依托网络教学平台 提高课堂教学效果

网络教学作为一种新的辅助教学手段,是目前教学改革主要研究的方向之一。通过对网络教学平台的功能分析,探讨了在网络教学平台上进行教学资源的建设、交流互动教学活动的开展和虚拟实验室的建设,通过应用实践证明,充分利用网络教学平台的优势,能有效地提高课堂教学质量和效率,培养学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。

Statistically uniform intra-block refresh algorithm for very low delay video communication

This paper focuses on the mechanism underlying the overall delay of a real-time video communication system from the time of capture at the encoder to the time of display at the decoder. A detailed analysis is presented to illustrate the delay problem. We then describe a statistically uniform intra-block refresh scheme for very low delay video communication. By scattering intra-blocks uniformly into continuous frames, the overall delay is significantly decreased, and object changes in the scene could be presented to the end user instantly. For comparison, the overall delay and the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance are tested. The experiment results show that an average of approximately 0.1 dB PSNR gain on average is obtained relative to random intra-macroblock refresh algorithm in H.264 JM, and the end-to-end delay performance is significantly improved.

通过分析海明码的实现原理,设计一个基于海明码的视频7K印模型,并对诙模型进行程序验证。实验结果表明：基于海明码的视频水印方案能够有效提高7R印的可恢复性、顽健性、可升级性、适用性,但对视频面质有一定的影响。     

A strategic classification support system for brownfield redevelopment

Brownfield redevelopment (BR) is an ongoing issue for governments, communities, and consultants around the world. It is also an increasingly popular research topic in several academic fields. Strategic decision support that is now available for BR is surveyed and assessed. Then a dominance-based rough-set approach is developed and used to classify cities facing BR issues according to the level of two characteristics, BR effectiveness and BR future needs. The data for the classification are based on the widely available results of a survey of US cities. The unique features of the method are its reduced requirement for preference information, its ability to handle missing information effectively, and the easily understood linguistic decision rules that it generates, based on a training classification provided by experts. The resulting classification should be a valuable aid to cities and governments as they plan their BR projects and budgets.

Computational Parametric Analysis of Cellular Solids with the Miura-Ori Metamaterial Geometry under Quasistatic Compressive Loads

Origami-based metamaterials have widespread application prospects in various industries including aerospace, automotive, flexible electronics, and civil engineering structures. Among the wide range of origami patterns, the fourfold tessellation known as Miura-ori is of particular attraction to engineers and designers. More specifically, researchers have proposed different 3D structures and metamaterials based on the geometric characteristics of this classic origami pattern. Herein, a computational modeling approach for the design and evaluation of 3D cellular solids with the Miura-ori metamaterial geometry which can be of zero or nonzero thicknesses is presented. To this end, first, a range of design alternatives generated based on a numerical parametric model is designed. Next, their mechanical properties and failure behavior under quasistatic axial compressive loads along three perpendicular directions are analyzed. Then, the effects of various geometric parameters on their energy absorption behavior under compression in the most appropriate direction are investigated. The findings of this study provide a basis for future experimental investigations and the potential application of such cellular solids for energy-absorbing purposes.     

Nonstationary nonisothermal flow of gas mix in offshore gas pipelines

This article presents a mathematical model of the shock-free unsteady nonisothermal turbulent flow of a viscous nonideal chemically inert multicomponent gas mix in the offshore circular cross-section gas pipeline with a rigid multilayer coating. The calculations of flow characteristics are given for the problem of the pipeline’s shift to the periodic condition under a periodic change of the consumption rate at the right end.
