Formation of ordered microporous films with water as templates from poly(D,L‐lactic‐co‐glycolic acid) solution

Recently a method that uses water droplets at the air–solution interface as an ordered template was reported for the preparation of ordered micrometer‐size honeycomb structures. Here we show that the method can also be used for formation of honeycomb‐like porous films from random copolymers with certain hydrophilicity, besides those polymers with defined structures such as block copolymers, starlike homopolymers, amd amphiphilic polymers. This demonstrates that the stabilization of water droplets is the key factor for the regular structure. Also we indicate that size and structure of the films can be regulated by such variables as concentration and atmospheric humidity. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 光电双基区晶体管(PDUBAT)的器件模型

本文在考虑了晶体管的小注入效应和大注入效应以及基区宽变效应等因素后,首次用近似和简化的数学表示式和相应的等效电路,描述了光电双基区晶体管(PDUBAT)负阻形成的机理并使负阻区和谷值区的理论计算和实验结果一致性很好.     

Programmable group-delay module using binary polarization switching

We demonstrate the first programmable group-delay module based on polarization switching. With a unique binary tuning mechanism, the device can generate any differential group delay value from -45 to +45 ps with a resolution of 1.40 ps, or any true-time-delay value from 0 to 45 ps with a resolution of 0.7 ps. The delay varying speeds for both applications are under 1 ms and can be as fast as 0.1 ms. We evaluate both the dynamic and static performances of the device while paying special attention to its dynamic figures of merit for polarization-mode dispersion emulation and compensation applications. Our experiment shows that the device exhibits a negligible transient-effect induced power penalty (<0.2 dB) in a 10-Gb/s nonreturn-to-zero system.

简述了纳米表面涂层制备工艺的研究现状，分析了气相沉积、热喷涂、电刷镀、化学镀和电沉积等不同工艺在制备纳米表面层中的应用情况。介绍了纳米涂层在超硬耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温热稳定性等方面研究的新进展，并对纳米涂层的应用范围和领域作了展望。

试析加入WTO后我国自动喷水灭火系统设计规范之不足

分析了我国进入 WTO后 ,不容乐观的火灾发展趋势 ,指出了我国现行《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》存在诸多不足 ,阐明了消防规范和消防管理体制离与国际接轨的路程还很长。列出了 15个问题 ,采用与 NFPA规范和国外认证消防产品技术资料比照的方法 ,来探讨国内规范的不足。     

IEEE 802.11 roaming and authentication in wireless LAN/cellular mobile networks

A wireless LAN service integration architecture based on current wireless LAN hot spots is proposed so that migration to a new service becomes easier and cost effective. The proposed architecture offers wireless LAN seamless roaming in wireless LAN/cellular mobile networks. In addition, a link-layer-assisted mobile IP handoff mechanism is introduced to improve the network/domain switching quality in terms of handoff delay and packet loss. An application layer end-to-end authentication and key negotiation scheme is proposed to overcome the open-air connection problem existing in wireless LAN deployment. The scheme provides a general solution for Internet applications running on a mobile station under various authentication scenarios and keeps the communications private to other wireless LAN users and foreign network. A functional demonstration of the scheme is given. The research results can contribute to rapid deployment of wireless LANs.     

主动约束层阻尼板结构动力学建模研究

将有限元法和GHM法相结合，给出了建立主动约束层阻尼（ACLD）板结构动力学模型的新方法。建模时，考虑到粘弹材料（VEM）的纵向位移影响，采用GHM方法描述VEM的本构关系，解决了VEM的力学特性随温度和频率变化的难点，避免因VEM的复杂本构关系而产生的微分积分方程。算例表明本文给出的建模方法是准确的，ACLD结构能够有效控制结构振动。
