透反液晶显示器

兼有透射型和反射型液晶显示优点的透反液晶显示可工作于透射和反射两种显示模式，它将广泛应用于手机、PDA等通讯领域。透反液晶显示可分为单盒厚和双盒厚两大类。又可分为扭曲型和非扭曲型两种。为了研制出高性能透反液晶显示器，需解决透反两个显示区的响应时间、光效率、色饱和度的差异以及视角等问题。文中介绍了Sharp公司开发的2种基本的透反液晶显示。以及3种新近开发的高性能透反液晶显示。随着应用市场的扩大和技术的进步，透反液晶显示将会进一步得到发展。     

多孔硅发光二极管的载流子传输特性研究

制备AI／多孔硅／c-Si／Al结构的多孔硅发光二极管，利用其I-V特性关系，以及在不同温度下其I-V特性的变化，结合多孔硅的特殊微结构及性质，分析了多孔硅发光二极管中载流子的产生和传输过程；通过比较其发光猝灭前后I-V特性的变化，解释了发光猝灭的原因。提出了如果在低电场下能够实现大量载流子在限制性Si微粒中复合．是提高多孔硅电致发光效率的一个途径。     

320×240 Pixels CMOS Digital Image Sensor with Wide Dynamic Range

A 320×240 CMOS image sensor is demonstrated,which is implemented by a standard 0.6 μm 2P2M CMOS process.For reducing the chip area,each 2×2-pixel block shares a sample/hold circuit,analog-to-digital converter and 1-b memory.The 2×2 pixel pitch has an area of 40 μm×40 μm and the fill factor is about 16%.While operating at a low frame rate,the sensor dissipates a very low power by power-management circuit making pixel-level comparators in an idle state.A digital correlated double sampling,which eliminates fixed pattern noise,improves SNR of the sensor, and multiple sampling operations make the sensor have a wide dynamic range.     

多码CDMA系统中联合并行干扰抵消与迭代信道估计方法

本文针对多码CDMA系统提出了一种联合并行干扰抵消与迭代信道估计方法。该方法首先通过导频符号对信道进行估计，然后使用RAKE接收机后的软信息对信道参数进行修正，最后通过并行干扰抵消(PIC)去除多码干扰(MCI)。仿真结果表明，经过多次迭代后，该方法可显著地降低多码CDMA系统的误比特率平台。本文同时还给出了信道估计质量、码道数和PIC次数对多码CDMA系统性能的影响。     

相控阵AEW雷达杂波抑制的辅助通道方法研究

本文分析了相控阵机载预警(AEW)雷达杂波抑制的现有两种辅助通道降维技术(Klemm方法和简化方法)的性能，并提出了一种新的辅助通道方法。新方法的基本思想为：根据待处理距离段内各距离单元杂波能量在波束一多普勒域分布的统计特征自适应地选取辅助通道，使所选辅助通道实时地逼近杂波子空间，从而有效抑制杂波。本文方法不但可以用于非正侧视阵情况，而且误差鲁棒性好。计算机仿真结果证实了其有效性。     

一种基于bit位的运动补偿方法

本文讨论了等离子体显示屏所特有的在显示运动画面时出现的伪轮廓线现象，对产生的原因进行了分析并给出了软件模拟的结果。在此基础上，提出了一种基于bit位的运动补偿方法来改善运动图像的画面质量，同时根据人眼的视觉特征对补偿方法做了进一步的优化。最后对基于bit位的运动补偿方法进行了比较和验证，结果表明基于bit位的运动补偿方法可以基本消除运动画面的伪轮廓线现象。     

基于滑窗结构的软输出维特比算法的实现

文章在对软输出维特比算法(SOVA)进行推导的基础上，分析了软信息的提取过程。同时从硬件实现的角度考虑，提出了一种基于滑动窗1：3结构的SOVA算法实现方案，该算法大大降低了算法实现复杂度和译码延迟，同时通过调整滑窗参数，可以取得与非滑窗SOVA算法几乎相同的性能。     

Effect of Heat Treatment on Luminescent Properties of White Organic Light Emitting Device

The white organic light emitting device (OLED) with single-structure using a polymer blend as the light emitting layer is fabricated. Heat treatment is used to control the ratio between the intensities of main electroluminescent spectral peaks. The electroluminescent spectrum of our device is quite similar to that of white inorganic LED produced by Nichia Corporation after being annealed, and its turn-on voltage can be decreased by 1V.     

Analysis and Simulation of S-shaped Waveguide in Silicon-on-insulator

The simulation and analysis of S-shaped waveguide bend are presented.Bend radius larger than 30 mm assures less than 0.5 dB radiation loss for a 4-μm-wide silicon-on-insulator waveguide bend with 2-μm etch depth.Intersection angle greater than 20° provides negligible crosstalk (<-30 dB) and very low insertion loss.Any reduction in bend radius and intersection angle is at the cost of the degradation of characteristics of bent waveguide and intersecting waveguide, respectively.     

Photoluminescence and X-ray Diffraction of Distributed Bragg Reflector

Spectral and structural characteristics of distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) in vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers were studied with photoluminescence and double- crystal X- ray diffraction measurement. The expected high quality epitaxial DBR structure was verified. In the X- ray double- crystal rocking curves of DBR the zeroth- order peak, the first and second order satellite peaks were measured. Splitting of diffraction peak appeared in the rocking curves was analyzed. The effects of introduced deep energy levels on the structural perfection and optical properties were discussed.
