1992年,在克日莫那的阿维迪钢厂新建了一条以生产薄板为基础的板材紧凑式生产线,这是欧洲第一、世界第二条薄板生产线.该生产线主要生产高质量钢和特殊钢.数据表明平均每浇次浇11炉钢,56%以上的产品规格都小于2mm厚,经连轧轧成1250mm宽1mm厚的薄板材.可以生产大部分钢种,例如低、中、高碳钢(0.75%),1.2mm的高强度低合金钢,硼钢,耐候钢,合金钢,包晶钢和双相钢等.明年,准备采取措施在一座115t电炉和单流最大宽度为1300mm的生产线上达到100万t的产量.引进铁素体轧制,发展热轧来生产更薄规格的钢以及多相铁素体-马氏体、铁素体-贝氏体钢.和其它薄板生产技术相比,AST(Arvedi Steel Technology阿维迪厂技术)有如下7项优势薄板液芯压下技术,能使板坯中心晶粒细化、温度分布均匀;在线低速轧制(低拉速),从而使中间坯凸度<1%;板坯厚度方向上的反向温度分布;感应加热炉精确、灵活的温度控制制度;稳定的终轧温度;根据最终薄带的厚度和温度来预设一个恒定的板坯精轧速度;经过克日莫那炉的无头轧制.优良的产品是经过先进的、控制精确的二次、三次冶金生产的.本文将着重陈述阿维迪钢厂的实践要点.并将叙述一些变换成本、高附加值产品及其经济结果.阿维迪有2条年产250万t的生产线,用来生产宽度接近于1600~1800mm的钢种.实践证明,AST的效益归功于它的极高的拉速以及直接无头轧制的思想.目前,AST将上一条高拉速(7.5m/min)的带有精轧的铸轧生产线.阿维迪的ECR的工艺(无头轧制)能够生产0.7mm厚的所有冷轧能生产的同种规格的产品,该工艺还能够生产IF钢(汽车板)、多相钢、薄带甚至有高延伸率和抗拉强度等特殊性能的钢,用来满足汽车工业的需要.克日莫那的阿维迪钢厂用高生产力、低成本生产各种质量的钢种,因此经济效益很好.阿维迪是这项技术的拥有者,准备以阿维迪的名义来购买掉这项技术,其中包括钢液准备、薄带制作以及薄带精整技术.  相似文献

The electron beam evaporation and deposition (EBED) process produces virtually defect-free ingots, disks and cylindrical shapes. When produced by EBED, high-temperature alloys have virtually no inclusions and titanium alloys have essentially no low-density inclusions (Type I defects). Most alloys produced by the process have grain sizes of less than 10 μm and are superplastic. Envisioned applications of EBED include the production of: complex, cylindrical shapes; high-purity sputtering targets; higher-fabricability alloys; and hot-section disks and compressor for aircraft engines.  相似文献

We evaluated endogenous cholesterol synthesis and plasma lipid profile longitudinally from birth to 1 year old in infants who were exclusively breast-fed (n = 19) or formula-fed (n = 19) for the first 4 months of life. At 1 and 4 months of age, breast-fed infants had higher plasma total and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein B levels than formula-fed infants, whereas plasma mevalonate and lanosterol levels were not different between the two study groups.  相似文献

The spleen is the most commonly injured organ in blunt abdominal trauma. There remains much controversy in the diagnosis and management of the injured spleen, with a recent trend toward nonoperative management. A 5-year period was reviewed at a rural, Level I trauma center to address issues of operative versus nonoperative management. During this time period, there were 136 patients identified as having trauma to the spleen. Most (95%) were the result of blunt trauma, and a majority of these were from motor vehicle accidents. Computed tomography was the most frequent method of diagnosis. Approximately half of the patients underwent immediate operative intervention. Of those initially observed, 10 patients (16%) eventually were operated on. Most of the cases were due to underestimation of the severity of the splenic injury, and most received blood transfusion. This experience suggests that observation for splenic trauma is appropriate in many cases, as long as the surgeon is certain the spleen is not actively bleeding and the patient will not require blood transfusion.  相似文献

