近非临界相位匹配温度调谐MgO：LiNbO3OPO

通过对MgO:LiNbO3参量过程温度相位匹配及走离角，允许参量等运转参数的理论计算与分析，确定了晶体的切割角度θ=82℃，以近非临界相位匹配（NCPM）取代NCPM，将温度调节范围控制在较低的温度上，研制了532nm泵浦的MgO:LiNbO3温度调谐脉冲光学参数振荡器（OPO），在800～1700nm波段实现连续调谐输出。参量泵浦功率密度阈值为57.3MW/cm^2，泵浦能量约2倍阈值处，单谐振（SRO）参量转换效率为11%以上。     

Manufacture of carbon fibers from polyacrylonitrile precursors treated with CoSO4

Free‐radical solution copolymerization of itaconic acid and acrylonitrile was carried out in DMSO using azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, changing the feed rate of itaconic acid. The resulting polymerization solution was spun to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursors of carbon fibers. The precursors were treated with a CoSO₄ aqueous solution on‐line. The structure and properties of untreated and treated PAN precursors and the resultant carbon fibers were characterized by SEM and TEM, a stabilization process, etc. It is suggested that CoSO₄ acts as a catalyst in the formation of a ladder structure and reduces the temperature of cyclization, and the carbon fibers developed from treated PAN fibers showed improvement in the tensile strength and the Young's modulus. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Multiresolution analysis in extraction of reference lines fromdocuments with gray level background

Based on wavelets, a theoretical method has been developed to process multi-gray level documents. In this method, two-dimensional multiresolution analysis, a wavelet decomposition algorithm, and compactly supported orthonormal wavelets are used to transform a document image into sub-images. According to these sub-images, the reference lines of a multi-gray level document can be extracted, and knowledge about the geometric structure of the document can be acquired. Particularly, this approach is more efficient to process form documents with gray level background. Experiments indicate that this new method can be applied to process documents with promising results

一种有效的振动信号分离算法

振动信号包含随机成分与周期成分 ,其中的随机成分占据了很宽的频域 ,其能量极易引起其它设备特别是电子设备的共振 ,从而导致设备失效。为评估随机成分对设备的影响 ,需要将周期成分从振动信号中去除。为此 ,首先使用ARMA建模法对振动信号中周期成分出现的频率位置进行估计 ,然后设计阻带带宽极窄 (小于 0 .5Hz)的V型滤波器来完成相应的滤波。实验表明本文中的方法能有效地去除振动信号中的周期成分 ,而完整地保留随机成分     

压水堆堆芯换料设计优化的研究

讨论压水堆堆芯换料设计优化问题，并研制一套实用的换料优化软件包，可用于低泄漏、外－内和改进的外－内装料方案的优化。在低泄漏方案优化时，利用哈林原理将燃料组件布置与可燃毒物配置的优化问题脱耦成两步优化问题。先用线性规划方法进行无可燃毒物时燃料组件布置的优化，然后再用可变容差法寻找可燃毒物的优化布置。应用该软件对秦山核电厂首次难芯换料方案进行了优化，提出了可供参考的一些优化布置方案。

Preparation and optical properties of CdxHg1-xTe doped silica glass

In this paper, the Cd_xHg_1-xTe (x=1-0.7) doped silica glass was prepared through two step sol-gel process and in-situ growth technique from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), cadmium acetate, mercury acetate and telluric acid. The influence of various factors on the glass was studied. The structure of the microcrystals was investigated by XRD. The absorption and transmittance spectrum of the composite showed that the shift of absorption edge was in conformity with the quantum size effect. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility χ⁽³⁾ was measured by the degenerate four wave mixing (DFWM). The values of χ⁽³⁾ was in the range of 10^-11-10^-12 MO esu at wavelength of 1.06 μm.
