This paper presents a new decision-making framework called cloud vendor selector (CVS) for effective selection of cloud vendors by mitigating the challenge of unreasonable criteria weight assignment and improper management of uncertainty. The CVS comprises of two stages where, in the first stage, decision-makers’ intuitionistic fuzzy-valued preferences are aggregated using newly proposed extended simple Atanassov’s intuitionistic weighted geometry operator. Further, in the second stage, criteria weights are estimated by using newly proposed intuitionistic fuzzy statistical variance method and finally, ranking of cloud vendor (CV) is done using newly proposed three-way VIKOR method under intuitionistic fuzzy environment which introduces neutral category along with cost and benefit for better understanding the nature of criteria. An illustrative example of CV selection is demonstrated to show the practicality and usefulness of the proposed framework. Finally, the strength and weakness of the proposal are realized from both theoretic and numeric context by comparison with other methods.
This study describes a novel biological route for the biosynthesis of silver oxide nanoparticles utilising the aqueous extract of Callistemon lanceolatus D.C. leaves. Formation of silver oxide nanoparticles was confirmed by UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope–energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy analysis. The biologically synthesised silver oxide nanoparticles were found to be 3–30 nm in size with spherical and hexagonal shape by high-resolution transmission electron microscope analysis. Furthermore, the biogenic silver oxide nanoparticles demonstrated significant (p?0.05) dose-dependent antioxidant activity in various in vitro antioxidant methods. These particles also exhibited significant (p?0.05) dose-dependent and time-dependent cytotoxic activity towards brine shrimp nauplii. Moreover, the reported method is a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly approach for the synthesis of silver oxide nanoparticles with useful pharmacological properties. 相似文献
The authors measured event-related potentials with a craving manipulation to investigate the neural correlates of drug cue reactivity in 13 adolescents who are cannabis dependent (CD; ages 14–17). The P300 responses to marijuana (MJ) pictures (MJ-P300) and control pictures (C-P300) were assessed after handling neutral objects and again after handling MJ paraphernalia (MJP). Self-reported drug craving and heart rates also were measured. MJ-P300 were larger than C-P300 (p p = .002 and p = .003, respectively), with no association between the magnitude of craving and MJ-P300. Heart rates were not affected by handling MJP. The results showed that adolescents who are CD have an attentional bias to MJ stimuli that increases after handling marijuana paraphernalia. Generally, the results are consistent with what has been reported for adult heavy chronic cannabis smokers, although there were some differences that require further investigation. Aluminium doped tin oxide films have been deposited onto glass substrates by using a simplified and low cost spray pyrolysis technique.The Al doping level varies between 0 and 30 at.%in the step of 5 at.%.The resistivity(ρ) is the minimum(0.38 Ω cm) for 20 at.%of Al doping.The possible mechanism behind the phenomenal zig-zag variation in resistivity with respect to Al doping is discussed in detail.The nature of conductivity changes from n-type to p-type when the Al doping level is 10 at.%.The results show that20 at.%is the optimum doping level for good quality p-type SnO_2:AI films suitable for transparent electronic devices. 相似文献

Antimony doped tin oxide films are fabricated using a simplified and inexpensive spray pyrolysis technique. The variation
in the sheet resistance, as a function of Sb/Sn ratio in the spraying solution, is studied. The sheet resistance decreases
with the increase in doping level, attains a minimum at a particular doping level and increases with further doping. This
critical value of the doping ratio (Sb/Sncritical), at which the transition takes place, is found to be 2.5 at.%, when the concentration of the precursor solution is 0.8 M
and 4.5 at.% when the concentration is 0.4 M. The reason for this variation is analyzed with the support of the Sb/Sncritical values, obtained by various researchers. This Sb/Sncritical is found to depend mainly on the carrier concentration of the films. 相似文献
The synthesis of nanoparticles and their functionalization to effectively utilize them in biological applications including drug delivery is currently a challenge. Calcium carbonate among many other inorganic nanosized particles offers promising results for such applications. We have synthesized calcium carbonate nanoparticles using polymer mediated growth technique, where one of the ions bound within polymer matrix and the other diffuses and reacts to form desired compound. The synthesized nanoparticles are characterized using X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy and spectroscopic techniques such as Fourier-Transform Infra-red spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The diameter of the calcium carbonate nanoparticles is estimated to be 39.8 nm and their biocompatibility studies showed no significant induction of oxidative stress or cell death even at higher concentrations (50 microg) upon exposure to HeLa and LE cells. Here, we report that the synthesized calcium carbonate nanosized particles using polymer mediated growth technique are biocompatible and can be safely used for biomedical applications. 相似文献
The surge towards a sustainable future in the construction industry requires the use of bio-based insulation materials as an alternative to conventional ones for improving energy efficiency in structures. In this article, the features of bio-based insulation materials, including their thermal conductivities, moisture buffering value, fire performance, and life cycle evaluations are examined. It is clear from the review that pre- and post-treatment of the bio-based materials used for insulation materials optimize their properties. The life cycle analysis reveals a significant reduction in global warming potential (GWP) compared to conventional foams. In addition, it is envisaged that producing bio-based insulation materials on a larger scale will further decrease the net GWP. The article, therefore, proposes the implementation of policies that will promote the commercialization of bio-based insulation materials. 相似文献
This paper reports the effect of spray flux density on the photocatalytic activity of sprayed ZnO thin films towards the Rhodamine B (RhB) degradation, for the first time. In addition, the influence of annealing on the photocatalytic activity of ZnO film is studied and reported. It was found that, the change in spray flux density helps in tuning the surface morphology, crystalline quality and the concentration of oxygen vacancies (VO) and zinc interstitials (Zni) which are crucial factors that can control the photocatalytic activity of deposited samples. The photocatalytic study shows that the samples prepared from higher spray flux density possess high efficiency for degradation of RhB. As these samples require only lower deposition time, this result may be useful in reducing the time consumed in large area production of photocatalytic thin films. 相似文献
