to prepare PC/ABS blends. The rubber content in ABS affected the viscosity of ABS, and subsequently the viscosity ratio of PC to ABS. As a result, the morphology of PC/ABS blends varied. The increase of rubber content in ABS results in finer structure of PC/ABS blends. POLYM. ENG. Synthesis of Iron-Based Laves Phase Containing Praseodymium Magnetostrictive Materials

The synthesis and magnetostriction of PrxTb1-x.Fe2, PrxTb1-x Fe2BO2 and PrxTb1-x（Fe0.6Co0.4）2 alloys were investigated in this study. The addition of boron or cobalt atom in PrxTb1-xFe2 could effectively prevent the formation of non-cubic phases, and Pr concentration limit was successfully increased from 0.2 to 0.4. X-ray step scanning for the PrxTb1-xFe2BO2 and PrxTb1-x（Fe0.6Co0.4）2 alloys showed that PrFe2 possessed a large spontaneous magnetostriction λ1111.
