In this paper, we present a control methodology for a class of discrete time nonlinear systems that depend on a possibly exogenous scheduling variable. This class of systems consists of an interpolation of nonlinear dynamic equations in strict feedback form, and it may represent systems with a time-varying nonlinear structure. Moreover, this class of systems is able to represent some cases of gain scheduling control, Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems, as well as input-output realizations of nonlinear systems which are approximated via localized linearizations. We present two control theorems, one using what we call a “global” approach (akin to traditional backstepping), and a “local” approach, our main result, where backstepping is again used but the control law is an interpolation of local control terms. An aircraft wing rock regulation problem with varying angle of attack is used to illustrate and compare the two approaches. 相似文献

Alloy 22 (N06022) is the current candidate alloy used to fabricate the external wall of the high-level nuclear waste containers
for the Yucca Mountain repository. It was of interest to study and compare the general and localized corrosion susceptibility
of Alloy 22 in fluoride and chloride solutions at 90 °C. Standard electrochemical tests such as cyclic potentiodynamic polarization,
amperometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used. Studied variables included the solution pH and the alloy
microstructure (thermal aging). Results show that Alloy 22 is highly resistant to general corrosion in all the solutions tested.
Thermal aging is not detrimental and even seems to be slightly beneficial for general corrosion at the higher solution pHs.
Pitting corrosion was never observed. Crevice corrosion was found only for high chloride-containing solutions after anodic
polarization. The presence of fluoride ions together with chloride ions seems to increase the susceptibility of Alloy 22 to
crevice corrosion compared to pure chloride solutions.

Thomas Fincke (January 6th, 1561–April 24th, 1656), born in Flensburg (Germany), was one of the very most important and significant scientists in Denmark during the
seventeenth century, a mathematician and astrologer and physician in the beginning of modern science, a representative of
humanism and an influentual academic organizer. He studied in Strasbourg (since 1577) and Padua (since 1583) and received
his M.D. in Basel (1587), he practised as a physician throughout his life (since 1587 or 1590) and became a professor at Copenhagen
(1591). But he was best known because of his Geometriae rotundi libri XIIII (1583), a famous book on plane and spherical trigonometry, based not on Euclid but on Petrus Ramus. In this influentual work,
in which Fincke introduced the terms tangent and secant and probable first noticed the Law of Tangents and the so-called Newton-Oppel-Mauduit-Simpson-Mollweide-Gauss-formula,
he showed himself to be „abreast of the mathematics of his time“.

The mechanical, morphological behavior and water absorption characteristics of polypropylene (PP) and silica, or PP and rice‐husk, composites have been studied. The silica used in this study as filler was a commercial type produced from soluble glass or rice husks. The compatibilizing effect of PP grafted with monomethyl itaconate (PP‐g‐MMI) and/or with vinyltriethoxysilane (PP‐g‐VTES) as polar monomers on the mechanical properties and water absorption was also investigated. In general, a high loading of the studied fillers in the polymer matrix increases the stiffness and the water absorption capacity. This effect is more noticeable in the tensile modulus of the PP/silica composite with PP‐g‐VTES as compatibilizer. However, the increase of the rice‐husk charge as a natural filler in the PP matrix decreases the stiffness, and in the presence of PP‐g‐MMI as compatibilizer in PP/rice‐husk, the tensile modulus and water absorption of the composite were improved. The better adhesion and phase continuity in the PP/silica and PP/rice‐husk composites with different compatibilizers was confirmed by the morphological study. Modeling mechatronic multibody systems requires the same type of methodology as for designing and prototyping mechatronic
devices: a unified and integrated engineering approach. Various formulations are currently proposed to deal with multiphysics
modeling, e.g., graph theories, equational approaches, co-simulation techniques. Recent works have pointed out their relative
advantages and drawbacks, depending on the application to deal with: model size, model complexity, degree of coupling, frequency
range, etc. This paper is the result of a close collaboration between three laboratories, and aims at showing that for “non-academic”
mechatronic applications (i.e., issuing from real industrial issues), multibody dynamics formulations can be generalized to
mechatronic systems, for the model generation as well as for the numerical analysis phases. Model portability being also an
important aspect of the work, they must be easily interfaced with control design and optimization programs. A global “demonstrator”,
based on an industrial case, is discussed: multiphysics modeling and mathematical optimization are carried out to illustrate
the consistency and the efficiency of the proposed approaches. 相似文献
