The packet size of bainitic steel can be refined by a special relaxation-precipitation-control phase transformation (RPC) technology, When processed by RPC process, the low carbon bainitic steel composes of two kinds of main intermediate transformation phases. One is ultra-fine lath-like bainitic ferrite and the lath is less than 1 tam in width and about 6 tam in length; the alignment of laths forms a refined packet, and the size of packets is about 5-7 ~am in length and about 3-4 tam in width, The other is acicular structure. The morphology and distribution of these acicular structures are influenced by relaxation process, the thin and short acicular structures cut the prior austenite grain and refine the bainitic packet size, For the optimum relaxation time, the packet size can be refined to the finest. The mechanical properties are influenced by relaxation time and the 800 MPa grade low carbon bainitic steel with excellent toughness can be obtained by RPC process, 相似文献

Nano-diamond like carbon (DLC) thin films were prepared on fused silica and Cu substrates by the pulsed-laser deposition technique with different laser intensities. Step-measurement, atomic force microscope (AFM), UV-VIS-NIR transmittance spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the films. It was shown that the deposition rate increases with the laser intensity, and the films prepared under different laser intensities show different transparency. Raman measurement showed that the content of sp3 of the Nano-DLC thin films decreases with the laser intensity. The field emission properties of the Nano-DLC thin films on Cu substrates were studied by the conventional diode method, which showed that the turn-on field increases and the current density decreases with sp3 content in the films. A lower turn-on field of 6 V/um and a higher current density of 1 uA/cm2 were obtained for Nano-DLC thin films on Cu substrate. 相似文献

A new diamine with bulky pendant biphenyl and ortho‐position dimethyl structures, 4,4′‐((1,1′‐biphenyl)‐4‐ylmethylene)bis(2,6‐dimethylaniline), was synthesized via a one‐pot reaction of 4‐biphenyl carboxaldehyde and 2,6‐dimethylaniline. The diamine was employed to polymerize with several dianhydrides via one‐step condensation under high‐temperature conditions. The light yellow or colorless polyimide (PI) films obtained were found to have cut‐off wavelengths in the range 286–358 nm and transmittance over 80% in the visible region (400–780 nm). Meanwhile, these PIs possessed excellent solubility in common organic solvents, even in low‐boiling‐point solvents such as chloroform (CHCl3), dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) and tetrahydrofuran. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of the PIs were determined to exceed 343 °C, even to 456 °C. All PI films were flexible with a tensile strength of 78–119 MPa, a Young's modulus of 2.0–2.5 GPa and elongation at break of 4.0%–8.2%. The recovery of methane from gas hydrate layers that have been detected in permafrost regions is a promising perspective in the future. In order to study the replacement characteristics of CO2–CH4 hydrate in permafrost environments, simulation experiment was carried out in this work. The results indicated that the replacement rate and efficiency increased with the increasing of injection pressure of CO2 gas. And the replacement rate and efficiency reached up to 0.403?mmol/h and 13.20% during the experiment. Furthermore, the results also showed that the replacement rate of CO2–CH4 hydrate was slower below the freezing point. 相似文献

Polyurethane, a controlled release material, has been widely applied in many fields due to its high thermal and mechanical stability, corrosion resistance, and low cost. In this article, we prepared carbosulfan/polyurethane microcapsules by an interfacial polymerization method using modified isocyanate as the precursor and triethanolamine as a curing agent. The microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis, and their release kinetics, chemical stability, and the safety of wheat seeds coating were also detected. The microcapsules had an excellent encapsulation efficiency and loading ability for carbosulfan ∼96.23% and 50%, respectively. Furthermore, the microcapsules improved the chemical stability of the carbosulfan and exhibited an excellent sustained release property (above 30 days), which controlled the carbosulfan and carbofuran at an appropriate level for reducing the adverse effects on the environment and agricultural products. The coated wheat seeds germination rate test showed that compared with the emulsifiable concentrate, the microcapsules almost had no effect on the germination rate, plant height, and root length. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
