The advent of affordable consumer grade RGB‐D cameras has brought about a profound advancement of visual scene reconstruction methods. Both computer graphics and computer vision researchers spend significant effort to develop entirely new algorithms to capture comprehensive shape models of static and dynamic scenes with RGB‐D cameras. This led to significant advances of the state of the art along several dimensions. Some methods achieve very high reconstruction detail, despite limited sensor resolution. Others even achieve real‐time performance, yet possibly at lower quality. New concepts were developed to capture scenes at larger spatial and temporal extent. Other recent algorithms flank shape reconstruction with concurrent material and lighting estimation, even in general scenes and unconstrained conditions. In this state‐of‐the‐art report, we analyze these recent developments in RGB‐D scene reconstruction in detail and review essential related work. We explain, compare, and critically analyze the common underlying algorithmic concepts that enabled these recent advancements. Furthermore, we show how algorithms are designed to best exploit the benefits of RGB‐D data while suppressing their often non‐trivial data distortions. In addition, this report identifies and discusses important open research questions and suggests relevant directions for future work.  相似文献

The control of traffic flow can be related to different applications. In this work, a method to manage variable speed limits combined with coordinated ramp metering within the framework of the Lighthill–Whitham–Richards (LWR) network model is introduced. Following a ‘first-discretize-then-optimize’ approach, the first order optimality system is derived and the switch of speeds at certain fixed points in time is explained, together with the boundary control for the ramp metering. Sequential quadratic programming methods are used to solve the control problem numerically. For application purposes, experimental setups are presented wherein variable speed limits are used as a traffic guidance system to avoid traffic jams on highway interchanges and on-ramps.  相似文献

The paper concentrates on the study of Mo–V–Te–Nb oxide mixtures by electron microscopy combined with catalytic investigation of these materials in the partial oxidation of propane. Surface texturing of catalyst particles composed of two phases referred to in the literature as M1 and M2 is revealed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy of high performing catalysts. The chemical composition of the catalyst surface is modified by treatment in water to obtain a significant increment in yield of acrylic acid. A chemical realization of the site isolation concept recurring on a supramolecular arrangement of catalyst and reactant rather than on atomic site isolation is suggested. A complex Mo–V–Te–Nb–O x precursor phase carries nanoparticles made from a network of oxoclusters active as catalyst for the conversion of propane to acrylic acid. The designed synthesis of the multi-element oxide bulk and of the surface structure with a different composition than the precursor phase improved the performance by a factor of 4.  相似文献

Summary Packed column SFC has been found suitable for the rapid and detailed analysis of the isotactic and syndiotactic oligomers of MMA, when the temperature gradient technique was applied and the modifier was employed. Oligomer components from trimer to 20-mer separated completely. The heptamer fraction collected three times by SFC gave the 1H NMR spectrum of satisfactorily high S/N ratio; the spectrum agreed well with that of the standard sample. Separation by tacticity as well as by molecular weight was observed for the SFC of a mixture of the isotactic and syndiotactic oligomers. The isotactic oligomers had longer retention time than the syndiotactic oligomers of the corresponding degree of polymerization. Part 3: cf. Ute K. Tools can boost software developer productivity, but building custom tools is prohibitively expensive, especially for small organizations. For example, embedded programmers often have to use low-level C with limited IDE support, and integrated into an off-the-shelf tool chain in an ad-hoc way. To address these challenges, we have built mbeddr, an extensible language and IDE for embedded software development based on C. mbeddr is a large-scale instantiation of the Jetbrains MPS language workbench. Exploiting its capabilities for language modularization and composition, projectional editing and multi-stage transformation, mbeddr is an open and modular framework that lets third parties add extensions to C with minimal effort and without invasive changes. End users can combine extensions in programs as needed. To illustrate the approach, in this paper we discuss mbeddr’s support for state machines, components, decision tables, requirements tracing, product line variability and program verification and outline their implementation. We also present our experience with building mbeddr, which shows that relying on language workbenches dramatically reduces the effort of building customized, modular and extensible languages and IDEs to the point where this is affordable by small organizations. Finally, we report on the experience of using mbeddr in a commercial project, which illustrates the benefits to end users.  相似文献

A Blumlein pulse generator which utilizes the superposition of electrical pulses launched from two individually switched pulse forming lines has been designed and tested. By using a power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor as a switch on each end of the Blumlein line, we were able to generate pulses with amplitudes of 1 kV across a 100 Omega load. Pulse duration and polarity can be controlled by the temporal delay in the triggering of the two switches. Using this technique, we have demonstrated the generation of pulses with durations between 8 and 60 ns. The lower limit in pulse duration was determined by the switch closing time and the upper limit by the length of the pulse forming line. A further advantage of the concept is that pulse distortions caused by the non-negligible on-resistance of a line with a single switch can be eliminated by using switches with identical characteristics.  相似文献

For the fabrication of Li-6 enriched ceramic breeder materials for ITER, the availability of Li-6 enriched compounds is limited, and metallic Li-6 is the most widely available compound. As metallic lithium cannot be used directly in ceramic fabrication processes, we investigated different syntheses to obtain lithium orthosilicate or lithium metatitanate directly from molten lithium. In exothermic reactions of molten lithium with silicon, silica, or titania, several intermediate or precursor phases were observed under argon that could easily be transformed to the desired ceramic phases by a subsequent heat treatment under air. The reaction steps and the resulting phases were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometry. The synthesis from lithium and silicon seems to be especially suited for the production of larger quantities and has the advantage that silicon is available with a very high grade of purity.  相似文献

Innovative Bayard‐Alpert gauge beats the X‐ray limit In this contribution typical problems that arise when using Bayard‐Alpert (BA) vacuum gauges at UHV and XHV chambers regarding measurement range, accuracy, and reproducibility are discussed. Besides others BA gauges deliver a minor residual current that is inherent to the design of the sensor and that defines the lower measurement limit of the gauge. An investigation of the basic physical processes that contribute to the residual currents in BA gauges yields a novel approach to minimize the residual current in BA gauges directly in the sensor. Experimental results of a new BA gauge with a compensation of the residual current (BARION® XHV) show an extended lower measurement limit by two decades downto XHV and a significantly increased accuracy in the pressure range 10?9…10?11 mbar. Due to a respective design, furthermore, an improved reproducibility is ensured.  相似文献
