Boron-based metal-free catalysts for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane (ODHP) have drawn great attention in both academia and industry due to their impressive activity and olefin selectivity. Herein, the SiO2 and B2O3 sequentially coated honeycomb cordierite catalyst is designed by a two-step wash-coat method with different B2O3 loadings (0.1%–10%) and calcination temperatures (600, 700, 800 °C). SiO2 obtained by TEOS hydrolysis acts as a media layer to bridge the cordierite substrate and boron oxide via abundant SiOH groups. The well-developed straight channels of honeycomb cordierite make it possible to carry out the reactor under high gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) and the thin wash-coated B2O3 layer can effectively facilitate the pore diffusion on the catalyst. The prepared B2O3/SiO2@HC monolithic catalyst exhibits good catalytic performance at low boron oxide loading and achieves excellent propylene selectivity (86.0%), olefin selectivity (97.6%, propylene and ethylene) and negligible CO2 (0.1%) at 16.9% propane conversion under high GHSV of 345,600 ml·(g B2O3)−1·h−1, leading to a high propylene space time yield of 15.7 g C3H6·(g B2O3)−1·h−1 by suppressing the overoxidation. The obtained results strongly indicate that the boron-based monolithic catalyst can be properly fabricated to warrant the high activity and high throughput with its high gas/surface ratio and straight channels.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe the preparation of a porous nanosheet-stacked NiCo2O4 composite electrode using a novel electrophoretic deposition (EPD) calcination method. The effects of the deposition time and voltage, and of the calcination temperature have been investigated. The microstructure of the deposited films in the electrodes before and after calcination has also been investigated. The electrocatalytic properties of the electrodes have been investigated using cyclic voltammetry and polarization curves. The electrode films produced using this new technique have a porous structure composed of stacked hexagonal NiCo2O4 nanosheets. The resulting electrodes exhibit good electrocatalytic properties for water electrolysis.  相似文献

Chromated copper arsenate (CCA), an arsenicbased wood preservative, is toxic to human health and the environment. Although CCA is stable in seasoned wood, there are potential dangers during CCA manufacture, lumber treatment, and waste disposal. This research was conducted to study the effectiveness of soy products to replace toxic chromium and arsenic compounds in wood preservative formulations. Three soy product (Arpro 2100, HM 90, and Supro 760) were used as fixative agents in preservative solutions containing anhydrous CuSO4 and Na2B4O7·10H2O. The decay resistance of treated wood blocks was measured by a soil-block culture method. Despite the large molecular sizes of copper-protein and copper-boron-protein complexes, southern pine sapwood was treatable with these preservative formulations. Wood samples treated with >6 kg°m−3 CuSO4 and 7.5 kg·m−3 soy product, and subsequently leached for 3 d and exposed to the decay fungus Gloeophyllum trabeum (Fr.) Mur., sustained only 0.5% weight loss over 12 wk. Wood samples needed 40 kg·m−3 CuSO4 and 50 kg·m−3 soy protein to resist the copper-tolerant decay fungus Postia placenta (Fr.) M. Lars. & Lomb. These results suggest that soy-based wood preservatives can prevent wood products from fungal attack and can replace CCA.  相似文献

采用中频炉的实验室模拟试验(试验条件:钢液温度1600℃,浸入时间30min,气氛分别为空气和真空)和通过对用后耐火材料的显微结构分析,研究了钢液对3种连铸用含碳耐火材料(Al2O3-C、MgO-C和ZrO2-C)的侵蚀作用。结果表明,脱碳层的形成及钢液中夹杂物与脱碳层中耐火氧化物的反应是材料蚀损的主要原因。因此,在含碳耐火材料接触钢液的表面形成致密耐火层,能有效抑制钢液对连铸用含碳耐火材料的侵蚀。  相似文献

以N掺杂TiO2试剂为催化剂,降解偶氮直接耐酸大红4BS溶液,同时外加4种浓度不同的阴离子溶液,探讨了HCO3-,F-,NO3-,H2PO4-等阴离子对N/TiO2化学试剂催化活性的影响。实验表明,HCO3-,F-,NO3-,H2PO4-等阴离子对N/TiO2化学试剂的催化活性有显著影响。因此,可以通过外加不同的离子来提高或降低N/TiO2的活性。  相似文献

In this article, an improved differential evolution algorithm (IDE) based on two different colonies is proposed and applied to time‐modulated conformal arrays syntheses. The whole population of IDE is divided into two parts. The one part searches the solution globally while the other searches the neighborhood of the solution provided by the previous one. Benchmark functions are provided to testify IDE. Furthermore, IDE is applied to synthetize sum‐difference patterns with a 1 × 16 elements time‐modulated circular array and low sidelobe level (SLL) patterns with an 8 × 12 elements time‐modulated cone array. After optimization, the sideband level (SBL) of the circular array at the first sideband frequency is ?1.00 dB. The SLL and SBL at the first sideband frequency of the cone array are lower than ?30.00 and ?20.00 dB, respectively. Experiment results verify the superior performance of IDE. Moreover, to accelerate the computation speed, graphics processing unit parallel computing technique is introduced into pattern synthesis and the acceleration ratios of more than 23 times can be achieved. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An efficient multiobjective differential evolution algorithm for array synthesis is proposed in this article. By introducing novel strategies in the generalized differential evolution (GDE3), the proposed algorithm can generate a better converged and distributed Pareto front than the standard GDE3. Five typical benchmark functions are optimized by the proposed improved GDE3 (IGDE) to verify its effectiveness. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is applied in two‐pattern synthesis problems, including an unequal spaced linear array and a conformal array. The superior performance of the proposed IGDE demonstrates that it is an efficient and competitive algorithm in the function optimization, pattern synthesis, and other electromagnetic problems. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过控制马来酸酐(MAH)的用量制得不同接枝率的马来酸酐接枝热塑性弹性体(TPE-g-MAH),利用其与尼龙6(PA6)在共混过程中的反应增容作用,实现了与PA6的相容共混,并研究了PA6/TPE共混物的结构与性能。结果表明,TPE-g-MAH可有效地提高PA6/TPE共混物的韧性,且随着其接枝率的增加,共混物的韧性提高;TPE-g-MAH有效地改善了PA6/TPE共混物的界面相容性,并且随着其含量的增加,相界面增容效果变好。  相似文献

To achieve low rolling resistance, high wet grip, and favorable overall performance, star‐shaped medium vinyl butadiene rubber (S‐MVBR) was designed and prepared by “core‐first” method, where novel multifunctional organolithium containing Sn atom as initiator, THF as structure regulator, and carbon–hydrogen compound as solvent. The results showed that coupling reaction between SnCl4 and dilithium is stoichiometrical, and this method has much higher efficiency than the “arm‐first” method. When dilithium is composed of 4–10 repeating units, the average arm number of S‐MVBR is conveniently controlled between 3 and 5 by initiator functionality, which can be easily regulated by the mole ratio of active lithium of dilithium short chain to Cl? in SnCl4. As Sn coupling decreases numbers of noncrosslinking free ends, S‐MVBR has lower rolling resistance, dynamic heating and higher wet grip than linear MVBR. Meanwhile, mechanical properties and processing properties are improved. And the formation of multiarm structure has little effect on viscosity.
