Heat capacities and enthalpies of formation of BaGd2O4 were determined by high-temperature differential scanning calorimetry and high-temperature oxide melt solution calorimetry, respectively. Thermodynamic stability of BaLn2O4 compounds increases with decreasing Ln3+ ionic radius. Previously reported data on BaNd2O4 and BaSm2O4 corroborate this trend. Missing data for compounds in BaO–Ln2O3 (Ln = La, Pr, Eu, Er) systems were estimated from established relations, thermodynamic assessment was performed, and binary phase diagrams were calculated.  相似文献

The luminescence spectra of W impurity centers in II–VI semiconductors, specifically, ZnSe, CdS, and CdSe, are studied. It is found that, if the electron system of 5d (W) centers is considered instead of the electron system of 3d (Cr) centers, the spectral characteristics of the impurity radiation are substantially changed. The electron transitions are identified in accordance with Tanabe–Sugano diagrams of crystal field theory. With consideration for the specific features of the spectra, it is established that, in the crystals under study, radiative transitions at 5d W centers occur between levels with different spins in the region of a weak crystal field.  相似文献

In this review, we consider elements with a fractal impedance (henceforward, fractal elements, FEs). Advantages and drawbacks of various engineering and technological implementations of FEs are estimated. It is shown that promising FEs appropriate for production and solution of a wide range of scientific and engineering problems are structures on the basis of resistance-capacitance distributed parameter components (RC-DPCs) with the R–C–NR layer structure. It is established that RC-DPC FEs make it possible to implement fractal impedances with complex fractional-power frequency dependence. The wear-resistant composite solid lubricant coatings formed by atmospherec plasma spraying method of cladding Ni[Cg] powder in relation to the extreme working conditions of friction units of aircraft engines and power plants have been investigated. Examples of studies of technological processes of the plasma spraying of protective coatings on elements of liquid-propellant rocket and gas turbine engines have been given, and the possibilities of sealing technologies to increase their service life have been shown. The evaluation of efficiency of coatings obtained by plasma spraying from mechanical mixtures of powders based on Ni[Cg] in relation to power plants of vehicles based on freepiston engines.  相似文献
