浆染长车改善染色效果的实践

传统浆染长车染色由于染槽数量限制,存在染色深度不足、染色牢度较差等问题,易造成染料浪费。通过在浆染长车中加入一组烘筒,对色纱进行烘燥以去除纱线中残存的大部分水分,再继续染色,可使牛仔面料颜色深度和牢度明显提升,丰富了牛仔纱染色工艺。     

一种新型宽频带圆极化球螺旋馈源

提出了一种新型宽频带圆极化球螺旋馈源,给出了球面螺旋的几何关系和理论分析,得到了辐射场的解析关系和不同模式下远场的表达式.运用该理论进行工程设计并进行了实际测试,测试结果与理论分析的吻合,验证了理论分析和工程设计的正确性.与传统圆极化馈源相比,该馈源具有结构简单、频带宽、体积小等优势.     

Experimental research on Phanerochaete chrysosporium as coal microbial flocculant

The flocculation effect of the Phanerochaete chrysosporium on the coal slurry were studied by orthogonal experimental method in this study. The results of research show that the P. chrysosporium has a good effect on flocculating coal slurry. The optimum combination of the experimental is the P. chrysosporium, which is cultured in 2 days, mixed with 2 mL coagulant and 2 mL broth. The flocculant is a broken liquid with pH value of 6. The hightest flocculation ratio is 93.5%. The result of FTIR shows that the biological extraction of P. chrysosporium contains a lot of acidic polysaccharides that has the effect on flocculation. Microbial flocculant molecules and particles of coal slurry could be flocculated by “absorption bridge”.     

通货膨胀影响因素及发展趋势分析

摘要：本文分析了近期经济运行中影响通货膨胀的主要因素货币供应量、人民币汇率和外汇储备，认为我国短期内不会出现通货膨胀，但中期存在通货膨胀可能性较大，同时指明了未来时期通货膨胀的发展趋势。     

Optimal design of a hyperstatic Stewart platform-based force/torque sensor with genetic algorithms

This paper proposes a novel hyperstatic six-component force/torque sensor structure based on the Stewart platform, and presents the parameter optimization of the sensor structure with genetic algorithms. The structure characteristic of the hyperstatic sensor is analyzed compared with the traditional Stewart platform-based sensor. The mathematical expression of the sensor’s force mapping matrix is built by using the screw theory. In this paper, the condition number and generalized amplifying index are used to evaluate the isotropy and sensitivity of the sensor, respectively. Based on genetic algorithms, the optimal design of the sensor structure is performed with the objective of achieving high measurement sensitivity and well-conditioned transformation between the input and output forces. The computed results prove the better performance of the proposed sensor structure and the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm.     

Fabrication of high-density magnesia using vacuum compaction molding

High-density magnesia was fabricated using vacuum compaction molding, and effects of forming pressure and sintering temperature on bulk density, apparent porosity, diameter shrinkage ratio, volume shrinkage ratio, pore size distribution, cold compressive strength, and thermal shock resistance of the magnesia samples were investigated. There were two ranges of pore distribution in samples that were formed via conventional compaction molding, and these ranges were about 350–2058 nm and 6037–60527 nm. It was considered that the range of larger pores mainly influenced the densification of magnesia. Using vacuum compaction molding, large size pores were removed, and high-density magnesia (with a density greater than 3.40 g cm^?3) was easily prepared when forming pressure was higher than 200 MPa and sintering temperature was higher than 1600 °C. Magnesia samples prepared via vacuum compaction molding showed better performance compared to that of samples prepared via conventional compaction molding.
