The pinch point is important for analyzing heat transfer in thermodynamic cycles.With the aim to reveal the importance of determining the accurate pinch point,the research on the pinch point position is carried out by theoretical method.The results show that the pinch point position depends on the parameters of the heat transfer fluids and the major fluid properties.In most cases,the pinch point locates at the bubble point for the evaporator and the dew point for the condenser.However,the pinch point shifts to the supercooled liquid state in the near critical conditions for the evaporator.Similarly,it shifts to the superheated vapor state with the condensing temperature approaching the critical temperature for the condenser.It even can shift to the working fluid entrance of the evaporator or the supercritical heater when the heat source fluid temperature is very high compared with the absorbing heat temperature.A wrong position for the pinch point may generate serious mistake.In brief,the pinch point should be founded by the iterative method in all conditions rather than taking for granted.  相似文献

The kernel properties, gelatinisation and physicochemical properties of rice were investigated in a waxy rice Guang-ling-xiang-nuo (GLXN) and its transgenic line GLXN-RNAi with inhibition of starch branching enzyme I/IIb. The volume swelling, water content and leached material of cooked kernels increased with increasing cooking time, but they were lower in GLXN-RNAi than in GLXN. The kernels of GLXN-RNAi were more difficultly gelatinised and disrupted than those of GLXN during cooking. The starch in the exterior of GLXN-RNAi endosperm was not completely gelatinised. The CA-type starch of GLXN-RNAi was more resistant to cooking than A-type starch of GLXN. The cooked kernels of GLXN-RNAi had lower rapidly digestible starch and greater slowly digestible starch than those of GLXN. Brown rice flour had higher peak, hot, final and setback viscosities and lower breakdown viscosity in GLXN than GLXN-RNAi. These results indicated that GLXN-RNAi kernels exhibited great potential in applications as health foods.  相似文献

Aiming at the problems of low collection efficiency of fine particulate matter and large area occupied by existing electrostatic precipitators (ESP), a new type of horizontal electrode ESP is proposed. It has the advantages of accelerating turbulent coalescence, increasing the effective dust collecting area and increasing the particle driving speed. The performance of the new type of ESP is systematic studied through simulation and experiment at the same time, and the results matches well. By comparing the dust removal effect of the horizontal electrode ESP and the conventional ESP, it can be concluded that the horizontal electrode ESP has a better dust removal efficiency, and can still maintain a better dust removal effect under high air velocity. The dust removal efficiency of new ESP can reach above 98% under the experimental conditions.  相似文献

In this study, the deformable titanium (Ti) particles reinforced AZ91 composite was successfully prepared by powder metallurgy and subsequent extrusion. The mechanical properties and microstructural evolution of pure AZ91 and 5Ti/AZ91 composite were studied. The yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, and elongation of 5Ti/AZ91 composite are measured to be 212 MPa, 323 MPa, and 10.1%, respectively. Microstructure analysis revealed that Ti particles are elongated along the extrusion direction, forming a discontinuous strip Ti particles, fine precipitated Mg17Al12 phase inhibits dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior through Zener pinning effect and hinders the growth of matrix grains, resulting in refiner grains of 5Ti/AZ91 composite. Heterogeneous deformed Ti particles and magnesium (Mg) matrix to generate additional heterogeneous deformation-induced (HDI) strengthening. Heterogeneous deformation-induced strengthening mainly contributed to the increment of yield strength for 5Ti/AZ91 composite.  相似文献

Near infrared fluorescent galactose targeted glycopolymer containing m-carborane has been synthesized through ring open and atom transfer radical polymerization, followed by post-functionalization with a cyanine NIR dye. The copolymer could self-assemble into micelles which work as a potential agent for imaging-guided boron neutron capture therapy. The NIR micelles revealed no cytotoxicity for HepG2 cells. An enhanced and fast endocytosis due to the specific interaction between the HepG2 cells and the glycopolymer could be traced by fluorescence microscopy, and the bioimaging makes it possible to trace the nanoparticles and provides information where and when the neutron irradiation should be triggered.  相似文献
