Metal-organic framework-based CO2 capture: from precise material design to high-efficiency membranes
A low-carbon economy calls for CO2 capture technologies. Membrane separations represent an energy-efficient and environment-friendly process compared with distillations and solvent absorptions. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), as a novel type of porous materials, are being generated at a rapid and growing pace, which provide more opportunities for high-efficiency CO2 capture. In this review, we illustrate a conceptional framework from material design and membrane separation application for CO2 capture, and emphasize two importance themes, namely (i) design and modification of CO2-philic MOF materials that targets secondary building units, pore structure, topology and hybridization and (ii) construction of crack-free membranes through chemical epitaxy growth of active building blocks, interfacial assembly, ultrathin two-dimensional nanosheet assembly and mixed-matrix integration strategies, which would give rise to the most promising membrane performances for CO2 capture, and be expected to overcome the bottleneck of permeability-selectivity limitations. 相似文献

Fundamentals of electrosorption on activated carbon for wastewater treatment of industrial effluents 总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17
The potential of electroadsorption/desorption on activated carbon for waste water treatment of industrial effluents is studied. Adsorption isotherms of hydrophobic differently charged model substances on activated carbon were measured in order to obtain specific information about the influence of the charge (+1,–1 and 0) on the adsorbability of comparable, aromatic species and the influence of the bed potential on the adsorption equilibria. In all these cases the adsorption equilibria show a dependence on applied potential in electrolyte of approximately 1m ionic strength. With electrosorption from aqueous solution, a fivefold enhancement of the concentration in one potential controlled adsorption/desorption cycle is achievable. The use of the solvent methanol instead of water for desorption allows for a concentration enhancement by a factor of hundred in the desorptive step. The adsorption capacity of the activated carbon changes only slightly with cycle number. Two cell designs for the performance of potential controlled adsorption/desorption cycles on the large scale are discussed. 相似文献

采用注射成型法制备无规共聚聚丙烯(PP–R)复合材料,结合差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及偏光显微镜等技术,分析了乙烯–辛烯共聚物+高密度聚乙烯增韧剂及WBGⅡ型β成核剂对PP–R复合材料力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明,增韧剂与成核剂对复合材料的综合性能有明显的影响,β成核剂和增韧剂同时加入到PP–R材料中,协效提高了复合材料的冲击强度,为78.7 k J/m~2,与纯PP–R材料比较提高了175%,而对拉伸及弯曲强度影响较小。同时,加入增韧剂及成核剂均能诱导α晶向β晶转变,晶粒细化,进而改善其冲击韧性。 相似文献

Impact-toughened, compatibilized binary blends of styrene-maleic anhydride (SMA) copolymer/amine functionalized ethylene-propylene (amine-EP) polymer and ternary blends consisting of SMA/amine-EP/high density polyethylene (HDPE) are described. In both blends 0.02 to 4 μm range rubbery inclusions, which toughen the SMA matrix, are formed. SMA sub-inclusions exist in the amine-EP phase. In the ternary blend substantially all of the polyethylene is embedded in the EP phase. Compatibilization of the SMA and the commingled polyolefin phase is promoted by a graft copolymer formed by the reaction of amine groups on the EP with the maleic anhydride groups on the SMA. We describe the morphology, rheology, aging characteristics and impact properties of these blends. SMA modification by SMA-g-(amine-EP) polymers formed in situ in the melt, with HDPE, has not been previously reported. 相似文献

本研究以AgSnO2电接触材料为研究对象,借助高速摄像技术并与电接触试验机组成电接触-高速摄像试验体系,观测电触头对在不同负载条件下熔桥行为的基本特征和规律,并进行定量测量研究,同时通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对熔桥行为后触头表面的微观结构和元素分布进行分析。结果表明,AgSnO2触头熔桥演化行为可分为接触区域熔化、熔桥稳定存在和熔桥失稳及断开三个阶段,熔桥和电弧现象可以同时存在,并且存在一定的协同和竞争关系,AgSnO2触头材料的熔桥尺寸为微米级(0.027-0.295 mm),熔桥直径随电流的增大而增大,熔桥长度随电流的增大而减小,熔桥演化行为过程中熔桥形状依次表现为墩粗型、圆柱型和哑铃型,熔桥行为会改变触头的表面形貌和元素分布。 相似文献
