As a result of the recommendations of the Barker Review of Housing Supply in 2004, the Department of Communities and Local Government in England commissioned the construction of an econometric model of regional housing markets in order to examine the effects of different levels of housing construction on long-run affordability. The model has been regularly used as part of the policy-making process in England. The paper describes the structure of the model, which includes sectors covering house prices, household formation, tenure, migration flows, demographics and labour markets. Furthermore, through simulation analysis, the paper examines some of the key policy questions that have occurred in UK housing in recent years.  相似文献

Phase equilibria of the La2O3–SrO–CuO system have been determined at 950°C at 30 kbar (3 GPa). Stable phases at the apexes of the ternary phase diagram are CuO, La2O3, and SrO. Stable intermediate phases are La2, CuO4 and La2Cu2O5 in the LaO1.5–CuO binary and Sr2CuO3, SrCuO2, and Sr14Cu24O41 in the CuO–SrO binary. The La2– x Sr x -CuO4–δ solid solution is stable for 0.00 is ≤ x ≤ 1.29, the La2– x Sr1+ x Cu2O6+δ solid solution is stable for 0.03 ≤ x ≤0.20, the La2– x Sr x Cu2O5–δ solid solution is stable for 0.00 ≤ x ≤1.08, and the La x Sr14– x Cu24O41 solid solution is stable for 0.00 ≤ x ≤ 6.15. The 30 kbar phase diagram differs from the 1 atm (0.1 MPa) and 10 kbar (1 GPa) results principally in the absence of La1– x Sr2+ x Cu2O5.5+δ as a stable phase and the extended range of the La2– x Sr x Cu2O5–δ solid solution at 30 kbar.  相似文献

Phase equilibria in the CaO-CuO system have been determined at 1 atm pressure in oxygen over the temperature range 800° to 1300deg;C. CaO is the stable phase at the calcium-rich end of the system. Two intermediate crystalline phases, namely Ca2CuO3 and Ca3Cu7O10, form. CazCuO3 is stable up to 1085°± 3deg;C, where it melts incongruently to CaO + liquid (peritectic liquid has ε82% CuO). Ca3Cu7O10 becomes stable at 977°± 3deg;C by reaction between Ca2CuO3 and CuO. Ca3Cu7O10 melts incongruently at 1046°± 3deg;C to Ca2CuO3+ liquid (peritectic liquid has ε83% CuO). CuO is the stable copper oxide phase up to 1061°± 3deg;C at the copper-rich end of the system; at higher temperatures, Cu2O is stable until the liquidus is reached at 1121deg;C. The binary eutectic is at 1045°± 5deg;C, in which a liquid with 83% CuO coexists with Ca3Cu7O10 and CuO.  相似文献

We aim at identifying (1) whether and how various data sources influence mapping an intellectual structure of the field of bioinformatics, and (2) the landscape of bioinformatics by integrating those sources. To this end, we conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis by harvesting bibliographic information from DBLP, PubMed Central, and Web of Science. We then measure and compare topological characteristics of networks generated using these sources. The results show a dichotomous pattern dominated by PubMed Central and WoS. In addition, a few influential scientists in the field of bioinformatics receive very high citations from their colleagues, which is a driving force to bloom the field. These few scientists are connected to a much larger research community. Most of the researchers are intellectually linked within a few steps, in spite of the domain’s interdisciplinary characteristics. Particularly, influential authors consist of a small world. We also identify that there is not a coherent body of discipline in bioinformatics since the field is still under development. Finally, the journals and conferences indexed by each source cover different research topics, and PubMed Central is more inclusive than DBLP as an indexing database.  相似文献
