A turnover platform for welding robot was designed for the application of welding robot with lower accuracy requirement, which was of low cost and higher position accuracy. In this turnover platform, the pneumatic motor was used as the power output, and the indexing mechanism with high accuracy was the transmission system with high transmitting ratio based on worm and wheel. The position information was acquired by using the photoelectric encoder, and the turnover motion with high accuracy was realized through the closed-loop controller. Simulation results showed that the maximum speed of the welding platform approached 14 r/min, and the platform could meet the requirements of most welding products. Such a turnover platform can offer the application program of the welding robot with low cost for the middle and low level products, and reduce the cost of welding robot and improve welding productivity.  相似文献

Carbon–lead solid solutions coexisting with amorphous carbon have been obtained for the first time in a film coating deposited by ion-plasma sputtering. During subsequent vacuum annealing of carbon–lead films containing more than 68.5 at % Pb, this element almost completely evaporates to leave an amorphous carbon coating on a substrate. During annealing at 1100°C, this amorphous carbon crystallizes into a new hexagonal lattice with unit cell parameters a = 0.7603 nm and c = 0.8168 nm. Characteristic X-ray diffraction data for the identification of this phase are determined.

Generalized spin filters, including several directional filters such as the directional median filter and the directional binary filter, are proposed for removal of the noise of fringe patterns and the extraction of fringe skeletons with the help of fringe-orientation maps (FOM's). The generalized spin filters can filter off noise on fringe patterns and binary fringe patterns efficiently, without distortion of fringe features. A quadrantal angle filter is developed to filter off the FOM. With these new filters, the derivative-sign binary image (DSBI) method for extraction of fringe skeletons is improved considerably. The improved DSBI method can extract high-density skeletons as well as common density skeletons.  相似文献

Data races hamper parallel programming and threaten the reliability of future software. This paper proposes the data race prevention scheme View-Oriented Data race Prevention (VODAP), which can prevent data races in the View-Oriented Parallel Programming (VOPP) model. VOPP is a novel shared-memory data-centric parallel programming model, which uses views to bundle mutual exclusion with data access. We have implemented the data race prevention scheme with a memory protection mechanism. Experimental results show that the extra overhead of memory protection is trivial in our applications. The performance is evaluated and compared with modern programming models such as OpenMP and Cilk.  相似文献

The acoustic level of a hard disk drive is an important specification. This is especially so for enterprise HDD which is required to operate under a high spinning speed. In order to reduce the acoustics level of a HDD, an in depth understanding behind the mechanisms whereby the noise is being generated in a HDD should be established. This paper will study the acoustics characteristics of a high speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PM BLDC) and investigate the physics underlying the generation of noise associated with a motor. An analysis procedure of the PM BLDC motor noise generating mechanisms is proposed. Through finite element analysis and experimental verification, the results indicate that the major noise source for the high speed PM BLDC motor is due to the presence of electromagnetic (EM) torque ripples. Furthermore, it has been observed that the noise radiated by a HDD can be amplified when its structural dynamics are close to the frequency components of the noise source. Finally, a methodology which discusses the steps involved in the prediction of motor radiated noise will be presented.  相似文献

A Color Management System (CMS) based on iCAM color appearance model is presented in this paper. Developing augmented reality (AR) applications for mobile devices and outdoor environments has historically required a number of technical trade-offs related to tracking. One approach is to rely on computer vision which provides very accurate tracking, but can be brittle, and limits the generality of the application. Another approach is to rely on sensor-based tracking which enables widespread use, but at the cost of generally poor tracking performance. In this paper we present and evaluate a new approach, which we call Indirect AR, that enables perfect alignment of virtual content in a much greater number of application scenarios.To achieve this improved performance we replace the live camera view used in video see through AR with a previously captured panoramic image. By doing this we improve the perceived quality of the tracking while still maintaining a similar overall experience. There are some limitations of this technique, however, related to the use of panoramas. We evaluate these boundaries conditions on both a performance and experiential basis through two user studies. The result of these studies indicates that users preferred Indirect AR over traditional AR in most conditions, and when conditions do degrade to the point the experience changes, Indirect AR can still be a very useful tool in many outdoor application scenarios.  相似文献
