Bayesian decision-based pattern recognition on spectrum signal of metal transfer modes

A software system of pattern recognition on spectrum signal of metal transfer mode has been developed using Visual Basic under Windows environment. On the basis of the coincidence relation between the spectrum signal and metal transfer mode, according to the geometrical pattern feature of the spectrum signal, several key characteristic parameters are extracted. The correspondent recognition function and a minimum distance classifier have been constructed based on Bayesian decision theory. The results show that using this system, the metal transfer mode of MIG, MAG, CO2 welding can be recognized automatically which provides the basis for automatically controlling of the metal gas arc welding metal transfer.     

Influence of expandable graphite on fire resistance and water resistance of flame-retardant coatings

Expandable graphite (EG) coating and ammonium polyphosphate-pentaerythritol-melamine (APP-PER-MEL) coating were prepared. Thermal degradation and char formation of the coatings were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetry (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results have shown that the anti-oxidation and fire-resistant properties of expandable graphite coating containing EG with size of 74 μm are better than those of APP-PER-MEL coating. The static immersion test was applied to study water resistance of the coatings, and the fire protection test and mechanical test were used to analyse heat insulation and mechanical properties of coatings before and after water immersion. The fire-resistant and mechanical properties of APP-PER-MEL coating were severely damaged by water immersion, whereas EG coating containing 8.5% EG with size of 74 μm could retain the good fire resistance even after 500 h water immersion.     

低成本钛合金制备技术研究进展

为了降低钛合金的生产成本,美、俄、日、中等国家都在此领域进行了广泛的研究。对国际上新出现的以降低钛合金生产成本为目的的新冶金方法、新的低成本合金化钛合金和新的加工生产技术进行了综述。目前,国际上研究较为活跃的低成本钛冶炼新方法有FFC剑桥法、Armstrong工艺、EMR复合阳极工艺、SRI工艺、Idaho钛工艺及OS工艺。其中,以FFC剑桥法为代表的TiO2直接电解还原方法,最有希望成为替代传统Kroll工艺的新方法。     

肥料防结块缓释概况及性能快速表征方法探讨

介绍了颗粒肥料结块的原因机理、影响因素和传统的处理方法。简述了缓释肥料的特点、类型、加工方法以及国内外的研究发展状况。模拟肥料贮存、运输和施用环境以及设计装置，对颗粒肥料防结块、缓释性能快速表征方法进行了有益的探讨。对不同包膜尿素的测试结果表明，所设计的肥料养分释放模拟装置具有较好的应用前景。     

二安替吡啉甲烷--变色酸分光光度法分析陶瓷中的钛

介绍了一种高选择性、精密度较好的快速分析陶瓷中钛方法。在酸性介质中,变色酸(XK)、二安替吡啉甲烷(IIAM)两种试剂与钛共同作用形成三元络和物,三元络合物最大吸收位于510nm处,摩尔比为Ti:XK:IIAM=1:2:2,是测定陶瓷中钛的快速分析方法。     

Effect of temperature and age on the relationship between dynamic and static elastic modulus of concrete

This study investigates the effects of cement type, curing temperature, and age on the relationships between dynamic and static elastic moduli or compressive strength. Based on the investigation, new relationship equations are proposed. The impact-echo method is used to measure the resonant frequency of specimens from which the dynamic elastic modulus is calculated. Types I and V cement concrete specimens with water-cement ratios of 0.40 and 0.50 are cured isothermally at 10, 23, and 50 °C and tested at 1, 3, 7, and 28 days.Cement type and age do not have a significant influence on the relationship between dynamic and static elastic moduli, but the ratio of static to dynamic elastic modulus approaches 1 as temperature increases. The initial chord elastic modulus, which is measured at low strain level, is similar to the dynamic elastic modulus. The relationship between dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength has the same tendency as the relationship between dynamic and static elastic moduli for various cement types, temperatures, and ages.     

复合高稳定性固态二氧化氯释放剂的研究

目前中国市场上固态二氧化氯释放剂技术不成熟，产品多为二元包装或伪一元包装，给使用和储存带来很多不便。为解决这个问题，采取亚氯酸钠为释放剂主成分，辅以复合无机盐活化剂，借助小丸包衣技术，制备了一元化、高纯、高稳定性固态二氧化氯释放剂。     

B 炸药中绝热剪切带形成机理的细观研究

通过对快速加载后Ｃｏｍｐ．药柱剖面的扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察分析，对Ｃｏｍｐ．Ｂ炸药在快速加载下剪切带形成机理的微观机制有了初步的认识。文中采用形变试样的剖面观察分析方法，针对固体药柱这种比较软的材料，如何进行磨样、抛光、浸蚀，作了一些尝试和探索，总结出一套有效的实施办法。对不同加载速率条件下受压缩的药柱中细观组织进行了观察、分析、比较，首次给出国产Ｃｏｍｐ．Ｂ炸药装药的原始细观组织形貌，以及快速加载后药柱中细观组织形貌。经过分析，得到冲击载荷下炸药装药中绝热剪切带形成、发展的定性认识，为分析Ｃｏｍｐ．Ｂ炸药装药受冲击载荷时热点形成机理提供了一些有益的实验依据。     

Ca-P仿生人工骨材料的设计与制备

本文设计了用磷酸钙生物陶瓷制备仿生人工骨的工艺路线 ,从原料合成、材料成型和烧结等讨论了仿骨材料的制备方法     

不同空间插值方法在辽西降水空间插值的精度对比分析

本文结合区域降水站点实测降水数据,对比分析了反距离加权插值和克里金插值方法在辽西降水空间插值的精度。研究结果表明:反距离加权插值法由于考虑插值点之间的权重,在辽宁西部降水空间插值的精度高于克里金插值方法,反距离加权插值方法下降水插值和实测降水之间年和月尺度的误差分别为6.2%和20.7%,年相关系数达到0.79,克里金插值方法下降水插值和实测降水之间年和月尺度误差分别为10.9%和24.6%,年相关系数为0.51,反距离插值方法更适用于辽西地区的降水空间插值计算。研究成果可为辽宁西部无资料地区降水空间插值计算提供方法参考。
