为进一步提高中碳Cr-Ni-W-Mo钢的强塑性,采用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机在700 ℃温度下进行变形量为20%~50%的形变热处理(TMT)。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、电子背散射衍射对试验钢组织进行表征,利用拉伸试验机对拉伸性能进行测试,研究TMT工艺对其组织演变和力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢在TMT后的组织是包含回火马氏体、下贝氏体、残余奥氏体的复相组织,随着形变量增加,下贝氏体组织及残余奥氏体含量、位错密度相应增加,板条宽度减小;在相变强化、细晶强化及位错强化共同作用下,随着形变量增加,试验钢的强度增加,塑性升高;当形变量为50%时屈服强度达到1 733 MPa,抗拉强度达到2 243 MPa,伸长率为12.66%,与传统热处理相比,分别提高28.18%、12.88%和50.35%,获得了良好的强塑性匹配。 相似文献

Persistent microbial infection and decreased neovascularization are common issues associated with diabetic wound treatment. Hydrogel dressings that offer intrinsic antibacterial and angiogenesis-inducing may substantially avoid the use of antibiotics or angiogenic agents. Herein, a versatile hydrogel is fabricated using an amyloid-derived toxin simulant (Fmoc-LFKFFK-NH2, FLN) as building blocks, inspired by the defense strategy of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). The simulant assemblies of the hydrogel function as both matrix components and functional elements for diabetic wound treatment. The hydrogel undergoes quick assembly from random monomers to nanofibrils with abundant b-sheet driven by multiple non-covalent interactions. The developed hydrogel demonstrates excellent biocompatibility and accelerates angiogenesis via hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) signaling as a consequence of its amyloidal structure. The simulant-based nanofibrils endow the hydrogel with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity dominated by a membrane-disruption mechanism. In addition, the hydrogel exhibits excellent performance compared with the commercial hydrogel Prontosan in accelerating wound healing of diabetic mice infected with methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA). This study highlights the fabrication of a single component and versatile hydrogel platform, thereby avoiding the drug-related side effects and complicated preparations and demonstrating its profound potential as a clinical dressing for the management of microbe-infected diabetic wounds. 相似文献

Despite extensive use of radiotherapy in cancer treatment, there has been huge demand to improve its efficacy and accuracy in tumor destruction. To this end, nanoparticle‐based radiosensitizers, particularly those with high‐Z elements, have been explored to enhance radiotherapy. Meanwhile, imaging is an essential tool prior to the individual planning of precise radiotherapy. Here, hollow tantalum oxide (H‐TaOx) nanoshells are prepared using a one‐pot template‐free method and then modified with polyethylene glycol (PEG), yielding H‐TaOx‐PEG nanoshells for imaging‐guided synergistically enhanced radiotherapy. H‐TaOx‐PEG nanoshells show strong intrinsic binding with metal ions such as Fe3+ and 99mTc4+ upon simple mixing, enabling magnetic resonance imaging and single photon emission computed tomography imaging, respectively, which are able to track in vivo distribution of those nanoshells and locate the tumor. With mesoporous shells and large cavities, those H‐TaOx‐PEG nanoshells show efficient loading of 7‐ethyl‐10‐hydroxycamptothecin (SN‐38), a hydrophobic chemotherapeutic drug. By means of the radiosensitization effect of Ta to deposit X‐ray energy inside tumors, as well as SN‐38‐induced cell cycle arrest into radiation‐sensitive phases, H‐TaOx‐PEG@SN‐38 can offer remarkable synergistic therapeutic outcome in the combined chemoradiotherapy. Without appreciable systemic toxicity, such hollow‐TaOx nanostructure may therefore find promising applications in multimodal imaging and enhanced cancer radiotherapy. 相似文献

弹道终端目标图像充满视场时的跟踪点选择和继续跟踪能力是第四代先进空空导弹必须具备的性能.文中分析了弹道终端导引头图像跟踪过程,建立了图像探测器投影成像模型,研究了红外成像制导型空空导弹弹道终端目标图像的变化规律、弹目距离和相对速度对目标图像变化情况的影响及中段形心跟踪模式与末端局部图像跟踪模式的转换时机,提出了一种有利于减小成像导引头跟踪盲区、提高起爆控制精度的局部图像跟踪算法,该算法通过对机头部位的识别来确定局部图像跟踪点,并估算目标易损部位,从而为实现最优起爆控制奠定了基础.最后,对文中提出的算法用实际红外图像进行了仿真,其结果表明该算法是可行和有效的. 相似文献

Ultra-wideband (UWB) transmission is an emerging wireless communication technology with unique potential merits such as high-rate, low-transmission power, immunity to multipath propagation, and capability in precise positioning. It has received significant interests for future wireless communications from both academia and industry. In UWB wireless networks, medium access control (MAC) is essential to coordinate the channel access among competing devices. The unique UWB characteristics not only pose significant challenges but also offer great opportunities in efficient UWB MAC design. Hierarchically porous composites with mesoporous carbon wrapping around the macroporous graphene aerogel can combine the advantages of both components and are expected to show excellent performance in electrochemical energy devices. However, the fabrication of such composites is challenging due to the lack of an effective strategy to control the porosity of the mesostructured carbon layers. Here an interface‐induced co‐assembly approach towards hierarchically mesoporous carbon/graphene aerogel composites, possessing interconnected macroporous graphene networks covered by highly ordered mesoporous carbon with a diameter of ≈9.6 nm, is reported. And the orientation of the mesopores (vertical or horizontal to the surface of the composites) can be tuned by the ratio of the components. As the electrodes in supercapacitors, the resulting composites demonstrate outstanding electrochemical performances. More importantly, the synthesis strategy provides an ideal platform for hierarchically porous graphene composites with potential for energy storage and conversion applications. 相似文献
