The influence of Zr addition on magnetic properties and temperature coefficient for nanocomposite Nd10Fe78.5-xCO5ZrxB6.5 (x=0~4) bonded magnets was investigated. It was found that the room-temperature magnetic properties were remarkably improved with Zr addition due to the grain refinement and increasing volume fraction of the hard magnetic phase. The optimal magnetic properties of Jr=0.689T, iHc=769.4kA·m-1 and (BH)max=84kJ·m-3 were obtained for 2.5% Zr addition. The temperature coefficient of remanence (α) increases slightly and the temperature coefficient of coercivity (β) decreases obviously with increasing Zr content for nanocomposite Nd10Fe78.5-xCo5ZrxB6.5 (x=0~4) bonded magnets. 相似文献

The portal axle is a gearbox that is specially designed for off-road driving conditions. It is installed between the wheel
and the axle shaft to give higher ground clearance to the vehicle. The modeling and simulation of spur gears in portal axle
is important to predict the actual motion behavior. However, gear train design in portal axle is difficult to study comprehensively
due to their relatively low cost and short product life cycle. In this study, modal analysis of portal axle is simulated using
finite element method (FEM). Modal analysis is simulated on three different combinations of gear train system commonly designed
for portal axle. The three gear trains being analyzed are gear train without idler gear, one idler gear and two idler gears.
FEM static stress analysis is also simulated on three different gear trains to study the gear teeth bending stress and contact
stress behavior of the gear trains in different angular positions from 0° to 18°. The single and double pair gear teeth contact
are also considered. This methodology serves as a novel approach for gear train design evaluation, and the study of gear stress

For the starved thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication in elliptical contacts, a numerical solver based on the multi-grid technique was developed and numerical solutions were achieved. The influences of the thickness of oil-supply layer, elliptical ratio, entrainment velocity, slide-roll ratio, and the maximum Hertzian pressure on the lubrication behaviour were investigated. The thermal solutions were compared with isothermal solutions. The numerical results show that, for an oil-starved contact, the central and minimum film thicknesses predicted by both thermal and isothermal solutions change at the same trend as the thickness of the oil-supply layer increases. That is, as the thickness of the oil-supply layer increases, in the beginning both the central and minimum film thicknesses increase rapidly, however, their increasing rates become smaller gradually, at last, when the thickness of the oil-supply layer reaches a certain value, both the central and minimum film thicknesses almost stop increasing. Such situation was called a quasi-fully flooded state in this study. It has been found that the amount of the supplied oil for the quasi-fully flooded state differs with the elliptical ratio, and the maximum amount of the supplied oil is required by a circular contact. 相似文献

液固两相流广泛存在于能源动力、石油化工等工业过程,两相流压降作为重要的流动参数,有助于流动建模及流态分析。建立液固两相压降测量模型,提出了一种结合超声多普勒及超声透射衰减的液固两相超声压降测量方法。搭建液固两相流动实验平台,对两相压降规律进行研究。两相混合流速和固相体积分数升高时,液固两相压降均逐渐增加。在固相体积分数为0.28%~1.37%,两相混合流速为0.9~1.65 m/s时,根据液固两相压降测量模型及Churchill模型的超声法得到的两相压降与差压传感器测量的压降平均相对误差为4.93%和5.10%,验证了测量模型的准确性。针对非均匀分布的两相流态进行压降测量,进一步拓展了压降测量模型的应用范围。本研究工作为非侵入超声法测量液固两相压降提供了方法基础。 相似文献

Interleukin 4 (IL-4) is an immune cytokine that inhibits bone resorption in mice and suppresses osteoclastic cell formation in vitro through an undefined mechanism. In this report, we have established the cellular identity of the IL-4 target cell using a variety of bone marrow/stromal cell coculture methods. Initially, we found that the majority of IL-4's inhibition of osteoclastic cell formation was due to its effect on bone marrow cells, not stromal cells. Consequently, bone marrow macrophages were used as osteoclastic cell progenitors after they had been transiently exposed to IL-4 (48 h), before the addition of stromal cells, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, and dexamethasone. In this circumstance, IL-4 impaired subsequent osteoclastic cell formation, suggesting that the macrophage may be potentially targeted by many factors known to influence osteoclast formation. Consequently, we discovered that interferon-gamma (IFN gamma), prostaglandin E (PGE), and cell-permeant cAMP analogs also impacted osteoclastic cell formation when used to selectively treat bone marrow macrophages. IFN gamma suppressed osteoclastic cell formation, whereas PGE and cAMP analog treatment led to the formation of significantly enlarged osteoclastic cells. Importantly, PGE antagonized the inhibitory effects of both IL-4 and IFN gamma on the osteoclastic cell-forming potential of bone marrow macrophages. Collectively, these findings establish bone marrow macrophages as osteoclastic cell precursors with the degree of their commitment to the osteoclast pathway sensitive to the effects of soluble mediators, including IL-4, IFN gamma, and PGE. 相似文献
