飞机货舱门密封橡胶条断裂失效研究

运用宏观检查、微观分析及断口分析、痕迹分析等分析技术和手段,并结合与拉伸断口的对比分析;对造成飞机货舱门密封胶条断裂脱出的失效性质、原因和机理进行了研究.结果表明飞机货舱门密封胶条的断裂性质为疲劳断裂;因舱门关闭时前下角处卡滞有货物紧固带,使舱门下部存在间隙,在飞行中舱内、外压力差值作用和气流影响下,密封胶条受到了沿长度方向的、交变的非正常拉伸应力作用,是导致胶条疲劳断裂、脱出机外的根本原因.     

通用循环水冷却器延时关闭控制联动电路设计

目前许多大型仪器的循环冷却水系统，都没有提供相应的自动化延时关闭装置，给工作带来不便。经过分析，将主机供电系统与循环冷却水供电系统进行关联，设计了联动电路，实现了正常关机，循环冷却水系统自动延时20min后关闭。既节约了工作时间，又提高了工作效率。     

D301树脂分离衣康酸的工艺研究

采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂Ｄ３０１对发酵法生产的衣康酸进行了分离研究。通过静态交换实验，研究了Ｄ３０１树脂对衣康酸的静态交换动力学，确定了传质机制和影响因素；通过动态交换实验，研究了以硫酸为洗脱剂，以氨水为再生剂的工艺过程，确定了主要工艺参数。     

钛酸钾品须填充UHMWPE复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

用钛酸钾晶须(PTW)对超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)进行填充改性,考察了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,研究了其结晶情况,观察了磨损表面形貌并分析了其机理.结果表明随着PTW用量的增加,复合材料的硬度、结晶度以及维卡软化点都有所增大.PTW提高了复合材料的耐磨性,但摩擦系数有所上升.PTW的加入使得UHMWPE的磨损机理从黏着磨损和塑性变形改变成疲劳磨损和轻微的塑性变形,提高了其抗磨粒磨损的性能.     

基于自由运动一维标定物的多摄像机参数标定方法与实验

一维标定方法易于实现且标定效率高,为了克服现有一维标定方法的一些不足,本文提出一种用一维标定物标定多摄像机内外参数的方法,首先进行两两标定,在此过程中,假定主点坐标近似已知而仅考虑畸变、焦距、旋转和平移等参数,接着利用基本矩阵及一维标定物上特征点之间的几何约束,估计两摄像机的内外参数,两两标定完成后,采用Dijkstra最短路径法和捆绑调整对多摄像机系统进行全局标定(含主点坐标),仿真和真实实验表明本文的方法是切实有效的.     

亚砜基改性纤维素膜的SO2气体渗透性能研究

分别使用二甲基亚砜浸泡的物理方法及苯基乙烯基亚砜加成的化学方法对纤维素膜进行了改性,并对改性膜的性能进行了测试.结果表明改性后纤维素膜仍为致密结构,SO2的渗透性能及其对N2的分离性能明显提高,其中改性液中添加二甲基亚砜的均相化学加成反应所得的改性膜具有较好的SO2渗透稳定性.     

Molecular weight distribution of polyethylene catalyzed by Ziegler–Natta catalyst supported on MgCl2 doped with AlCl3

Ti‐based Ziegler–Natta catalysts supported on MgCl₂ doped with AlCl₃ were prepared by the reaction of MgCl₂/AlCl₃–ethanol adduct with TiCl₄. No AlCl₃ crystallites were found in the AlCl₃‐doped catalysts by WAXD analysis, suggesting that AlCl₃/MgCl₂ solid solution was formed. The effect of doping on the catalyst performance in ethylene polymerization was investigated. The results showed that the catalysts based on AlCl₃‐doped MgCl₂ support exhibited a slightly higher activity than did the MgCl₂‐supported catalyst and the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of polyethylene (PE) markedly increased (from 10.8 to 47.9) with the increase of AlCl₃ content in catalysts. The changes in catalyst's active center distribution were studied based on nonlinear fitting of the polymer GPC curves by multiple Flory functions. It was found that increase of types of active centers by introducing AlCl₃ into the support should be responsible for the broadening of MWD of PE. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Modification of polysulfide sealant with polysulfide polythio‐urethane‐urea

With a small amount of isocyanate‐terminated polysulfide (NCO‐PSF‐NCO) as additive, the commercial polysulfide‐based sealant had significant improvement in mechanical properties. The test results showed that 5% of NCO‐PSF‐NCO could help to rise 50% in the tensile strength and 27% in the ultimate elongation of the polysulfide sealant. The adhesive strength to substrates such as steel, epoxy‐coated or polyurethane‐coated surface also increased significantly. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analysis revealed that formed polysulfide polythio‐urethane‐urea (polysulfide‐urea) contributed to a slight increase in the T_g of the polysulfide sealant. It might be due to the domains of polysulfide‐urea, which had effects of physical crosslinking and chain‐extending on the polysulfide sealant. However, the introduction of polysulfide‐urea structures had no appreciable influence on oil resistance of the polysulfide sealant. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2007     

Synthesis of polymeric prodrugs of chlorphenesin with saccharide branches by chemo-enzymatic regioselective strategy

A facile and regioselective enzymatic synthesis approach to prepare polymerizable lipophilic chlorphenesin vinyl esters was developed in this research. The influence of different organic solvents, enzyme sources, reaction time and the acylation reagent on the synthesis of chlorphenesin vinyl esters was investigated. Then the polymerizable monomers 1-O-vinylsuccinyl-chlorphenesin (OVSC) and 1-O-vinyladipoyl-chlorphenesin (OVAC) were homopolymerized using AIBN as the initiator. The obtained polymeric prodrugs were characterized with IR, NMR and GPC analyzes. The poly-OVSC has M_n of 1.35 × 10⁴ and M_w/M_n of 1.95, and the poly-OVAC has M_n of 2.37 × 10⁴ and M_w/M_n of 4.30. Moreover, 6-O-vinyladipoyl-d-glucose (OVAG), a biocompatible monomer, was copolymerized with OVSC and OVAC. Polymeric prodrugs of chlorphenesin with saccharide branches were successfully obtained with high molecular weight.
