γ-Butyrolactone (GBL) has a high boiling point, a low freezing point, a high flashing point, a high dielectric constant and a low viscosity. GBL is a very preferable solvent for lithium ion batteries. However, GBL readily undergoes reductive decomposition on the surface of the negative electrodes, and it forms a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) with a large resistance. It is causing deterioration of battery performances. In this work, effects of cyclic carbonates as additives to GBL electrolytes were investigated. As these carbonates, ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC), vinylene carbonate (VC), vinylethylene carbonate (VEC), and phenylethylene carbonate (PhEC) were investigated using LiCoO2/graphite cells. The effects of these additives were evaluated from the viewpoints of improvement of the battery performance and suppression of the reductive decomposition of GBL. VC, VEC and PhEC were effective to suppress the excess reductive decomposition of GBL. Battery performances were improved and the following results were obtained from the electrochemical measurements of LiCoO2/graphite cells with GBL-based electrolytes. Residual capacity was high in the order of VEC > VC > PhEC. Rate capability was high in the order of PhEC > VC > VEC. These additives have advantages and disadvantages. By optimizing electrolyte formulation, the performances of Li-ion batteries using GBL-based electrolytes will be improved further. 相似文献

Poly(4‐vinylimidazolium)s, derived from the self‐immobilization of 4‐vinylimidazoliums, with diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐ene (DBU) and zinc bromide (ZnBr2) are used as a highly efficient catalyst for the chemical fixation of carbon dioxide. This catalytic system has been applied for the preparation of cyclic carbonates from terminal epoxides and carbon dioxide. Many functional groups, including chloro, vinyl, ether, and hydroxy groups are well tolerated in the reactions. Moreover, the catalytic system was found to catalyze the conversion of more sterically congested epoxides which are generally considered to be challenging substrates for fabricating the cyclic organic carbonates. In addition, the disubstituted epoxides are found to react with retention of configuration. The polymer precatalyst is easily recovered and reused. A plausible reaction mechanism is proposed.

Abstract An automatic storage system comprised of two storage carousel conveyors and a retrieval apparatus integrated by computers has been considered in this paper. The order picking problem for such a two‐carousel‐single‐server system is presented here. The retrieval time is analyzed by a two‐stage solution procedure for the scheduling sequence of retrieving items from the system in order to satisfy an order requirement. The analytical results can be directly applied for the scheduling of the carousel storage system. 相似文献

The authors propose a symbol rate and modulation level controlled adaptive modulation system with TDMA/TDD, which controls both the symbol rate and nodulation level according to the channel conditions to achieve wide dynamic range for the modulation parameter control, as well as to improve delay spread immunity. Moreover, the proposed system applies a symbol rate control suitable for adaptive modulation. The expression of CD44 splice variant containing exon 14 (variant exon 9: CD44v9) was examined immunohistochemically in non-neoplastic mucosa, adenoma and adenocarcinoma of the stomach and analyzed the relation with the expression of Ki-67 antigen and p53 protein. In non-neoplastic gastric mucosa, basolateral membrane of the epithelial cells in the pyloric glands showed the expression of CD44v9. The epithelial cells in the intestinal metaplastic mucosa of the stomach sometimes expressed CD44v9. In the neoplastic lesions, the expression of CD44v9 was detected in 20% (34/170) of the adenomas and 28% (132/478) of the adenocarcinomas, respectively. The incidence of CD44v9 expression did not differ among histological type of gastric carcinoma. Twelve per cent of the adenocarcinomas showed strong expression of CD44v9, whereas non of the adenomas did. The incidence of CD44v9 expression was significantly higher in carcinomas invading into muscularis propria or the cases of stages 3 and 4 in comparison with that in carcinomas limited to submucosa or the stages 1 and 2 cases (p<0.05). The incidence of positive cases was higher in carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than those without metastasis (p<0.05). The expression of CD44v9 was significantly correlated with the expression of Ki-67 (p<0.05). It was also correlated with the expression of p53 protein in the tumor cells (p<0.01). These findings overall suggest that the expression of CD44v9 may be associated with the development as well as progression of the gastric carcinomas. 相似文献

Thin carbon nanocoil (CNC) with a fiber diameter of less than 50 nm was synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor deposition using Fe-Sn catalyst supported on zeolite. The chemical vapor deposition parameters of reaction temperature, gas flow rate of N2 as dilute gas and C2H2 as source gas were 650-750 degrees C, 1000 ml/min and 50-300 ml/min respectively. Transmission electron microscopic observation revealed that thin CNCs had a hollow and multi-walled structure with cylindrical graphitic layers. More than 90% of the CNCs obtained were multi-walled CNCs (MWCNCs), and the remainder was columnar CNCs without a hollow structure. Three-dimensional images of an MWCNC with Au nanoparticles on its surface were reconstructed by electron tomography and confirmed that the MWCNC had a three-dimensional helical shape. 相似文献