The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate whether the phenomenon of advanced bone formation in grooves (Bone 18, 115, 1995) is restricted to calcified biological materials. Osteoblasts were released from neonatal rat calvaria by enzyme digestion and cultured in EMEM and 10% FCS. At confluence, they were seeded on to dentine, bone, plastic, titanium, or silicon, which had been grooved using a water-cooled, diamond-edged, slow-speed or high-speed circular saw or reciprocating wire saw, or a rotating dental burr. Cultures were continued for 14-21 days, with a few extended for up to 7 weeks. Osteoblasts were also cultured on grooved dentine and plastic with or without added Stanozolol for 18 days, and bone formation assayed by measuring the total length of bone formed in the grooves in each specimen. Bone formation always occurred first within the grooves and was appositional. It formed on both calcified biological and nonbiological substrates, but developed consistently earlier on the biological substrates, and conformed to both the main grooves and the secondary finer grooving within them. Surface features at scales ranging from the millimeter to nanometer therefore influence the development of bone in vitro and possibly in vivo. The described site-induced bone formation system is valuable as an in vitro assay for biomaterial and pharmaceutical research.  相似文献

Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a cytokine released by activated immune cells which has been shown to affect brain function. In this experiment aggressive and affiliative behaviour exhibited during agonistic encounters by transgenic male mice either not expressing (IL-6 -/-) or overexpressing (NSE-hIL-6) IL-6 in the central nervous system was investigated. All subjects were isolated for 24 days before the aggressive encounter and were 52 days old at the time of testing. Subjects were placed for 5 consecutive days in a neutral cage for 15 min with an opponent of the Balb/c strain that had been previously isolated for the same amount of time. The first and the last test sessions were videotaped to evaluate the first approach and the establishment of the social role, respectively. A number of behavioural categories were later scored. When compared with wild-type controls, IL-6 -/- mice showed a higher degree of aggressive behaviour as indicated by a higher frequency of Offensive Upright Posture, an effect more pronounced on the fifth encounter. On the contrary, NSE-hIL-6 subjects showed a tendency to be more involved in affiliative-type social interactions, displaying a higher frequency and duration of behaviours such as Anogenital, Nose or Body Sniff. IL-6 -/- mice showed a clear tendency to exhibit less affiliative interactions compared with their controls while dopamine levels were found to be modified in a number of brain regions in these mice. Overall, these data suggest that IL-6 affects both aggressive and affiliative-type interactions, although the behaviour of the NSE-hIL-6 subjects was less affected than that of the IL-6 -/- group. The effects of the genetic background of the animal in screening the outcome of gene manipulations on behaviour are also discussed.  相似文献

Changes in the resting potential (VREST) and in the underlying ionic conductances were measured by the patch-clamp technique in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells exposed to substrate-bound or soluble Laminin (bLN; sLN), as compared to integrin-independent substrates (polylysine (PL); bovine serum albumin (BSA)). While PL and BSA were ineffective, both forms of LN caused an early (5-15 min) activation of a peculiar type of Inwardly Rectifying K+ current (IIR) characterised by a voltage-dependent inactivation in the range of membrane potentials around -50/0 mV. IIR was blocked by Cs+ ions and by the antiarrhythmic drug E-4031, a specific inhibitor of the HERG-codified channels. In cells adherent to bLN, IIR potentiation (85%) persisted for 90-120 min and was accompanied by a similar, but transient, increase in the leakage conductance (GL). Successively, the persistence of a high IIR conductance and the decrease of GL progressively bring VREST from -12 to approximately -30 mV in about 120 min. On the other hand, in cells adherent to PL, exposure to sLN produced a similar but not persistent activation of IIR, without any increase in GL: this caused a rapid, transient hyperpolarisation of VREST. The effects of bLN and sLN were mimicked by antibodies raised against the integrin beta 1 subunit, suggesting a specific integrin-mediated mechanism. In fact, when bound to the culture dishes, these antibodies simultaneously activated the IIR and GL, whereas in soluble form they only activated IIR. Cells adherent to bLN emitted neurites, a process impaired by the block of IIR by E-4031 and Cs+. On the whole data suggest that the integrin-mediated activation of IIR plays a crucial role in the commitment to neuritogenesis of neuroblastoma cells, independently on the effects of this activation on VREST.  相似文献
