我国典型地区大气腐蚀性的综合评价

运用模糊综合评价方法,选择合适的隶属函数,根据国际标准化组织ISO9223大气腐蚀性评价分级标准和我国大气腐蚀网站的腐蚀数据,对我国典型地区的大气腐蚀性进行了综合评价,其结果与单因素评价进行了对比。综合评价结果能较好地反映我国典型地区大气环境的腐蚀性。     

Preparation ofAZ91 alloy by powder metallurgy method

Magnesium alloy AZ91 was prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the effect of sintering temperature on the densities and microstructures of the alloys was investigated. The results show that tight control of the sintering temperature within a narrow range around the liquidus level generates structures with high integrity and reduces some of the disadvantages caused by the higher temperatures. The matrix consists of α-Mg grains/cells surrounds by discontinuous precipitates of Mg17Al12 intermetallics which are normally located at the grain boundaries and triple junction.     

铝铁合金的研究进展与应用状况

综述了Al-Fe合金的国内外研究现状，阐述了共晶、过共晶铝铁合金及其在快速凝固条件下的凝固特点，概述了添加Ca、Mg、Mn、RE等微量元素及采用热速处理、电流处理、交变磁场、超声振动等工艺条件对Al-Fe合金微观组织的影响规律，叙述了目前Al-Fe合金的应用状况，并对铝铁合金的研究及应用前景进行了展望。     

基于RP的快速精密铸造工艺的研究

研究了用立体光刻快速原形作为模的精密铸造的型壳制造工艺。结果表明,用石英粉100、三聚磷酸钠3、锂基膨润土2、PVB溶液7、微量的JFC和适量的甲醇,充分搅拌,制得耐火浆料。在模的表面浸涂耐火浆料并撒石英砂数次,直至结成5~10 mm厚的型壳。在35℃烘箱内烘干8~10 h,300℃装炉,以300℃/h升温到950℃,保温30 min,即得浇注所需型壳。将石英粉换为其它耐火粉料并对配比略加调整,即可制得其它耐火粉料的型壳,用于其它合金的铸造。     

Mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti-6Al-4V compacts by metal injection molding

Ti-6Al-4V compacts were fabricated by metal injection molding(MIM). Influence of vacuum sintering time on mechanical properties and microstructure of the sintered compacts at 1 260 ℃ were investigated. The experimental results show that the compacts sintered at 1 260 ℃ for 3 -6 h, which was made from hydrogenation-dehydrogenation(HDH) powder(average particles size is 45 μm), have a relative density of 95.6%- 96.7%, ultimate tensile strength of 648 - 686MPa and 0.2% yield strength of 526 - 615MPa; but a lower elongation(＜4%) and that the compacts sintered at 1 260 ℃ for 2 - 6 h, which was made from 90% gas-atomized powder(average particles size is 32.5 μm) and 10 % HDH powder, have higher relative density(＞95 %), ultimate tensile strength of 800 -848MPa,0.2% yield strength of 712 - 762MPa and high elongation (7.4%- 9.5%). When the sintering time is increased,porosity decreases and microstructure of sintered products changes from equiaxed to typical Widmanstatten, the average sizes of prior β grains, α colonies and α phase thickness in the β grains increase accordingly. After HIP treatment,pores obviously become less, microstructure of alloy is refined and mechanical properties are greatly improved.     

断路器机械特性及参数检测装置

论文介绍了所研制的断路器三相同步性检测装置,以国产DBA、DBG、DBB等九种断路器为研究对象,选用工控机、伺服电机、力传感器和高速数据采集卡设计了一套数据采集、处理系统,完成对其分合闸机械特性参数、力变化曲线和过程曲线的自动测量、显示、存储查询及打印,检测功能全、速度快、精度高,可以将断路器诸多机械特性的测量集于一体,大大简化了测量过程,节省人力物力.最后对其测量结果及适用性作了分析和评议.     

PLC通信系统的设计和应用

本文介绍了SIEMENS公司S5系列PLC和S7系列PLC之间进行通信的软件设计原理和实现方法,并将其成功地应用于国内某钢铁厂加热炉控制系统的升级改造中,为国内类似PLC控制系统的升级改造提供了有益的经验。     

Manufacturing a TiAl alloy by high-energy ball milling and subsequent reactive sintering

A TiAl alloy was fabricated by high-energy ball milling and subsequent reactive sintering from the mixed powders of Ti and Al. High-energy ball milling produced a kind of particular composite powders with an extremely fine altemative Ti and Al lamella structure. The composite powders not only possessed good consolidation and densification characteristics, but also resulted in the augment of nucleation rate of α and γ titanium aluminides during solid-phase reactive sintering After a series of processing, pressing, degassing, extrusion, and sintering, the resultant TiAl alloy presented high relative density and refined grain sizes of （α2 ＋ γ） lamella and γ phases. The compressive yield strength of the sintered TiAl reached 600 MPa at 800℃.     

轧辊接触应力的混合解法

本文将相似理论,光弹性方法,Hertz接触理论和数值计算方法结合起来,提出了对轧辊接触应力的一种混合解法,此法不仅可以得到合理的轴向接触压力分布规律,而且也可以得到接触区内的应力场三维解,应用该法对某轧机工作辊进行的接触应力分析,所得结果与轧辊的实际破坏情况吻合,说明本文提出的方法是可靠的。     

Domex700MC低合金高强度钢焊接接头显微组织分析

分别采用药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊和实心焊丝CO2气体保护焊对Domex700MC低合金高强度钢进行焊接。并对获得的焊接接头焊缝、熔合区和热影响区金属的显微组织进行了分析。结果表明，Domex700MC低合金高强度钢焊接性良好，用这两种焊接工艺均能获得良好的焊接接头，但前者获得的焊接接头焊缝金属显微组织分布更均匀，针状铁素体数量更多。
