通过电液线爆成形工艺试验，研究了各种技术参数与工艺参数在电液线爆成形过程中的相互关系，从而为电液线爆成形工艺的应用奠定了一定的基础。     

Influence of alloy ingredients on mechanical properties of ternary boride hard alloy clad materials

Using Mo, B-Fe alloy and Fe powders as raw materials, and adding C, Cr and Ni ingredients, respectively, or C, Cr and Ni mixed powders, ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by means of in-situ reaction and vacuum liquid phase sintering technology. The influence of alloy ingredients on the mechanical properties of ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was investigated. The results indicate that a mixture of 0.8% C, 5% Cr and 2% Ni ingredients gives a ternary boride hard alloy clad material with optimal mechanical properties, such as high transverse rupture strength, high hardness and good wear resistance.     

空心钢锭锻造工艺的研究

介绍了30t空心钢锭锻造试验过程及所制产品的质量情况,以及用65t空心钢锭生产电站环形锻件情况,为用大型空心钢锭生产锻件的进一步研究提供了依据。     

不锈钢表面超薄铜层的激光熔覆

采用ＣＯ２激光器在３１６Ｌ不锈钢表面获得了超薄的铜熔覆层,文中分析和讨论了激光熔覆工艺参数加激光功率,熔覆速度,离焦量以及送粉率等对熔覆层质量的影响,提出了熔覆工艺的优化方法,使铜层的熔覆厚度可控制在１００μｍ之内,稀释率小于１０％以及很小的热变形。

就钢管专业技术用语中一些不规范的术语提出了定型化建议，并对一些外国钢管轧机制造商提出的轧管机专用缩写词作了解释，以企在使用时不致在知识产权归属方面发生误解。     

LY12铝合金中温钎焊技术

采用改进的KF—CsF—A1F3中温无腐蚀钎剂与Ag—A1—Cu—Zn中温钎料实现了对LYl2铝合金的中温钎焊，钎焊接头的抗剪强度可达到母材强度的80％，对接接头钎缝的抗拉强度可达到母材强度的70％，突破了”热处理强化铝合金通常不能钎焊”的传统论断。     

In situ technique for synthesizing multiple ceramic particulates reinforced titanium matrix composites (TiB + TiC + Y2O3)/Ti

In situ synthesized titanium matrix composites reinforced with multiple ceramic particulates including TiB, TiC and Y₂O₃ were fabricated by non-consumable arc-melting technique utilizing the chemical reaction among Ti, B₂O₃, B₄C and Y. The thermodynamic feasibility of the in situ reactions has been considered. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to identify the phases in the composites. Microstructures of the composites were observed by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe. It is concluded that multiple reinforcements are synthesized and they show different shapes: TiB grows in needle shape; TiC grows in near-equiaxed and rod-like shapes; Y₂O₃ grows in near-equiaxed shapes when the content of Y is 0.6 wt.% and grows in dendritic shapes when the content of Y increases to 1.8 wt.%. Reinforcements TiB, TiC and Y₂O₃ are distributed uniformly in the titanium matrix.     

NUMERICAL SIMULATION STUDY ON DEFORMATION UNIFORMITY OF EQUAL CROSS SECTION LATERAL EXTRUSION

Equal cross section lateral extrusion (ECSLE) is an effective method realizing pure shear deformation.The influence of friction factor on the deformation uniformity of ECSLE was investigated with rigid plastic finite element method.The result shows that the non-uniform deformation in extrusion is caused mainly by the friction between workpiece and die.The higher the friction factor is.the more uneven plastic deformation resulted in extruded workpiece.The relation curve of deformation uniformity vs. friction factor was drawn based on the analysis result. The curve can be used as a basis of ECSLE process design.

针对鞍钢2^#酸洗生产线上的开卷器卷筒的结构，分析了卷筒组合加工的特点、加工步骤、应采取的工艺措施以及应注意的问题。     

近2年我国锆铪及锆化学制品雕生产、贸易及研发概况

介绍了我国近2年来海绵锆、锆铪制品和锆化学品的生产、进出口概况,以及重要研发进展。我国工业级海绵锆产量从2003年的100t增加到2005年的174t,2005年的销售量达到150t;锆粉与锆-铝消气剂等年产量在10t左右;锆材和锆设备年产量在100t以上;锆化学制品品种有10余种,年产量已达到20×104t。锆砂的沸腾氯化工艺、锆铪的MIBK法分离工艺、以电熔ZrO2为原料制取粗ZrCl2工艺和Al-Y复合ZrO2粉的生产工艺等的研发工作,都取得了突破性进展。
