The aim was to develop a software tool for refractive surgeons using a standard user-friendly web-based interface, providing the user with a secure environment to protect large volumes of patient data. The software application was named "Internet-based refractive analysis" (IBRA), and was programmed with the computer languages PHP, HTML and JavaScript, attached to the opensource MySQL database. IBRA facilitated internationally accepted presentation methods including the stability chart, the predictability chart and the safety chart; it was able to perform vector analysis for the course of a single patient or for group data. With the integrated nomogram calculation, treatment could be customised to reduce the postoperative refractive error. Multicenter functions permitted quality-control comparisons between different surgeons and laser units.  相似文献

Surface integrity characteristics of machined Inconel 718 have been measured using experimental techniques, such as FEG-SEM, EBSD, XRD, TEM, nano-indentation and 3D optical microscopy. Nanosized grains typical of severe plastic deformation are characteristic of the machined surface while deformation in the form of plastic slip bands is typical of subsurface layers. Correlations are presented between deformation features on the machined surface, and cutting parameters and tool wear.  相似文献

The present paper surveys the published HPLC methods evaluating profens in biological materials and reports a HPLC method for the determination of ibuprofen in the samples of whole blood. For liquid-liquid extraction, ibuprofen was analyzed on the reverse phases Separon SGX C18 with the mobile phase methanol-water (pH 3.0) and detected at 222 nm. The elaborated method was employed in a pharmacokinetic study of ibuprofen on laboratory rabbits.  相似文献

The deformation field in machining was controlled to access a range of deformation parameters—strains of 1–15, strain rates of 10–100,000 s?1 and temperatures of up to 0.4 Tm—in the severe plastic deformation (SPD) of copper. This range is far wider than has been accessed to date in conventional SPD methods, enabling a study of the interactive effects of the parameters on microstructure and strength properties. Nano-twinning was demonstrated at strain rates as small as 1000 s?1 at ?196 °C and at strain rates of ?10,000 s?1 even when the deformation temperature was well above room temperature. Bi-modal grain structures were produced in a single stage of deformation through in situ partial dynamic recrystallization. The SPD conditions for engineering specific microstructures by deformation rate control are presented in the form of maps, both in deformation parameter space and in terms of the Zener–Hollomon parameter.  相似文献
