Effects of ring substituents on the protective properties of self-assembled benzenethiols on copper

The self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of a series of substituted benzenethiol (BT) molecules, X-C₆H₄-SH (where X = meta-NH₂, ortho-NH₂, para-NH₂, para-NHCOCH₃, para-F, para-CH₃ and para-CH(CH₃)₂), have been prepared by adsorption from a solution onto a fresh copper (Cu) surface pretreated by a nitric acid etch. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the modified Cu surfaces in a sulfuric acid solution was investigated by electrochemical characterization. The protection afforded by the substituted functional groups on BT is strongly influenced by the type and the position of the substituent on the benzene ring. BT molecules without any substituent group on the ring are ineffective corrosion inhibitors, indicating that the chemical configuration is the key factor in determining the efficacy of the SAMs as barriers to electrochemically corrosive ions. It is further proposed that the steric hindrance offered by the substituted group in the SAMs plays a very important role in determining its barrier properties.     

复杂结构电子束焊缝超声无损评价

采用超声C扫描成像方法检测了复杂结构电子束焊缝.根据这类焊接结构的特点,采用模拟试件,代替真实试件,简化了试验条件.着重分析了大深宽比工件内超声的传播特性,在此基础上,经反复试验研制了聚焦效果较好的声透镜,将声透镜应用于平探头上进行检测试验,为了验证检测结果的可靠性,对试件上典型位置进行了破坏性试验分析.结果表明:自制探头的检测灵敏度较高,超声检测结果与界面缺陷分布情况具有较好的一致性,说明超声C扫描成像检测方法是电子束焊缝质量评价的有效手段.     

人工神经网络技术在无损检测中的应用

介绍神经网络技术在无损检测领域的应用现状 ,包括神经网络技术应用于设备缺陷特征的确定和设备缺陷评判、设备运行的状态监测以及数据融合等 ,并对这项技术在无损检测中的进一步应用作了展望     

Sulfidation behavior of Fe-25Cr-20Ni-1.5Al2O3 in simulated coal combustion/gasification environments

The effect of minor addition of -Al₂O₃ dispersoids on the sulfidation behavior of Fe-25Cr-20Ni was investigated over a range of pO₂, 1.13×10^–20 to 1.18×10 ****^–22 atm. at constant pS₂=1.22×10^–8 atm. Fe-25Cr-20Ni and Fe-25Cr-20Ni 1.5 Al₂O₃ with and without preformed oxide scales were exposed to bioxidant gas mixtures H₂/H₂O/H₂S/Ar at 700° C. Both isothermal and cyclic exposures were included. Scales were characterized by a combination of several surface analytical tools. A remarkable improvement in sulfidation resistance is observed in Fe-25Cr-20Ni-1.5Al₂O₃ under the conditions investigated here. This is attributed to the ability of the alloy to form and maintain a predominantly Cr₂O₃ scale with reduced Fe-diffusion and content. Possible scientific reasons for such improvement are discussed. The base alloy, Fe-25Cr-20Ni, fails to develop and retain such a Cr₂O₃ scale and undergoes sulfidation within a few minutes of exposure. The scale breakdown process by sulfidation is explained qualitatively. Experimental evidence suggests that sulfur in the environment enhances Fe-diffusion and content in the scale.     

耐火H型钢性能试验和耐火构件试验研究

对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司开发的耐火H型钢进行了高温下的力学性能试验和耐火构件试验,并同时对耐火构件抗火性能进行了ANSYS有限元模拟计算,二者结果吻合较好;其结果表明,新开发的耐火H型钢力学性能与耐火性能等指标可满足建筑用钢要求。     

面状缺陷超声B扫描检测图像增强研究

针对面状焊接缺陷超声B扫描检测图像受噪声污染造成的质量下降问题,利用多尺度小波分析方法,对超声B扫描图像进行了增强处理.分析了缺陷信号和噪声的小波变换特性,分别在软、硬阈值函数条件下,采用固定阈值、Stein无偏似然估计阈值、混合型阈值、极大极小准则阈值等方法进行了信号增强处理,比较了不同阈值方法小波变换的处理效果.结果表明:小波变换方法能有效地提高超声B扫描图像质量,硬阈值条件下固定阈值小波变换方法的图像增强处理效果较好.     

自主导航巡逻机器人的行走系统研究

研制了巡逻机器人的行走系统，包括导航系统和双电机驱动系统和控制系统。首先介绍了巡逻机器人的导航系统，包括循线子系统和超声波测障子系统，然后研究了机器人的驱动系统，包括转速检测子系统和驱动电路子系统，最后介绍了行走系统的控制系统结构。根据实验结果证明系统性能良好。     

基于Solid Edge的塑料模标准件库的系统开发方法

结合塑料模标准件的特点,为了缩短模具产品设计和开发周期,在Solid Edge上建立了标准件库。研究了利用程序驱动法,采用Visual Basic,基于Solid Edge平台开发三维塑料模标准件库的参数化程序实现方法,阐述了标准件库的建立以及数据处理与传递方法,通过系统集成实现了基于SolidEdge的三维参数化注射模标准件库的客户应用。结果表明,标准件库的建立有助于缩短模具产品设计和开发周期。
