Effects of genotype and treatment on the antioxidant activity of sweet potato in Taiwan

Six genotypes of sweet potato commercially available in Taiwan, including TNG57, TNG66, TNG68, TYY1, RP and WP, were used as samples in this study of the effects of steaming and kneading with pre-steaming treatments on the antioxidant components and antioxidant properties of methanolic extracts. Steam treatment increased the total phenols contents of all genotypes (2–13 times), flavonoids content of RP (1.3 times) and anthocyanins contents of RP and WP (5–6 times). Steam treatment also increased the reducing power and scavenging DPPH radical effect of sweet potato flours. For the methanolic extracts of steamed and kneaded flours, reducing powers were 0.02–1.70 at 5.0 mg ml⁻¹ and the scavenging effects on DPPH radicals were 19–92% at 2.5 mg ml⁻¹. Both showed the order of RP > WP > TYY1 and TNG66 > TNG57 and TNG68. However, the chelating effect of the six genotypes at 1.0 mg ml⁻¹ ranged from 50% to 73%. Contents of total phenols, flavonoids, and anthocyanins of sweet potato flours were significantly positively correlated with the reducing power and scavenging DPPH radical effects. After steaming and kneading treatments, RP showed the highest increase in the contents of total phenols, flavonoids and anthocyanins among the six genotypes studied.     

运动饮料配方设计概论

垂直铺膜防渗技术在大堤防渗加固工程中的应用

在高水河大堤防渗加固工程中,根据堤身的实际情况,结合地质和施工条件,采用压力灌浆及砼地下连续墙相结合的方法来进行垂直铺膜防渗加固。通过对垂直铺膜前后测压管水头对比研究,分析了大堤外观干、湿土变化和大堤内干土质量密度、密实度的变化,说明了垂直铺膜防渗技术在大堤防渗应用造价低,防渗效果显著,有利于改善大堤的稳定性和安全性。垂直铺膜防渗技术应用于临时防渗及平原低水头水库和河道堤防等工程,实用性强,具有推广价值。     

化学复合镀层激光处理研究

研究了激光处理对Ni-P -SiC化学复合镀层的影响。借助于扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射、显微硬度计等设备对激光处理后复合镀层的表面形貌、组织结构及性能进行了综合分析。结果表明 ,对复合镀层进行激光处理可以获得与炉内加热同样的镀层硬度 ,且当激光功率 4 0 0W ,扫描速度 1.5m /min时 ,镀层硬度高于炉内加热的硬度     

计算机网络安全系统设计

分析了现代计算机网络所面临的威胁和各种安全问题,同时提出了在设计一个有关网络系统时应该考虑的一些安全问题,如网络安全策略与技术、网络的访问控制、网络数据加密技术、信息隐藏技术等安全问题。     

草酸钙在硫酸软骨素自组装膜上周期沉淀的研究

利用硫酸软骨素(chondroitin sulfate，CS)在云母基底上通过浇铸法制备的自组装膜为基底，诱导草酸钙在其上的凝集生长。发现当硫酸软骨素的浓度为1．Omg／ml时在该膜体系中可形成规整的周期性草酸钙环状沉淀。这种有序的环状结构可能是耗散结构的一种具体表现形式。利用原子力显微镜(atomic forcemicroscope，AFM)和傅立叶红外光谱仪对这种结构进行了表征，实验结果显示合适浓度下形成的CS膜在一定程度上可以抑制草酸钙的凝集结晶，表明高分子基质与无机离子间强烈的相互作用对无机盐的成核结晶有显著影响，为探讨结石的形成与抑制提供了一定的实验依据。     

16信道0.35μmCMOS/VCSEL光发射模块

研究了垂直腔面发射激光器 (VCSEL)及其列阵器件的光谱特性、调制特性、高频特性及与微电子电路的兼容性 ,将 1× 16的VCSEL与CMOS专用集成电路进行多芯片组装 (MCM ) ,混合集成为 16信道VCSEL光发射功能模块 .测试过程中 ,功能模块的光电特性及其均匀性良好 ,测量的 - 3dB频带宽度大于 2GHz.     

Inhibition of intratracheal lung cancer development by systemic delivery of E1A

Amplification or overexpression of HER-2/neu in human lung cancer has been correlated with poor prognosis and chemoresistance. We have previously reported that the adenovirus type 5 early region 1A (E1A) gene product can suppress HER-2/neu-mediated transformation phenotypes through inhibition of HER-2/neu expression. To find an efficient way to treat HER-2/neu-overexpressing lung cancer with E1A, a replication-deficient adenovirus containing the E1A gene, Ad.E1A(+), was used to transduce E1A into HER-2/neu-overexpressing and low expressing human lung cancer cell lines. Tumour cell growth in vitro and colony formation in soft agarose were greatly inhibited by Ad.E1A(+) transduction in HER-2/neu-overexpressing lung cancer cell lines. In HER-2/neu low expressing cell lines, E1A could not inhibit cell growth in vitro but could reduce the colony formation ability in soft agarose, indicating different effects of E1A in these two types of cancer cells. To test the therapeutic efficacy of E1A to lung cancer by systemic delivery in vivo, tumor-bearing mice were established by intratracheal injection of lung cancer cells and treated by i.v. tail injections of Ad.E1A(+). As a result, Ad.E1A(+) suppressed HER-2/neu overexpression and inhibited intratracheal lung cancer growth. However, no significant tumor suppression effect of Ad.E1A(+) was observed in mice bearing HER-2/neu low expressing cell line when the same therapeutic procedure was followed. Thus, we conclude that systemic delivery of Ad.E1A(+) can efficiently achieve therapeutic effect in HER-2/neu-overexpressing lung cancer in vivo.     

Σ-ΔA/D转换技术及仿真

Σ－ΔＡ／Ｄ转换技术近年来颇受重视，因为基于该技术的Ａ／Ｄ转换器能达到很高的分辨率（１６ｂｉｔ以上），并另具一系列优点。本文对Σ－ΔＡ／Ｄ转换器的基本原理，包括过采样（Ｏｖｅｒｓａｍｐｌｉｎｇ），噪声成形（ＮｏｉｓｅＳｈａｐｉｎｇ），以及数字抽取滤波（ＤｉｇｉｔａｌＤｅｃｉｍａｔｉｏｎＦｉｌｔｅｒｉｎｇ）等内容，均作了叙述。作者还对一个２０ｂｉｔΣ－Δ转换器的算法进行了计算机仿真。该转换器采用了高阶ＭＡＳＨ噪声成形技术，而其数字抽取滤波部分则由梳状滤波器与级联的半带滤波器构成。文章中给出了仿真结果。
