Collection efficiency of liquid‐based samplers for fungi in indoor air

This study assessed the collection efficiency (CE) of two popularly used sampling devices (BioSampler and Coriolis sampler) for fungal aerosols. Phosphate‐buffered saline (PBS) supplemented with or without surfactant (Tween‐20, Tween‐80, or Triton X‐100) and antifoam agent was prepared and used as collection liquids. The agar impactor (BioStage) was simultaneously operated with liquid‐based samplers to collect fungi from seven sites located at a university building, public library, and animal farming. Fungal concentrations determined by liquid samplers were divided by those by BioStage, and the ratio values represented CE. Results indicate that the CE of BioSampler was superior to that of Coriolis (P = 0.0001) and the PBS containing surfactant collected fungi better than that without surfactant (P < 0.0001), whereas antifoam agent showed no influence (P = 0.8). Moreover, fungal concentrations determined by BioSampler with surfactant‐added PBS were statistically indifferent from those by BioStage (P > 0.05) with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.81‐0.83 (P < 0.01). In addition to sampler and collection liquid, sampling location was also identified as a significant CE factor (P = 0.006), implying potential influences by fungal genera in the studied fields. Overall, BioSampler with surfactant‐supplemented PBS (eg, Triton X‐100) is recommended considering the great CE and compatibility with a variety of analytical assays.     

Preparation and polymerization of isopimaric acid derivatives

Isopimaric acid is a typical rosin compound and can account for 30% of the total mass of slash pine rosin. The molecular structure of isopimaric acid derivatives features an unsaturated double bond at the C13 position, opening up the possibility of their industrial polymerization. In this study, isopimaric acid (95.4%), methyl isopimarate (99.5%), and allyl isopimarate (95.1%) were prepared as highly pure monomers. New experimental results are presented and mechanisms based on the investigation of free-radical polymerization under UV irradiation are proposed. 分层注水井智能测试调配技术试验评价

注水井智能测试调配技术在不改变原注水管柱的基础上，利用井下可调式堵塞器，通过地面电脑控制，实现了测试调配同步进行。通过7口井的现场试验及分析评价，表明该工艺具有测调精度高、测调时间短、测试资料准确等特点。     

不同级配对微表处混和料性能的影响

微表处技术是一种性能优良的路面养护技术。首先检验了微表处用原材料的技术指标,在满足规范的要求下选择了三种不同级配,并对三种不同级配的微表处混和料的使用性能进行了比较。     

北部湾盆地福山凹陷CO2气成因探讨

北部湾盆地福山凹陷油气钻探中发现了高含CO₂气的天然气气藏。对CO₂气稳定碳同位素、伴生稀有气体氦和氩同位素进行了分析研究，结果显示，福山凹陷CO₂气稳定碳同位素偏重，(13C_CO2为-5.01～-10.08‰，绝大多数样品大于-7.0‰，为无机成因CO₂气特征；伴生稀有气体氦同位素³He/⁴He值为(4.74~5.03)×10^-6，R/Ra值为3.38～3.59；伴生稀有气体氩同位素⁴⁰Ar/³⁶Ar值为1881～2190，也显示出幔源或壳幔混合CO₂气的特征。综合判定认为，福山凹陷CO₂为壳幔混合成因。始新统流沙港组岩浆岩体分布特征与CO₂气藏分布范围基本一致，也表明幔源-岩浆可能是福山凹陷CO₂气的主要来源。与南海北部边缘盆地其它地区如珠江口盆地西部、琼东南盆地东部CO₂气成因一致，都为幔源-岩浆来源，或壳幔混合来源。     

N-苄基丙烯酰胺的合成

以丙烯腈和苯甲醇为原料，浓硫酸作催化剂，合成了N-苄基丙烯酰胺（N-BAA）。考察了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对产物收率的影响，得出了最佳反应条件：n（丙烯腈）：n（苯甲醇）：n（浓硫酸）=3：1：1．2，反应时间3h，反应温度60℃。在最佳条件下，N-BAA的收率可达92％。每100g粗产物用10％氢氧化钠溶液提纯，精制产物纯度可达99．80％，熔点为64～65℃。通过红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。

主要介绍了VXI总线C尺寸超宽带线性调频信号源的设计方法，重点描述了利用现场可编程逻辑器件FPAG和DSP设计VXI总线接口电路，以及数字波形存储直读技术在线性调频信号源中的应用。     

A study of the numerical dispersion relation for the 2-D ADI-FDTD method

This letter presents a numerical dispersion relation for the two-dimensional (2-D) finite-difference time-domain method based on the alternating-direction implicit time-marching scheme (2-D ADI-FDTD). The proposed analytical relation for 2-D ADI-FDTD is compared with those relations in the previous works. Through numerical tests, the dispersion equation of this work was shown as correct one for 2-D ADI-FDTD.     

企业产品执行标准管理的信息化建设

标准化的目的是“获得最佳秩序和社会效益”，而最佳秩序是企业进行高效率生产和管理的前提条件。能够更及时准确的对企业的生产标准、技术标准、安全标准、管理标准进行监督和管理工作；有助于更好的督促企业在每个环节都建立起互相适应、配套的标准体系，使企业生产活动和经营管理活动井然有序，避免混乱；能够进一步加强对认证及认证咨询工作的质量，提高认证企业质量体系运行的有效性。为此我们提出了建设《哈尔滨市企业产品执行标准数据库管理系统》，对企业的产品执行标准进行登记注册管理，这将有助于组织、监督标准实施工作；有助于组织制订地方标准；推行采用国际标准和国外先进标准；有助于协调指导企业产品标准的制订并管理其备案；组织重要标准的宣传贯彻，监督检查重要标准的实施情况。
