Synthesis of red-luminescent Eu-doped lanthanides compounds hollow spheres

Eu³⁺-doped Y₂O₃, YOF, La₂O₃, LaOF hollow spheres have been synthesized by a facile template route. Eu³⁺ were doped into the various host materials to make the hollow sphere red-luminescent. Difference in fluorescence spectra recorded on the hollow spheres were compared in detail and attributed to the different crystal symmetry of host materials. These phosphors might find applications in the fields such as light phosphor powders, advanced flat panel display, or biological labeling.     

螺旋搅龙加工新方法

螺旋搅龙是联合收割机的重要零件之一。按照传统的加工方法，由若干件单片焊接而成。因此种方法需要几套冲压工装，经落料、冲孔、切角等工序，以至材料利用率很低；且再经数片接焊工序后，变形突出，表面粗糙。造成零件制作成本较大。考虑到传统工艺的弊端，研究在普通车床上采用一套工装用条料绕成螺旋搅龙的新方法。经过反复试验获得成功。与传统的加工方法相比，材料节约37％。大大降低了产品成本，提高了产品质量和生产效率。

A 4-MB on-chip L2 cache for a 90-nm 1.6-GHz 64-bit microprocessor

A 4-MB L2 data cache was implemented for a 64-bit 1.6-GHz SPARC(r) RISC microprocessor. Static sense amplifiers were used in the SRAM arrays and for global data repeaters, resulting in robust and flexible timing operation. Elimination of the global clock grid over the SRAM array saves power, enabled by combining the clock information with array select signals. Redundancy was implemented flexibly, with shift circuits outside the main data array for area efficiency. The chip integrates 315 million transistors and uses an 8-metal-layer 90-nm CMOS process.     

Nutrient removal performance of an anaerobic–anoxic–aerobic process as a function of influent C/P ratio

The laboratory scale anaerobic–anoxic–aerobic (A²O) process fed with synthetic brewage wastewater was designed to investigate the effects of changing feed C/P ratio on the performance of biological nutrient removal (BNR) processes. In the experiment, the influent chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration was kept at approximately 300 mg L^?1 while the total phosphorus concentration was varied to obtain the desired C/P ratio. Results showed that when the C/P ratio was lower than 32, phosphorus removal efficiency increased as C/P ratio increased linearly, while when the C/P ratio was higher than 32, the P removal efficiency was maintained at 90–98%, and effluent P concentration was lower than 0.5 mg L^?1. However, regardless of the C/P ratio, excellent COD removal (90% or higher) and good total nitrogen removal (75–84%) were maintained throughout the experiments. It was also found that very good linear correlation was obtained between COD uptake per unit P released in the anaerobic zone and C/P ratio. In addition, the P content in the wasted activated sludge increased with the decrease in the C/P ratio. Based on the results, it was recommended that the wastewater C/P ratio and its effects be incorporated into BNR design and operational procedures, appropriate C/P ratios were used to achieve the effluent treatment goals. Application of Direct Ignition Technology with Minimum Gasified Oil in Lignite-Fired Boiler

The firing is in the stable condition and the rate of oil saving comes up to 64%, after Fularji Power Plant adopted the technology of minimum gasified oil igniting pulverized lignite directly and the technology of multistage coal combustion with energy amplified stage by stage.     

非标准工况下空分设备增产氩的研究与实践

文章对非标准工况下的空分设备增产氩措施进行了研究。以宝钢6#60000m3/h空分设备为例,通过设计型算法和校核型算法,建立了空分设备精馏的数学模型,通过改变数学模型的参数,分析了在非标准工况下精馏塔内的组分浓度分布,并提出了优化后的操作方案和操作参数,实施后提高了空分设备的氩提取率,取得了显著的经济效益。     

A 12-36GHz PHEMT MMIC balanced frequency tripler

A novel configuration of balanced frequency InGaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) tripler is proposed. A resonant LC filter is used to eliminate the fundamental frequency and a phase delay line is employed to suppress the second harmonic. The separation of the independent phase shifters makes the tripler more compact and flexible. The conversion loss of the tripler operating from 12 to 36GHz is less than 9.4dB at 9-dBm input power. As compared to the third-harmonic frequency, the fundamental frequency is suppressed more than 21.4dB while for the second harmonic is more than 22.3dB at 36GHz.
