黄原胶(XG)具有优良的耐盐性和增稠降滤失性能,但耐温性较差。对XG分子结构的分析认为,可利用XG链上的活泼基团接枝丙烯酰胺等乙烯基单体,增强其耐温性能,用作耐温抗盐钻井液处理剂。对比了合成的黄原胶丙烯酰胺等接枝共聚物(XGG)降滤失剂与XG在淡水、4%盐水和饱和盐水钻井液中的增粘降滤失性能和抗温性能,并通过岩心膨胀试验对比了XGG、XG和KCl对页岩的抑制性能。试验结果表明,在淡水钻井液中XGG具有极强的增粘效果和降滤失能力,远远超过XG1随着钻井液矿化度的提高,XGG的性能有一定下降,但XGG在各种钻井液中均具有比XG更好的高温增稠和控制失水的能力;XG已具有优良的抑制性,XGG的抑制性得到进一步提高。 相似文献

A series of novel block polymers of polyurethane (PU) and chitosan have been prepared in two steps. The first step is the preparation of PU prepolymer, obtained from polytetramethylene oxide glycol (PTMO, Mn = 1000), isophrone diisocyanate (IPDI), and 2,2′-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), followed by ionizing PU prepolymer with triethylamine (TEA). The second step involves PU chain-extended by water-soluble chitosan of low molecular weight (Mn = 5000) by self-emulsion polymerization method. The sizes of the latex particles, morphology, and copolymer architecture have been characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), general tensile test, infrared spectroscopy (IR), surface contact angle measurement, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Furthermore, it shows that the addition of chitosan remarkably increases anticoagulative property of PU elastomers confirmed by the recalcification time. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reaction-induced phase separation (RIPS) of miscible blends of poly(?-caprolactone) (PCL) and an epoxy resin based on poly(propylene oxide) (PPO) was used to prepare thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs) with fine rubber dispersions. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirmed the formation of cross-linked rubber particles dispersed in the thermoplastic matrix at PCL contents ≥20 wt%. The morphology development during phase separation was studied by optical microscopy (OM) and time-resolved small-angle light scattering (SALS). It was shown that higher curing temperatures lead to a decrease in rubber particle size, but at the same time lead to an increase in the extent of particle connectivity. In some cases, gelation of the PPO-rich phase limits full structure development, which leads to extensive connectivity between the dispersed rubber particles and a strong deterioration in tensile properties. 相似文献

Based on the Fourier-Bessel series and exponential characteristic function approach, the paper presents analytical bit-error-rate expressions for synchronous fast frequency-hopped spread-spectrum multiple-access systems over Rician fading channels with M-ary frequency-shift-keying modulation. Linear-combining, product-combining and clipper receivers are studied. Numerical results show that both the clipper and product-combining receivers perform significantly better than the linear-combining receiver. The clipper receiver with an optimum threshold level slightly outperforms the product-combining receiver. However, the product-combining receiver is the preferred diversity-combining method because it is completely nonparametric. In addition, the optimum diversity levels for various diversity-combining receivers over Rayleigh fading channels are higher than that of the Rician fading channels 相似文献
