浅议降低脉冲袋式除尘器运行费用的几点措施

脉冲袋式除尘器,因其具有良好的清灰效果,并可在较高的过滤风速下稳定运行,因而在袋式除尘器中,占有极其重要的地位。本文介绍了如何降低脉冲袋式除尘器的运行费用,并提出了相应的措施及其在设计中应注意的问题。     

STUDY OF INTERFACES AND SURFACES OF YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)-Ag

Interfaces and surfaces of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)(YBCO)-Ag have been studied by SEM-EDXand AES.No effect of Ag on 123 structure in X-ray diffraction pattern was observedfor 0.4 mol Ag doped YBCO.AES analysis indicated that Ag segregated on surfaceof YBCO and resulted in decrease of YBCO-metal lead resistance.In addition,solutionand segregation of Ag as elemental state were often appeared on interfaces and surfacesof high temperature annealed YBCO,whether elemental Ag or compound Ag_2O andAgNO_3 adopted as doping material.     

IN-SITU OBSERVATION OF CRACK TIP DEFORMATION IN A DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL

The development of dislocation structures in the plastic zone ahead of a crack tip has been in-vestigated in a duplex stainless steel during in-situ deformation experiments in a scanningtransmission electron microscope.It was found that the dislocation distribution wassignificantly different in the ferrite and in the austenite.In the ferrite grains,the dislocationsemitted by the crack tip may cross-slip out of the original slip planes and form a broad plasticzone.However,in the austenite,the dislocation free zone is small and the dislocations emittedby the crack pile up in its slip plane.The selection of slip systems at the crack tip depends onthe crack tip Schmid factors in both phases.But after large deformation,the selection of thesecond slip systems at the craek tip in austenite does not depend on the Schmid factors.     

工艺参数对射频磁控溅射PTFE靶形成的等离子体组成的影响

采用四极质谱仪测量了试验参数对高压脉冲增强射频磁控溅射PTFE靶等离子体气氛的影响规律。结果表明：增加脉冲偏压、脉冲频率、脉宽、射频功率和气压能提高Az离子对PTFE靶的溅射能力，增加空间中氟碳自由基的数量，其中各参数对峰位位于25．0aum处的氟碳自由基强度影响最大：脉冲电压从10kV提高到20kV能将该峰强度提高2倍；脉宽从40s提高到100μs强度提高80倍；频率从50Hz提高到200Hz强度提高4倍；溅射气压由0．1Pa提高到0.3Pa强度提高6倍；射频功率由200W提高到400W强度提高6倍。励磁电流能有效的约束氟碳自由基的空间分布。     

线阵电荷耦合器技术在自动测长系统中的应用

介绍用线阵电荷耦合器件(CCD)技术设计的型材在线实时测量系统。采用粗测和精测相结合的方法，解决了较大长度范围内精确测量问题。详细介绍动态在线非接触式测控系统的基本工作原理及软硬件组成。实测结果表明其测量精度高、效果好，能满足快速流水线的现场检测。     

Quantification of trace amounts of impurities in high purity cobalt by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

An analytical method using high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS) for rapid simultaneous determination of 24 elements (Be, Mg, Al, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba, Pt, Au, and Pb) in high purity cobalt was described. Sample digestions were performed in closed microwave vessels using HNO3 and HCl. The matrix effects because of the presence of excess HCl and Co were evaluated. The usefulness of high mass resolution for overcoming some spectral interference was demonstrated. The optimum conditions for the deter- mination were tested and discussed. The standard addition method was employed for quantitative analysis. The detection limits were 0.016-1.50 μg?g?1, the recovery ratios were 92.2%-111.2%, and the RSD was less than 3.6%. The method was accurate, quick, and convenient. It was applied to the determination of trace impurities in high purity cobalt with satisfactory results.     

HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION AND STRUCTURE OF SCALE AND WHISKERS FOR Fe-Ni-Cr SEALING ALLOYS

The oxidation rate,the growth,morphology and structure of oxide scale and whiskers forFe-Ni-Cr sealing alloys in H_2-H_2O atmosphere at high temperatures have been studied.The growth rate of scale is controlled by diffusion.The scale is composed of Cr_2O_3 andspinel(Fe,Mn)O·Cr_2O_3 and the oxide whisker,are spinel(Fe,Mn)O·Cr_2O_3.

针对石油钻井关键产品高强度钻杆接头的使用要求,在保证强度指标要求非常高的前提下,研究摸索增加高温正火后再调质的工艺方法,以改善接头材料原始微观带状组织和纤维结构,细化晶粒,提高钻杆接头的冲击功,使该产品力学性能达到API标准的要求。     

La在KCl-NaCl和LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中的溶解行为SCIEI

本文利用透明槽技术、电化学循环V-A法及量子化学EHMO三种方法,研究了La在KCl-NaCl(1:1mol)及LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中的溶解行为。初步认为:溶解在KCl-NaCl熔体中的La是以中性金属状态存在。在LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中,溶解的La与La^(3+)作用生成低价La^(2+)离子,La^(2+)又与周围的La^(3+)作用形成原子簇离子La_m^(n+)赋存于熔体之中。
