Nanoporous alumina membranes containing parallel regular pores of uniform size and normal to substrate surface were fabricated by anodically oxidizing high purity aluminum foils in acid solutions and their elastic modulus was investigated. The continuous out-of-plane displacement and current load of the porous membranes were obtained through bulge test combining real-time ESPI (electronic speckle pattern interferometry) observation system. Then the elastic modulus was calculated through an analytical model and the pore distortion after load was characterized by HRSEM (high resolution scan electron microscope). Measurement of mechanical properties indicates unusual mechanical behavior of these anodic alumina films compared with bulk alumina materials. This observation may help shed light on fracture mechanism of these films with nanopore arrays and bring further understanding on connecting of micro-meso structure and mechanical properties.  相似文献

Rare earth CeO2 was investigated as an additive for in-situ preparation of TiC/Al composites using XD (exothermal dispersion) + casting technology. Experiment results showed that an optimum CeO2 addition of 0.5 wt pct promotes the generation and refinement of TiC particles, prevents the formation of Al3Ti, increases the wettability between the TiC ceramic particles and the Al matrix, and improves the mechanical properties of composite. A corresponding thermodynamic model was proposed for the mechanism.  相似文献

Thin strain-relaxed Si0.8Ge0.2 films (57.6 nm) on the 30 keV Ar ion implantation Si substrates for different dose (1 × 1014, 5 × 1014, 3 × 1015 cm-2) were grown by ultra high vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHVCVD) system.Rutherford backscattering/ion channeling (RBS/C), high resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD), Raman spectra as well as atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to characterize these SiGe films. Investigations by RBS/C as well as HRXRD demonstrate that these thin Sio.8Geo.2 films could indeed epitaxially grow on the Ar ion implantation Si substrates. Under low dose ( 1 × 1014 cm-2) and medium dose (5 × 1014 cm-2) implantation conditions, the relaxation extents of SiGe films are 60.6% and 63.6%, respectively. However, high dose implantation (3 × 1015 cm-2) prompt the strain in epitaxial SiGe film to be close to full relaxation status (relaxation extent of 96.6% ). On the other hand, determinations of RBS/C also indicate the crystalline quality of SiGe film grown on high dose implantation Si substrate is nearly identical to that grown on low dose (1 × 1014 cm-2) implantation Si substrate.  相似文献

Using the vorticity and stream function variables is an effective way to compute 2-D incompressible flow due to the facts that the incompressibility constraint for the velocity is automatically satisfied, the pressure variable is eliminated, and high order schemes can be efficiently implemented. However, a difficulty arises in a multi-connected computational domain in determining the constants for the stream function on the boundary of the “holes”. This is an especially challenging task for the calculation of unsteady flows, since these constants vary with time to reflect the total fluxes of the flow in each sub-channel. In this paper, we propose an efficient method in a finite difference setting to solve this problem and present some numerical experiments, including an accuracy check of a Taylor vortex-type flow, flow past a non-symmetric square, and flow in a heat exchanger.  相似文献

In this article, I describe the basic technologies for Semantic Web and relationship between Semantic Web and Knowledge Representation in Artificial Intelligence. Semantic Web is planned as an extension of the current web in order to help cooperation between computers and humans, i.e., computers and humans are expected to understand each other in the knowledge level. I first describe the vision of the Semantic Web, then introduce the current Semantic Web technologies, i.e., RDF, RDFS, and OWL. I describe relationship between the trend of Semantic Web and Knowledge Representation, and clarify challenges and difficulties of Semantic Web from the point of view of Knowledge Representation. Hideaki Takeda: He is a professor at National Institute of Informatics (NII) and a professor in Department of Informatics at the Graduate University of Advanced Studies (Sokendai). This paper outlines a philosophical and psycho-physiological basis for embodied perception, and develops a framework for conceptual embodiment of vision-guided robots. We argue that categorisation is important in all stages of robot vision. Further, that classical computer vision is unsuitable for this categorisation, however, through conceptual embodiment, active perception can be effective. We present a methodology for developing vision-guided robots that applies embodiment, explicitly and implicitly, in categorising visual data to facilitate efficient perception and action. Finally, we present systems developed using this methodology, and demonstrate that embodied categorisation can make algorithms more efficient and robust.  相似文献
