A clock-cycle accurate synchronization technique for fully integrated data-converters is presented. Only a single cable is needed to distribute both the required synchronization signal and the converter clock. Different possible implementations, both to generate and decompose the distributed signal, are presented. A discrete component generator circuit is discussed. To avoid setup and hold time violations, on-chip signal reconstruction is unavoidable. A 40 nm CMOS recovery circuit was developed. Simulation results, including layout parasitics, show the wide frequency operating range of the proposed technique.  相似文献

The primary objective of this research project was to compare the tool wear resulting when a semi-synthetic cutting fluid was used, to that from use of a premium soluble oil. The secondary objective was to determine the effects of cutting speed, drill diameter, and fluid concentration, on tool wear. The experiments contained two key elements: (1) cast aluminium alloy 390 was used as the workpiece material and (2) deep-hole drilling to a depth greater than two diameters was performed. Numerous drilling tests were performed with each cutting fluid using a flood application. To meet the primary objective, an experiment was designed for each cutting fluid and the wear on the lands of twist drills was measured. The secondary objective utilized a statistically-designed 23 factorial experiment which evaluated the effects that moderate and relatively high cutting speeds, two drill diameters, and two levels of fluid concentration, had on tool wear. After analysis of the test results, it was concluded that concentration had the most significant effect on land wear when the experimentally-formulated semi-synthetic cutting fluid was used. Cutting speed was the most significant factor when drilling with the commercially-available premium soluble oil. Tool wear while using the semi-synthetic fluid was slightly less than that for the premium soluble oil.  相似文献

Resolvin (Rv) D2 and RvD1 are biosynthesized from docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and promote resolution of inflammation in multiple organs and tissues, including the conjunctiva. Histamine is a mediator produced by mast cells in the conjunctiva during the allergic response. We determined the interaction of RvD2 with histamine and its receptor subtypes in cultured conjunctival goblet cells and compared them with RvD1 by measuring intracellular [Ca2+] and mucous secretion. Treatment with RvD2 significantly blocked the histamine-induced [Ca2+]i increase as well as secretion. RvD2 and RvD1 counter-regulate different histamine receptor subtypes. RvD2 inhibited the increase in [Ca2+]i induced by the activation of H1, H3, or H4 receptors, whereas RvD1 inhibited H1 and H3 receptors. RvD2 and RvD1 also activate distinct receptor-specific protein kinases to counter-regulate the histamine receptors, probably by phosphorylation. Thus, our data suggest that the counter-regulation of H receptor subtypes by RvD2 and RvD1 to inhibit mucin secretion are separately regulated.  相似文献

Lysophosphatidic acid (lysoPtdOH) levels have previously been reported to decrease in rodents with short-term fasting. We investigated whether a 16 h fast would change expression of autotaxin, the predominant phospholipase D responsible for adipose-derived lysoPtdOH synthesis, or any of the lysophosphatidic acid receptors (1–6) in four white adipose tissue (WAT) depots and interscapular brown adipose tissue (BAT) in male C57Bl/6J mice fed ad libitum, or fasted for 16 h. Aside from small inductions of Lpar1 in epididymal WAT and Lpar2 in epididymal and inguinal WAT, no significant changes were observed in expression of the Lpar family members, or autotaxin in perirenal, retroperitoneal, epididymal, or inguinal WAT or BAT with fasting. Comparison of the relative expression of Lpar1-6 in various depots showed that Lpar6 was the predominant Lpar in both WAT and BAT, and suggests that further work on the adipose-specific role of Lpar6 is warranted.  相似文献

The photocrosslinking of thick samples of 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene–ethylene propylene diene monomer (ENB-EPDM) under air at room temperature was investigated. First, a model study was carried out on low-molecular weight oligomers: squalene, 1,2-polybutadiene, and 1,4-polybutadiene. Several crosslinking agents (meth(acrylics), bismaleimide, and thiol) combined with various photoinitiators were tested to improve the reactivity of these oligomers under UV irradiation. Gel contents, crosslinking densities, viscosities, and viscoelastic properties were measured in order to characterize the extent of crosslinking. Acrylate-based crosslinking agents appeared to be the most reactive species and these results were then applied to a low-molecular weight EPDM. Several photoinitiators were tested and benzophenone turned out to be the most efficient photoinitiator when combined with trimethylolpropane triacrylate. Finally, a commercial EPDM was subsequently photocrosslinked and high gel content and crosslinking density were obtained after only 2 min of irradiation. POLYM. ENG.
