多孔陶瓷膜由于其优良的耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐微生物侵蚀等性质，近年来被快速地应用于分离领域。本文介绍其制备方法、性能测定及应用前景。     

Lower Bounds for Eigenvalues of Elliptic Operators: By Nonconforming Finite Element Methods

The paper is to introduce a new systematic method that can produce lower bounds for eigenvalues. The main idea is to use nonconforming finite element methods. The conclusion is that if local approximation properties of nonconforming finite element spaces are better than total errors (sums of global approximation errors and consistency errors) of nonconforming finite element methods, corresponding methods will produce lower bounds for eigenvalues. More precisely, under three conditions on continuity and approximation properties of nonconforming finite element spaces we analyze abstract error estimates of approximate eigenvalues and eigenfunctions. Subsequently, we propose one more condition and prove that it is sufficient to guarantee nonconforming finite element methods to produce lower bounds for eigenvalues of symmetric elliptic operators. We show that this condition hold for most low-order nonconforming finite elements in literature. In addition, this condition provides a guidance to modify known nonconforming elements in literature and to propose new nonconforming elements. In fact, we enrich locally the Crouzeix-Raviart element such that the new element satisfies the condition; we also propose a new nonconforming element for second order elliptic operators and prove that it will yield lower bounds for eigenvalues. Finally, we prove the saturation condition for most nonconforming elements.     

EBR胶乳凝胶的控制及其对ABS树脂冲击性能的影响

主要讨论了摩尔质量调节剂，延长后期反应时间，提高后期反应温度，过硫酸钾用量等对乙烯－丁二烯橡胶（EBR）胶乳凝胶的影响；同时讨论了低凝胶条件和高凝胶条件下凝胶对ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明：低凝胶条件,ABS树脂的冲击性能随凝胶质量分数的增加而增加；高凝胶条件下，则随凝胶质量分的增加而降低，得到了EBR胶乳生产中凝胶的主要控制方法，并通过控制EBR胶乳凝胶来实现对ABS树脂冲击性能的控制。     

我国烧碱生产技术概况

介绍了我国氯碱行业近几年来的发展情况：分析了我国烧碱生产的工艺技术现状。指出了为缩短与世界先进国家的差距需要加快开发关键设备和高性能的离子膜，加强管理。     

Position Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in the Mobile Ad Hoc Network

This paper considers the problem of employing multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the mobile ad hoc network (MANET) as relay backbone nodes to construct the backbone network, to improve the network connectivity, and to address many issues in the MANET such as linkage, capacity, load balance, and reliability. With considering the dynamic nature of the problem, this study provides several linear location problem models and their extensions to accommodate these issues. Due to the size of linear location models associated with a large number of constraints, the problem becomes computational challenging even with modest size of nodes. To overcome the computational barrier, we recast these location problem models using a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization (QUBO) framework and solve these QUBO models with a Tabu search heuristic with preprocessing. The analysis of the solutions that are produced by QUBO together with the comparisons made with the linear model highlight both the attractiveness and robustness of the proposed approach. The results of this study provide support to future advanced routing protocol development.     

基于面向服务的泥石流数值模拟通用平台

对当前泥石流模拟系统的单一性缺点进行了研究,提出了面向服务的泥石流数值模拟的通用平台思想。以有限差分模型为基础,采用面向服务的思想,设计了系统 C/S模式的技术方案并完成了整个系统的设计和实现。经过香港滑坡地形图的验证,证明了本通用平台的可行性和有效性。     

高性能混凝土对水泥品质特征的要求

高性能混凝土的研究和应用提升了我国混凝土技术的总体水平，带动了优质矿物掺合料和外加剂的综合研发利用。近年来，功能型、复合型高性能掺合料的研发以及减水率在30％以上、保塑性较好的聚羧酸类减水剂的研制，为高性能混凝土的应用发展提供了强有力的技术支持。混凝土技术的发展，对水泥品质特征提出了新的要求。如何生产出适合高性能混凝土用的水泥，是水泥企业值得关注的问题。笔者作为水泥的最大用户——预拌混凝土企业，对目前杭州地区所用水泥品质存在的问题提出一些看法和建议。     

Preparation,characterization, and adsorption properties for metal ions of a novel chelating resin containing sulfoxide and diethylene glycol

A novel chelating resin containing sulfoxide and diethylene glycol, poly{4‐vinylbenzyl‐[2‐2‐(hydroxyethyl)ethoxyl]sulfoxide} (PVESO) was synthesized using chloromethylated polystyrene (PS‐Cl) as material. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The adsorption capacities of the resin for Hg²⁺, Ag⁺, Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺, and Pb²⁺ at various pH values were determined. The maximum adsorption capacities for Hg²⁺ and Ag⁺ were 1.56 and 0.75 mmol g^?1 respectively. The resin had high selectivity for Hg²⁺ and Ag⁺ over the pH range 1.0–7.0. The adsorption capacities for Hg²⁺ and Ag⁺ under competitive condition were also determined by batch experiment method. In addition, the adsorption kinetics of the resin towards Hg²⁺ at different temperatures was also investigated. The results showed that the adsorption rate was governed by film diffusion at 20°C and 25°C, by particle diffusion at 30°C and 35°C. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
