Mesoporous g-C3N4 decorated by Ni2P nanoparticles and CdS nanorods together for enhancing photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

Ni₂P nanoparticles and CdS nanorods were grew together on a mesoporous g-C₃N₄ through a facile in-situ solvothermal approach. Under visible light (λ > 400 nm), the as-prepared ternary PCN–CdS-5% Ni₂P composite displays a high H₂ evolution rate with 2905.86 μmol g^?1 h^?1, which is about 14, 18 and 279 times that of PCN–CdS, PCN–Ni₂P and PCN, respectively. The enhanced photocatalytic activity is mainly attributed to the improved separation efficiency of the photocarriers by the type II PCN–CdS heterojunction and the effective extraction of photogenerated electrons by Ni₂P. Meanwhile, Ni₂P acts as co-catalyst to provide the photocatalytic active site for hydrogen reduction. In addition, PCN–CdS-5% Ni₂P composite exerts good stability in 12-h cycles.     

一种家用手持式红外偏振光治疗仪的设计与实现

红外偏振光治疗仪是一种将红外技术与电子技术应用到医学领域的康复理疗设备,主要用于软组织损伤和慢性疼痛的康复治疗,已在医院得到了推广使用。然而,现有医院使用的台式治疗仪由于体积大、售价高等特点,不方便居家使用。为了开发体积小、售价低、家庭可用的红外偏振光治疗仪,满足家用市场的潜在需求,本文提出了一种新的便携手持式红外偏振光治疗仪,并开发了该智能控制系统。本文首先介绍了一种新的家用手持式治疗仪应具备的特点和关键技术指标,在此基础上设计了手持式治疗仪的硬件总体方案和软件架构,简要介绍了该治疗仪的一些关键技术,最终实现了治疗仪样机的研制。为了验证该样机的性能,本文通过大量的测试,结果表明,研制的手持式红外偏振光治疗仪在关键参数指标上达到了医院同类产品的水平,能够很好地满足家用的需求,具有良好的市场前景。     

浅谈枪支(弹药)库室电子技防测试

一个完整枪支(弹药)库室的安全防范由管理要求、物防要求、技防要求及人防要求完美的结合而成,其中技防要求是需要根据枪支(弹药)库室现场实体情况采取的一项电子技术手段,是起到安全预报警的最佳方式。本文就枪支(弹药)库室安全防范在技防要求方面按现行GA 1016-2012标准在检测中存在的问题做一些探讨、建议,以期为需要枪支(弹药)库室的建设单位、施工单位提供参考。     

基于DSP的智能电源控制单元设计与实现

本文利用TI公司TMS320F28335芯片高效的浮点运算能力,结合片上丰富的外设,设计并实现了一种具有高可靠性的智能电源控制单元。该控制单元周期性地对各片上外设进行自检维护,完成多路负载通道控制、电压、电流的实时监控,并对故障进行指示、处理和上报,同时提供人机交互界面更新状态信息。经过验证,该控制单元工作稳定,具备良好的工程应用价值。

A Student's t-based density peaks clustering with superpixel segmentation (tDPCSS) method for image color clustering

Image color clustering is a basic technique in image processing and computer vision, which is often applied in image segmentation, color transfer, contrast enhancement, object detection, skin color capture, and so forth. Various clustering algorithms have been employed for image color clustering in recent years. However, most of the algorithms require a large amount of memory or a predetermined number of clusters. In addition, some of the existing algorithms are sensitive to the parameter configurations. In order to tackle the above problems, we propose an image color clustering method named Student's t-based density peaks clustering with superpixel segmentation (tDPCSS), which can automatically obtain clustering results, without requiring a large amount of memory, and is not dependent on the parameters of the algorithm or the number of clusters. In tDPCSS, superpixels are obtained based on automatic and constrained simple non-iterative clustering, to automatically decrease the image data volume. A Student's t kernel function and a cluster center selection method are adopted to eliminate the dependence of the density peak clustering on parameters and the number of clusters, respectively. The experiments undertaken in this study confirmed that the proposed approach outperforms k-means, fuzzy c-means, mean-shift clustering, and density peak clustering with superpixel segmentation in the accuracy of the cluster centers and the validity of the clustering results.     

NH_3-OH体系中共沉淀法同时回收钕铁硼废料中Nd-Pr-Co-Fe

为了避免回收单一钕铁硼废料中有价元素带来的操作复杂和资源浪费等问题,本研究采用共沉淀法共沉淀出钕铁硼废料中的有价元素Me(Nd,Pr,Co,Fe),制备可用于生产再生钕铁硼的原料;根据质量守恒和同时平衡原理,采用MATLAB软件建立Me(Nd,Pr,Co,Fe)-OH--NH3热力学模型,绘制lg[Me]-p H曲线模拟共沉淀工艺,并根据模拟结果确立了共沉淀工艺;模拟和实验的结果表明:根据lg[Me]-p H模拟结果可以确立一步共沉淀法的p H:6~10,Fe3+比Fe2+更易于沉淀完全;在上述条件下获得的共沉淀粉末主相均为Nd,Pr,Co,Fe的化合物,且有价元素的百分比含量均大于99.4%;其中,当p H值在8左右时回收率最高,在该条件下金属元素Me(Nd,Pr,Co,Fe)的沉淀效率分别为:98.7%,99.9%,93.6%,99.9%。该结果也表明共沉淀法工艺不仅高效,而且所制备的共沉淀粉末可以满足制备二次钕铁硼的需要。     

Isolated hepatic tuberculosis mimicking liver tumors in a dialysis patient

Cases of isolated hepatic tuberculosis (TB) are rare. The diagnosis is often delayed or missed because of nonspecific symptoms and laboratory findings. Besides, the disease is extremely rare even in a country where TB is an alarming public health problem. This report demonstrates the difficulty in correctly diagnosing local hepatic TB. We report the case of a 62‐year‐old male patient with end‐stage renal disease treated with hemodialysis, who developed 2 months of abdominal distension and general anorexia, with hyperechoic hepatic lesions on ultrasound. Computed tomography suspected multiple liver tumors. The liver biopsy finally led to the diagnosis of TB of the liver without other involvements. We conclude that isolated hepatic TB is one of the rare forms of extrapulmonary TB in dialysis patients. A greater awareness of this rare clinical entity may prevent needless surgical interventions.
